Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 adalah pandemi pertama di era modern. Sejak dideklarasikan sebagai pandemi oleh organisasi kesehatan dunia, informasi terkait COVID-19 memenuhi semua lini. Informasi yang berlebihan ini tidak hanya berisi konten yang valid namun juga misinformasi. Misinformasi ini semakin parah dengan adanya media sosial. Berbagai kerusakan sudah ditimbulkan oleh kesalahan informasi ini dari korban jiwa sampai pandemi yang berkepanjangan. Misinformasi semakin meningkat dengan penemuan vaksin COVID-19. Rendahnya angka vaksinasi di beberapa tempat membuat rencana eradikasi pandemi semakin sulit. Review ini merangkum kerusakan-kerusakan yang ditimbulkan oleh misinformasi dan juga saran-saran yang diberikan untuk mengatasi atau mengurangi misinformasi dalam pandemi di era digital.

Abstract

Background: Gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the main cause of death worldwide. For decades, the prevalence between lower gastrointestinal bleeding and upper gastrointestinal bleeding is constant. However, latest study showed that this may change due to the invention of new medication that prevent upper gastrointestinal bleeding. The epidemiology of gastrointestinal bleeding is important to plan the future promotion and prevention in the risk group and also to understand the distribution of the patient and their risk factor. The shortage of epidemiological data in developing countries makes the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding became more challenging.Methods: This study is a retrospective study that aims to depict the epidemiology of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients who did gastroscopy or colonoscopy in Cut Meutia general hospital in North Aceh, Aceh Province. We analyze the medical record of the required patients in the interval of January 2019 to August 2021.Result: The incidence of lower gastrointestinal bleeding is higher than upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Female patients are dominant in develop gastrointestinal bleeding and elderly is the most common age that develop gastrointestinal bleeding.Conclusion : In general, the epidemiology of gastrointestinal bleeding in Cut Meutia general Hospital in North Aceh shares the same tendency with the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding in many countries in the world, but there are several finding that differ such as high incidency of gastritic tumor and high incidency of gastritic tumor in younger age in male.

Abstract

Pasien perempuan berusia 30 tahun datang dengan keluhan kaki kesemutan yang dirasakan dalam 1 bulan ini dan memberat dalam 2 minggu ini. Pasien juga mengeluhkan gatal-gatal di  seluruh tubuh sejak 2 minggu ini. Pasien merasa jika terjadi luka lama sembuhnya. Pasien merasa sering buang air kecil pada malam hari. Pasien juga merasa sering lapar dan sering haus. Pemerikssaan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada pasien didapatkan 353 mg/dl. Perhitungan index massa tubuh didapatkan 21,7 kg/m2 (normal). Data primer diperoleh melalui anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik dengan melakukan kunjungan rumah. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan diagnosis holistik awal, proses, dan akhir kunjungan. Intervensi yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah edukasi mengenai pentingnya mengonsumsi obat secara teratur untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah dan komplikasi yang dapat terjadi. Pasien juga diedukasi mengenai pola makan, edukasi untuk  melakukan aktivitas fisik dan olahraga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paritas dengan tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia pada ibu hamil di puskesmas Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observasional yang menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan besar sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia pada ibu hamil di puskesmas Tanah Luas Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Kesimpulannya, tingkat paritas memegang peran penting dalam tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap anemia pada kehamilan yang dapat menyebabkan risiko pada kehamilan.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of COVID-19 protocols by staying away from crowded places has a negative impact on the world of health, especially blood services. The decrease in the number of blood donors affected many patients who may have died or suffered as a result of blood delivery to the hospital not being reached. This study looked at how much influence the COVID-19 pandemic had on the number of blood donors at the Blood Transfusion Unit, Indonesian Red Cross of Banda Aceh City. This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional survey design. For the interpretation of the results using a degree of meaningfulness with a significant degree, namely ? of 5% with a note of P? (0.05) then Ho is rejected, while if P ? (0.05) then Ho is accepted. Results and Discussion. In this study, the data compared was the number of blood donors for the periods 2019 and 2020. The results showed that there was a decrease in the number of blood donors, reaching 12.7% in the 2020 period compared to the 2019 period. The Mann-Whitney test showed a P-value of 0.038 (P 0.05), which means that Ho was accepted or there was a relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic and the decrease in the number of donors at the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross of Banda Aceh City in 2020. The decline in the number of donors occurred due to the large number of donor activities that were canceled, and many people were worried about being exposed to COVID-19 when donating blood.Keywords: Pandemic, COVID-19, Blood donation

