Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media promosi bagi UMKM di Desa Duman. Karya tulis ini menggunakan metode Pendidikan Masyarakat yaitu melakukan penyuluhan atau sosialiasi untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat promosi yang efektif bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Duman Kecamatan Lingsar, kabupaten Lombok Barat. Kegiatan edukasi ini dilakukan dengan 4 tahapan yaitu Observasi dan riset UMKM, Perencanaan Kegiatan, Pelaksanaan Edukasi dan Evaluasi Kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian bahwa dari 2 UMKM yang telah di wawancarai, diketahui bahwa para pelaku UMKM masih belum paham serta tidak bisa menggunakan media sosial sebagai media promosi dan hanya mengandalkan pelanggan dari masyarakat lingkungan sekitar dan tetangga. Dan setelah dilakukannya edukasi dan evaluasi kepada 2 pemilik UMKM mereka menjadi lebih memahami bagaimana cara mempromosikan UMKM melalui sosial media. Hasil kegiatan ini menjadi bukti bahwa edukasi memainkan peran penting dalam membantu UMKM memanfaatkan media sosial secara lebih efektif. Selain dari 2 UMKM yang terlibat, kegiatan ini memberikan gambaran atau ilustrasi bahwa masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut dalam menggabungkan pengetahuan media sosial dalam strategi promosi UMKM secara luas di Desa Duman. Diharapkan, melalui kegiatan ini, lebih banyak pelaku UMKM dapat meningkatkan jangkauan dan pemasaran produk mereka melalui media sosial, menggandakan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan usaha mereka.

Abstract

Hatha Yoga merupakan suatu proses mengolah energi dalam mencapai keseimbangan dan kesempurnaan fisik, psikis dan emosional. Hatha Yoga mengandung nilai Estetika Hindu yang mencakup nilai kebenaran (satyam), kesucian (sivam), dan keindahan (sundaram). Konsep ini berperan dalam praktik Hatha Yoga dengan meningkatkan pemahaman diri, mengembangkan kebajikan, dan mencapai keindahan dalam harmoni fisik dan mental. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji terkait estetika manajemen melatih Hatha Yoga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka dan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah analisis melibatkan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Kemudian hasilnya diinterpretasi sesuai kebutuhan dan kedalaman kajian. Bagi seorang instruktur yoga, manajemen melatih merupakan hal penting untuk membimbing peserta mencapai tujuan dan harapan. Proses manajemen melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Estetika, manajemen melatih Hatha Yoga mencakup penciptaan suasana yang nyaman, pemilihan waktu dan tempat yang tepat, serta penggunaan musik yang sesuai. Selain itu, estetika dalam praktik yoga mencerminkan harmoni antara tubuh, pikiran, dan jiwa, serta keindahan dalam gerakan dan pose. Estetika manajemen melatih Hatha Yoga membantu mencapai manfaat positif bagi kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta mencapai keseimbangan dan kesejahteraan holistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji terkait Estetika Hindu dengan berfokus pada gerakan Sūrya Namaskāra. Dalam kepercayaan Hindu, estetika merupakan sebuah konsep yang berkaitan dengan lango (rasa keindahan) yang diikat oleh nilai-nilai Hindu yang bersumber dari kitab suci Weda. Estetika Hindu memiliki tiga aspek utama yakni satyam (kebenaran), sivam (kesucian), dan sundaram (keindahan). Estetika Hindu bersifat komprehensif sehingga menyatu dalam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan kajian pustaka dan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung non partisipan, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa estetika Hindu dalam Sūrya Namaskāra memiliki aspek satyam yakni penghormatan kepada Dewa Surya, kesadaran, kejujuran, dan konsentrasi; aspek sivam mencakup pengendalian diri, kesadaran spiritual, keseimbangan mental, kesejahteraan fisik dan spiritual; serta aspek sundaram yakni harmoni gerakan fisik, keindahan gerakan, keseimbangan mental spiritual serta keseimbangan antara gerakan tubuh, pernafasan, dan meditasi. Selain itu, melalui penelitian ini juga diperoleh implikasi Sūrya Namaskāra terhadap daya tarik dan kreativitas seni melalui rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, daya imajinatif, daya cipta, dan daya inovasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the use of learning media in the subjects of Hindu Religious Education and Ethics at SMA Negeri 3 Mataram. Hinduism and Ethics Education is a compulsory subject in the world of education in Indonesia. Through these subjects, students are formed and directed to practice the teachings of Hinduism. However, students often feel bored, sleepy, and difficult to understand the material so that learning activities cannot take place properly and cannot achieve learning goals. The existence of learning media is expected to be a mediator and tool for students and teachers in the learning process so that learning activities can be effective and streamlined and learning objectives can be achieved. However, in several previous studies, the functions and benefits of media in learning could not be fulfilled so that the use of learning media was analyzed by researchers. This research is a qualitative research that uses data collection methods in the form of direct non-participant observation, structured direct interviews, and documentation. In this study, data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the existence of learning media can support learning success. Media makes the learning process more interesting, more effective and efficient, and more interactive, making students enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning activities and making it easier for students to understand the material being taught. Although the existence of the media has not been able to make students always spirit, enthusiastic, focused in the future and actively asking questions.

