Abstract

Kegiatan ini menyajikan pelaksanaan "Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah Terindeks SCOPUS" yang dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi Zoom pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2023. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 44 peserta dari berbagai kalangan, termasuk mahasiswa dan dosen. Pentingnya topik ini terletak pada pentingnya peningkatan kualitas penulisan artikel ilmiah di kalangan mahasiswa dan dosen sebagai langkah menuju peningkatan produktivitas penelitian dan kemungkinan publikasi di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS. Dalam era globalisasi ilmu pengetahuan, persyaratan SCOPUS menjadi semakin penting dalam menilai relevansi dan dampak penelitian. Metode pelatihan mencakup presentasi teori, analisis studi kasus artikel ilmiah yang berhasil terindeks SCOPUS, praktik penulisan, sesi diskusi, dan umpan balik langsung. Evaluasi artikel ilmiah peserta dilakukan untuk memberikan bimbingan yang konstruktif. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah, pengembangan keterampilan praktis, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang persyaratan SCOPUS, serta penulisan artikel ilmiah berkualitas tinggi. Selain itu, kolaborasi antar peserta memperkaya pengalaman pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini adalah bahwa peserta memiliki landasan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kontribusi mereka dalam penelitian ilmiah. Dampak jangka panjangnya adalah peningkatan kualitas publikasi, peningkatan karier akademik, dan dorongan untuk pembelajaran berkelanjutan dalam penulisan ilmiah. Hasil pelatihan ini sangat penting dalam menghadapi persaingan akademik yang semakin ketat dan meningkatkan relevansi penelitian lokal di tingkat global.

Abstract

There are many important factors that influence the success of a business, one of which is financial strategy. Basically, finance is the basis for company operations which must be managed well through financial management. For the smooth running and sustainability of a business in the long term, a well-thought-out financial strategy is needed. Financial strategy is one of the pillars of a business. Sustainability in a business context refers to a form of accountability in strategic decision making. The strategy formed in business is how the business can develop, be accountable, and generate profits. The method used in this article is the study method. Literature studies can be obtained from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. This research discusses corporate finance theory, sustainability theory, business strategy theory, and the integration between finance and sustainability.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of business actors in the application of simple accounting, facilitate MSME actors in preparing accurate and easy-to-understand financial reports, and provide solutions for MSMEs to more easily access financing through better financial records. The method used in this activity is to identify and select participants, carry out socialization, education and mentoring, conduct monitoring, evaluation and assessment. This seminar was attended by 20 MSME players. The results of this service show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in Mandai District, Maros Regency in the application of simple accounting, especially regularity in financial records, making financial reports so that it makes it easier for MSME actors to obtain access to financing. This service helps MSMEs in monitoring financial conditions and increasing their competitiveness and business continuity.

Abstract

The implementation of learning management system, lecturers must prepare the necessary materials and components. However, the fact is that there are 63% difficulties in compiling material in the learning management system. The research aims to analyze the impact of implementing learning using LMS in higher education and to find solutions to overcome obstacles and difficulties in implementing learning using a learning management system. The research method used is a survey by distributing instruments. Data collection techniques were by distributing instruments to 132 people consisting of lecturers and students who are directly involved in the learning process and conducting random interviews to ensure the correctness of the data from the survey. Analysis techniques using SPSS Version 25.0 by forming bar charts, line charts, and pie charts and interpreting them. As a result, the obstacles, difficulties, and impacts of using the learning management system during the learning process were found. The obstacles and difficulties lie in the preparation of materials, models, and assessment tools used which are not provided to students through the LMS. The material is not stated in the media used and is not given an assessment to students, so the impact is that students are unable to measure their abilities. In conclusion, every lecturer must prepare materials, models, and assessment instruments before using the learning management system in implementing course learning.

