Abstract

Background: Congenital Anomalies Kidney and Urinary Tract (CAKUT) are the leading cause of kidneyfailure in children and cause of 30-40% end-stage renal disease with obstructive uropathy as the main cause.CAKUT obstructive type are: vesico uretric junction obstruction (VUJO), pelvic uretric junction obstruction(PUJO), posterior uretral valve (PUV) and non-obstructive type are reflux, neurogenic and hypoplasia. Theaim of this study is to describe the effect of CAKUT on renal function in child.Methods: Retrospective study from medical records of children with CAKUT at Dr. Soetomo GeneralHospital, Surabaya, Indonesia from January 2013 - March 2018. The characteristic of sex, age range, type ofCAKUT and glomerulus filtration (GFR) value were recorded from medical record. Data processing usingdescriptive analysis with SPSS.Result: A total of 94 Children on CAKUT abnormalities, both boys and girl’s presentation equal 50%.Median age 3.0 (minimum-maximum 1.0-15.0) year. The most common CAKUT type in male were VUJO17 (36.2%) and in female neurogenic type 19 (40.4%). Median initial glomerular filtration rate 2.7 ml/min/1.73 m2. Analysis of correlation between CAKUT and renal function p=0.072 (R2=0,03). From 94children of CAKUT, only 12 (12.8%) patients have undergo surgical intervention.Conclusion: CAKUT with dominant obstructive type was more common in male and non-obstructive typein female pediatric patient. There was no significance correlation of GFR between obstructive and nonobstructive type.

Abstract

Pusat Rehabilitasi Anak – anak Korban Kekerasan di Kota Denpasar merupakan sebuah pusat terapi untuk anak – anak yang mengalami trauma akibat kekerasan di Kota Denpasar. Tempat ini memfasilitasi pasien tersebut dengan berbagai macam jenis terapi sesuai dengan hasil asesmen yang telah dilakukan terlebih dahulu. Terapi menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengatasi gangguan perkembangan yang diakibatkan oleh trauma. Konsep ruang dan bentuk dengan tema arsitektur perilaku membuat pengguna pusat rehabilitasi menjadi salah satu dasar pertimbangan dalam desain. Lokasi juga berperan penting bagi sebuah pusat rehabilitasi. Perumahan di tengah Kota Denpasar dipilih sebagai lokasi perancangan pusat rehabilitasi karena masih tergolong sepi. Proses pemulihan tidak hanya bergantung pada berbagai macam terapi yang diterima oleh pasien. Pemulihan pada pusat rehabilitasi secara arsitektural juga sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan proses terapi anak – anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi warisan, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan memanfaatkan teknologi daring dalam penyajian materi dan interaksi dengan siswa. Data aktivitas belajar pada siklus pertama menunjukkan persentase partisipasi siswa sebesar 75%, 58%, 71%, 67%, 71%, dan 83%, sementara pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 83%, 71%, 92%, 96%, 96%, dan 96%. Selain itu, data hasil belajar siswa dari pre tes ke post tes pada siklus pertama menunjukkan peningkatan walaupun hasil tersebut belum dapat dikatakan berhasil. Hal ini disebabkan Tingkat KKM tidak terpenuhi. Selanjutnya pada siklus kedua, misalnya pada nomor soal 1 dari 37,5% menjadi 93,75%. Soal nomor 2 dari 12,5 menjadi 84,37. Soal nomor 3 dari 12,5 menjadi 87,5. Soal nomor 4 dari 9,37 menajdi 90,62 dan pada soal nomor 5 dari 9.37 menajdi 84,37. Hasil belajar ini menunjukkan keberhasilan siswa dalam memahami dan menganalisa materi warisan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran jarak jauh, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kontekstual efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi warisan di era pandemi.

