Abstract

Projections for Indonesia's economic growth from 2023 to 2025 will be examined, with particular attention given to global concerns such as globalization and climate change. The report employs empirical data analysis to identify significant trends and sectors, while also addressing obstacles such as global uncertainty, sluggish digital change, and subpar infrastructure. The suggested approaches encompass economic diversification, investment in infrastructure, expedited digital transformation, legal restructuring, education, adaptable fiscal policy, and cooperation. It is anticipated that the execution of these policies will enhance economic growth, improve the well-being of individuals, and strengthen global competitiveness. This will be achieved through greater average income per person, decreased poverty rates, boosted exports, and improved investment opportunities. Ultimately, this study underscores the importance of adopting a comprehensive strategy to attain Indonesia's economic growth objectives for the period of 2023-2025, with the collaboration of the government, private sector, and society.

Abstract

In today’s highly competitive fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, sales promotion performance continues to face serious challenges due to the persistent imbalance between knowledge acquisition and its actual application in daily work practices. This issue is particularly evident among Sales Promotion Girls (SPG), whose performance directly affects customer engagement and company sales outcomes. This research aims to investigate how knowledge sharing and the transfer of training contribute to enhancing SPG performance at PT Unilever in Kendari City. Using a descriptive qualitative design, the study involved 25 key informants selected purposively from a population of 32 SPGs. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that knowledge sharing significantly enhances performance through two dimensions: knowledge collecting (facilitated through formal training sessions, which increased conceptual understanding of product mastery and personal selling) and knowledge donating (through voluntary peer exchanges that strengthened practical competence). However, its effectiveness is often constrained by uneven knowledge distribution and limited institutional recognition. Successful training transfer is driven by field-based practice opportunities, cohesive teamwork, and motivation provided through reward systems. This study provides a novel perspective by highlighting how the integration of formal and informal knowledge flows can reinforce sustainable SPG performance and inform more adaptive human resource development strategies in dynamic sales environments.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies and the growing demand for public accountability have positioned digital human capital and intellectual capital as critical drivers of strengthening local government governance. This study examines the role of digital human capital and intellectual capital in enhancing public governance and sustainable regional financial performance accountability. This study employs a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, drawing on peer-reviewed articles, government reports, and case studies published between 2010 and 2023. The findings show that digital human capital improves public service delivery and citizen engagement, while intellectual capital, comprising human, structural, and relational capital, enhances resource management and governance processes. The review also identifies challenges such as the digital divide and resistance to change that hinder the effective integration of these forms of capital. The paper suggests that integrating digital and intellectual capital can significantly improve financial accountability and governance outcomes, particularly in developing countries, where challenges to digital transformation are prevalent. However, further empirical studies are needed to explore the long-term impact and practical application of these resources in local government settings.