Abstract

Disciplinary character is important in the world of education. The problem of disciplinary character that occurs at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara is some students play during tri sandhya activities, pay less attention to the teacher's explanation, and are also indifferent to the tasks given by the teacher. This study aims to provide information about the role of Hindu Religious Teachers in improving students' disciplinary character. The problems studied are The disciplinary character of 5th-grade students at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara; The role of Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students; Efforts made by Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. Through observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results showed: 1. The disciplinary character of 5th-grade students is good enough. It is proven that they have fulfilled the existing discipline character indicators. 2. The role of Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students is vital. The role consists of Teachers as educators and teachers, facilitators, motivators, and demonstrators. 3. Efforts made by Hinduism teachers in improving the disciplinary character of 5th-grade students: Reprimanding students, guiding students, making picket schedules in groups, providing coaching and direction to students, making a schedule for the leader of sradha bhakti activities, and providing sanctions or punishments that are educational.

Abstract

Sradha and bhakti activities are important things that students must carry out at school. At Elementary School 11 Cakranegara, sradha and bahkti activities take place with students playing around and even mocking, slandering, each other. The purpose of the research, is to conduct a study related to the implementation of sradha and bhakti activities in instilling the religious character of students, at Elementary School 11 Cakranegara. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive narrative approach. The data collection techniques used were non-participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The theories used are Social Learning Theory and Moral Development Theory. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Sradha and Bhakti Activities in instilling the religious character of students, namely the 7S Tradition, worship before and after learning, carrying out tri sandya, celebrating religious holidays, practicing tolerance towards people of other religions, having facilities for religious activities. The problems faced by teachers in instilling religious character are lack of student awareness, lack of parental motivation, lack of prayer places. Preventive steps taken by teachers to overcome problems in the application of sradha and bhakti, practice of sradha and bhakti, development of social skills, supervision and evaluation, intrensive communication between teachers and parents, development of spiritual skills.

Abstract

Student learning interest is one of the keys that affects the success of the learning process. Students who have an interest in a material will tend to be more actively involved in the learning process. Therefore, it is important for educators to understand and develop strategies that can increase students' interest in learning. One strategy that is often used in the learning process is the expository strategy. This research examines the role of teaching strategies in increasing students' interest in learning with a focus on Hindu Religious Education at SMPN 14 Mataram. It aims to analyse the learning approach applied by Hindu teachers at SMPN 14 Mataram in an effort to increase students' interest in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach, data collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving one teacher and five students. The results show that the use of expository strategies complemented by methods such as lectures and question and answer effectively fosters a conducive learning environment. These methods not only actively engage students and also motivate them to better understand the material. This research highlights the importance of varied teaching approaches and effective classroom management techniques, including mutual agreement, ice-breaking activities and positive feedback. In addition, the use of visual media and real-life examples significantly improved students' understanding and interest in learning. The findings emphasise the need for continuous development of innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ultimately improving learning outcomes. Abstract