Jelnis pelnellitian dalam tullisan ini adalah delskriptif kulalitatif. Telknik pelngulmpullan data yang digulnakan dalam pelnellitian ini adalah delngan cara wawancara, obselrvasi dan julga melnggulnakan belrbagai sulmbelr baik itul belrasal dari bulkul maulpuln julrnal-julrnal yang rellelvan. Hasil dari pelnellitian ini melnulnjulkkan bahwa dalam pelmbelntulkan karaktelr moral pada siswa, gulrul melmiliki pelran yang sangat pelnting. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using technology in supporting Islamic Religious Education learning, therefore the aim of this research focuses on two studies, namely: the effectiveness of using technology in PAI learning and factors inhibiting the effectiveness of using technology in PAI learning. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The approach used is a descriptive study. In qualitative approach research, the data is in the form of sentences or narratives obtained through qualitative data collection techniques. The research results explain that educational technology has a very important role in the learning process. With the existence of educational technology, it will certainly make learning activities easier, where educators will find it easier to transfer information to students and of course students will also more easily understand the information conveyed by educators. Educators need to understand how to apply educational technology well so that educational technology can be effectively applied in the learning process. Especially in Islamic religious education learning, educational technology must really be considered so that the use of technology can be in line with learning objectives that are based on the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. Abstract

Because native Indonesian speakers struggle to use their language accurately and properly, this counseling exercise was conducted. Not only do students, lay speakers, or pupils exhibit this lack of proficiency, but also teachers. This kind of reality also exists in government institutions, which need to be the cornerstone of demonstrating proper and appropriate Indonesian usage. The languages used in various media spaces demonstrate this fact. When in reality the contrary is true, these native speakers frequently believe what they are doing to be morally correct. They frequently adhere to societal norms and emotional standards. This should be avoided since writing in Indonesian must comply to strict rules in order to maintain consistency. Based on these issues, this outreach effort was conducted to address the language issue in outdoor media. Given that teachers are subjects who serve as examples and role models for pupils and society, they are the ideal target object. As concrete proof that good and accurate Indonesian is prioritized, this activity takes the shape of material provision, debate, practice, and practical application. The target objects will ultimately be able to employ good and accurate Indonesian in outdoor media thanks to this service activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and academic performance of Muslim youth at Islamic universities. Respondents involved in this study were 104 respondents. The respondents involved in this study were 104 respondents who were randomly selected using data collection techniques used were questionnaires using scales as data collection tools, namely using motivation and academic performance scales. By using correlational quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that motivation affects the academic performance of Muslim youth. Because motivation is an encouragement, meaning that where behavior can influence a person's efforts so that his heart acts for him to do something so that there are results. Motivation is very important because it can support a person's behavior so that he wants to work hard, so that he can produce the best.

Abstract

Shalat khusyu adalah istilah dalam bahasa Indonesia yang mengacu pada pelaksanaan shalat dengan penuh khusyuk, yaitu dengan sepenuh hati, konsentrasi, dan penuh perenungan kepada Allah. Ini berarti saat menjalankan salat, seseorang sepenuhnya fokus pada ibadahnya, menjauhkan gangguan-gangguan dunia, dan merasa benar-benar berkomunikasi dengan Tuhan. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya sudah mengemukakan bahwasanya terapi shalat khusyu ini mampu menurunkan tingkat kecemasan akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental, Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sholat tahajud sebagai variabel bebas dan kecemasan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trapih shalat khsyu’ terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi semester 5 di Uin Raden Fatah Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa salat secara khusyu’ belum efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan akademik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,387 (> 0,05).

Abstract

This research is to investigate how to apply the TPR method and the students’ response toward the implementation of this method at 6th grade MI an Al Falah Islamic education foundation. The data collected by using observation, interview and questioner. The result of the research of conducting TPR method to VI grade of described with descriptive qualitative method, the researcher uses saturation sampling methods in analyzing data, where all of number of populations become sample, there are one English teacher and 17 students. Based on the result of observation, interview and questioner has been finding that there are students’ response are faced by the teacher in applying of TPR method such as: the students like and enjoy the material, the students dislike this method and the students feel bored of conducting this method, beside that the researcher found the total numbers of students like this method for about 11 students, it shown when the teacher give a command and demonstrate the movement they respond it well, and 4 students dislike this method and 2 students feel bored of this method, it shown when the students cannot demonstrate the command of the teacher and they are not active in learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam kisah Nabi Nuh A.S. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengambil dari berbagai sumber baik dari buku, jurnal-jurnal dan sumber-sumber lainnya yang relevan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kisah Nabi Nuh A.S mencangkup beberapa aspek nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, diantaranya yaitu: (1) Nilai keimanan, (2) Nilai ibadah, (3) Nilai Akhlak. Oleh karena itu, kisah Nabi Nuh A.S ini dan juga kisah-kisah Nabi yang lainnya dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu pedoman dalam kehidupan agar tercipta ketenangan dan kebahagian baik didunia maupun diakhirat kelak.