Abstract

The idea of community-oriented resource management (local resource management) is a development management figure that tries to answer development challenges like poverty, environmental degradation, and the lack of community participation in the development process that concerns them. This research aims to build an inclusive community empowerment model through a social entrepreneurship approach in the creative economy sector. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which includes data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation using key and additional information. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The results of the study show that the model of empowering people with disabilities with a social entrepreneurship approach in tenoon businesses is based on the strengths and capabilities of people with disabilities so that through empowerment with a social entrepreneurship approach in the creative economy sector it can produce self-recognition, self-confidence and self-reliance that can support person, power and profit on strengthening the next empowerment.

Abstract

This community service aims to strengthen the capacity of digital promotion in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) groups in South Buton Regency through a qualitative approach. The method of this activity was carried out by organising a seminar attended by MSME players in the region. The seminar was designed to provide an in-depth understanding of digital promotion strategies and the effective use of digital technology to increase the competitiveness and market reach of MSMEs. The results of the activity showed that the active participation of participants in the seminar was able to increase their digital knowledge and skills, thus enabling the implementation of more effective promotional strategies In addition, the findings underscore the importance of ongoing support and intensive training to ensure the implementation and sustainability of digital promotion strategies among MSME actors. In conclusion, strengthening digital promotion capacity can be a key factor in driving local economic growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in South Buton District.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of employee training, job satisfaction, and career advancement on employee performance in higher education institutions (HEIs). Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 300 employees across various HEIs. The findings indicate that all three factors significantly enhance employee performance, with job satisfaction emerging as the most influential predictor. Effective training programs positively correlate with increased job satisfaction, while perceived opportunities for career advancement further motivate employees to perform at their best. The results suggest that HEIs should prioritize comprehensive employee development strategies that integrate training, satisfaction, and career growth opportunities to foster a supportive work environment. This research contributes to the understanding of how these factors interrelate to enhance employee performance and provides actionable recommendations for HEI administrators and policymakers

Abstract

HRM leadership has evolved significantly in an era of rapid and complex organizational change. This research uses bibliometrics, focusing on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational effectiveness. We found key trends, influential authors, research clusters, and emerging themes. This analysis reaffirms the importance of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence. Works from leading scholars such as Bass, Avolio, Goleman, and Guest remain influential. We also identify emerging leadership paradigms, including agile and inclusive models adapted to modern challenges. Interdisciplinary links with psychology, organizational behavior, and technology management highlight the cross-disciplinary nature of HRM leadership research. Collaborative networks and new scholars enrich perspectives and methodologies. Practical implications emphasize the importance of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence for HRM practitioners, advocating for agile and inclusive models. Future research directions include examining the impact of digital transformation on leadership and the critical role of leadership in promoting diversity and inclusion.

Abstract

Pelatihan Strategi Mengelola Stres dan Kecemasan pada Anak merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur pada tanggal 21 Februari 2024. Penelitian ini dipilih karena meningkatnya kompleksitas tantangan kesejahteraan mental anak-anak di era modern. Dalam kegiatan ini, fokus diberikan pada pemahaman orang tua terhadap stres dan kecemasan anak, serta pengembangan strategi konkret untuk membantu mengelolanya. Metode penelitian melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan, sesi presentasi, workshop interaktif, dan evaluasi dampak. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan orang tua, serta penerapan strategi di rumah. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif pada komunitas sekolah, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertukaran pengalaman dan dukungan sosial di antara orang tua.

Abstract

This training was conducted by the author on a number of Women Farmers Groups, namely the Mawar Kolaka Women Farmers Group. This training was conducted by the author for ten days with a number of materials that the author believes can make each Women Farmers Group able to record the finances of the Women Farmers Group well. The author believes that the five materials that the author trained the administrators of the Women Farmers Group who are the objects in this article can make the financial system, both bookkeeping of income, expenses, and so on, better. The author also realizes that understanding the material that the author conveys is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. However, the author has tried as much as possible to convey the material simply and understandably. The author hopes that the improvement in the financial bookkeeping of each Women Farmers Group that is the object of this article can be better in the future