The digital era presents new challenges and opportunities in the world of education, including Hindu religious education. The integration of artificial intelligence in Hindu religious learning is a strategic step to adapt learning methods to the characteristics of the digital generation. This article examines the potential, implementation and integration of the use of AI in learning Hindu religious education with an analytical-descriptive approach. The findings show that AI is able to enrich the learning process through personalizing materials, increasing interactivity, and expanding learning access. However, the application of AI needs to be accompanied by serious attention to ethical, spiritual and humanistic aspects so that dharmic values ​​are maintained. The role of Hindu religious teachers as spiritual facilitators cannot be replaced, but must work in synergy with technology to produce meaningful learning. Digital infrastructure support, teacher training and ongoing evaluation are key factors in the success of this integration. With a wise and value-based approach, artificial intelligence can become a strategic partner in producing a generation of Hindus who are intelligent, have character and are adaptive to changes and developments over time.

Abstract

This paper aims to publish the results of pranayama training for students in Pasraman Widya Ganesa which has implications for the character of student discipline. Student discipline is indeed an essential thing that attracts attention today. This is a result of the many cases of disciplinary violations by students. Pasraman as a non-formal Hindu educational institution should be present to help strengthen the character of discipline in students. This Pranayama training activity is carried out through several steps until the results are obtained, namely planning activities that are realized in the meeting, then location surveys and application for activity permits, then the implementation of pranayama training which emphasizes four types of pranayama, namely Anuloma Viloma, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, and Bhramari. After the training, the last step is the evaluation of the training activities. The result of this pranayama training is the strengthening of the disciplined character that already exists in students. The character of discipline is further strengthened after the students are trained to better know themselves in the pranayama practice. Students try to strengthen discipline because of the influence from within, not because there are external factors. Pranayama practice that is carried out regularly and directed trains students to concentrate more, be patient, and undergo the learning process with consistency. During the training, the students are accustomed to arriving on time, following directions seriously, and carrying out each stage of the exercise responsibly, which gradually forms a more disciplined pattern of behavior.

Abstract

Abstract Boring learning is one of the causes of low student motivation. PAIKEM as a learning model is a solution to overcome these problems. This study aims to find the influence between the application of the PAIKEM model on students' learning motivation in the subject of Hindu Religious Education and Ethics at SMPN 1 Mataram This research was conducted with an Associative Quantitative approach and Ex-Post Facto method. Research data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis assisted by SPSS 25.0 was carried out to conduct descriptive analysis and inferential analysis which included prerequisite tests, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The study population was all Hindu students at SMPN 1 Mataram totaling 381 people. The sample used was class VIII of 137 students. The results of data analysis: the mean (average) value for the application of the PAIKEM model is 84.01 with data distribution showing that 41 students (30.37%) stated very well, 81 students (60%) stated well, and 13 students (9.63%) stated quite well. While the results of the analysis of the mean value of student learning motivation are 82.89 with data distribution showing that there are 46 students (34.07%) stating very good, 62 students (45.93%) stating good, and 27 students (20%) stating quite good. Through simple regression analysis, it was found that variables X and Y had a relationship of 33%. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the pearson corelation value is 0.579 with the results of Df (degrees of freedom) = n-2 or 135-2 = 133. At the 0.05 significance level, the r table value is 0.169. This means that rcount = 0.579> rtable = 0.169. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of this study it can be recommended to teachers to apply PAIKEM in learning. Keywords: PAIKEM Model, Learning Motivation, Students