Abstract

Stroke adalah terhambatnya aliran darah ke otak karena perdarahan ataupun sumbatan dan merupakan penyebab utama dari kecacatan dan kematian pasien penderita stroke di seluruh dunia. Stroke merupakan kedaruratan yang membutuhkan penanganan segera. Penanganan yang cepat dan optimal dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan informasi yang didapatkan  tentang stroke terutama oleh paramedis di rumah sakit. Informasi yang salah tentang stroke dapat menghambat penanganan penyakit. Informasi tentang kesehatan didapatkan dari berbagai sumber. Paramedis memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan informasi tentang kesehatan kepada masyarakat, termasuk mengenai stroke. Namun, masih belum ada penelitian yang secara khusus mengevaluasi tingkat pengetahuan paramedis tentang pencegahan primer stroke. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Cut Meutia. pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 91 orang responden yang terdiri dari perawat dan bidan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kuesioner pengetahuan digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data pada saat penelitian. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan pencegahan primer stroke secara keseluruhan dalam kategori cukup (67%).

Abstract

This research focuses on socio-economic life between the Minangkabau and Batak ethnic groups at the Sebanga Morning Market, Duri City, in the period 1990-2023. In the area around the Sebanga Morning Market, there are various ethnicities, with the Batak and Minangkabau ethnic groups dominating. This causes competition and rivalry between the two ethnic groups to be superior, which often leads to conflict. The focus of this research is to analyze the social and economic life of the two ethnic groups at Pasar Pagi Sebanga, with the aim of describing the socio-economic conditions before and after the conflict between the Minangkabau and Batak ethnic groups. This research uses historical research methods to show that before 1990, competition between the Minangkabau and Batak ethnic groups at the Sebanga Morning Market had emerged, especially in economic fields such as trade and transportation. In 1990, a conflict occurred which was triggered by violations of Minang community norms by Batak youth. The conflict was finally suppressed by the authorities. After the conflict, socio-economic interactions between the two ethnic groups worsened, with the Minangkabau and Batak ethnic groups reluctant to interact with each other. However, over time, their relationship slowly improved, bringing a positive impact to socio-economic life in the region.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have a very important role in developing human resources, especially in forming character and religious knowledge. Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, digitalization of Islamic boarding schools has become a necessity to improve the quality of education, management efficiency and the relevance of Islamic boarding schools in modern society. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization in Islamic boarding schools, the challenges faced, and the positive impacts that digital transformation can have in the Islamic boarding school education system. The method used in this research is literature study and interviews with several Islamic boarding school managers who have implemented technology in their operations. The research results show that the digitalization of Islamic boarding schools provides opportunities to increase access to information, introduce more flexible learning methods, and improve the quality of Islamic boarding school management. However, major challenges related to human resources which are still limited in mastering technology and the availability of adequate infrastructure must be overcome immediately to achieve optimal benefits.

Abstract

The digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step to strengthen local economies in the digital era. This article discusses the importance of adopting digital technology to market MSME products through official village platforms. Digitalization enables MSMEs to reach wider markets, enhance branding, and improve financial transparency and accountability. A case study in Sukarendah Village illustrates how a Community Service Program (CSP) successfully empowered MSME actors through training on digitalization, branding strategies, and financial management. This article highlights the importance of collaboration between communities, village governments, and students in supporting the sustainability of MSME digitalization. With the right approach, digital transformation can become a catalyst for sustainable local economic growth.
