Abstract

This study analyzes the factors affecting the unemployment rate in Indonesia by focusing on three important aspects: global description, the role of the government in reducing unemployment, and the role of e-commerce or business digitalization in minimizing unemployment. The results of the analysis show the complexity and variety of factors affecting unemployment, including the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy and labor market. The role of government in formulating economic policies, workforce training, and social protection has major implications in reducing unemployment. In addition, technology and business digitalization through e-commerce also make a positive contribution in creating new jobs and independent job opportunities. However, to achieve a sustainable reduction in unemployment, an integrated approach is needed that considers economic dynamics, cooperation between different sectors, and adaptation to continuous changes in society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect leadership style, motivation and work discipline towards performance employee. Method study this use descriptive analysis with a correlation approach. T test results It is obtained that the calculated t value of the motivation variable (X2) has mark p-value as big as 0,000 <0.05 It means significant, while the t count is 7.287 > from the t table 1.987, meaning it is significant. Matter the means 7,287 (X2) motivation in a way Partial influential to Performance Employee (Y). The size influence motivation to Performance employee is as big as 37.6%. 3) There is influence discipline to Employee performance. The results of the t test showed that the t value was calculated variable motivation (X3) own mark p-value as big as 0,000<0.05 means significant, while the t count is 4.794 > from the t table 1,987 It means significant. Matter the means 4,794 (X3) discipline in a way Partial influential to Performance Employee (Y). The size influence discipline to Performance employee is as big as 20.7%. 4) There is influence which significant between Style Leadership (X 1), Motivation (X2) and discipline (X3) to Performance Employees (Y) is 0.739, this shows that these four variables have an influence the strong one is at the limit interpretation intermediate R value 0.60 – 0.799.

Abstract

The role of leadership is very strategic and important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization, is one of the motives that encourage humans to always investigate the intricacies associated with leadership. Transformational leadership basically encourages subordinates to do better Behavior demanded by today's organizations is not only in-role behavior but also extra- role behavior. Extra-role behavior is also called the Organizational itizenship Behavior.OCB is a term used to identify the employee behaviors that can be called a "good employee". If employees in the organization have OCB, efforts to control employee declined, since employees can control their own behavior or being able to choose the best behavior for the benefit of the organization. OCB will enhance transformational leadership because the good nature of OCB will influence the behavior of the leader. There is a significant influence ith the value of P = 0.00 between OCB and transformational leadership. This shows there is an increase in transformational leadership due to OCB behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in reading and writing interest of Sanggar Bimbingan (SB) students of Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia through visual media. This study used descriptive research methods, specifically using classroom action research. This approach includes four distinct stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The study involved a sample size of 10 students. The results of data analysis in cycle 1 showed that children developed interest in reading and writing with the picture method reaching 58% to 72%, while in cycle 2 of meetings 1 and 2 the level of interest increased. In reading, writing and counting using visual methods. Reached 95.4%. This shows that the teacher's actions are good.
