Abstract: In an effort to control the rate of the spread of Covid-19, the Governor of Sumatera Utara detailed-right of instructions written to perform the extension of PPKM Mikro. One of the scenarios control that is used to perform the contact tracing. Many countries have managed to implement technology-based applications as a tool to do contact tracing to the victims who are exposed. On the one hand, the use of application is very helpful in reducing the rate of transmission of Covid-19. But on the other hand, concerns against the use of user data that is secret to be its own obstacles. This study aims to create a tracing system contact Covid-19 using the QR Code. QR Code technology is selected because it can be used as a tracing tool contact without need to take the user's location data confidential. This system developed by applying the waterfall model. The results of the research show that the tracing system contact Covid-19 without using the privacy data of the user is successfully created with the use of QR Code technology is web-based. Using the method of blackbox testing, the results of the test the functionality of the system running well. Keywords: Contact Tracing, Covid-19; QR Code; Waterfall; Web Abstrak: Dalam upaya mengendalikan laju penyebaran Covid-19, Gubernur Sumatera Utara mengeluarkan instruksi tertulis untuk melakukan perpanjangan PPKM Mikro. Salah satu skenario pengendalian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pelacakan kontak (contact tracing). Beberapa negara telah berhasil mengimplementasikan teknologi berbasis aplikasi sebagai alat untuk melakukan pelacakan kontak terhadap korban yang terpapar. Disatu sisi, penggunaan aplikasi sangat membantu dalam menekan laju penularan Covid-19. Namun disisi lain, kekhawatiran terhadap penggunaan data pengguna yang bersifat rahasia menjadi hambatan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 menggunakan QR Code. Teknologi QR Code dipilih karena dapat digunakan sebagai alat pelacakan kontak tanpa perlu mengambil data lokasi pengguna yang bersifat rahasia. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 tanpa menggunkan data privasi pengguna berhasil dibuat dengan menggunkan teknologi QR Code yang berbasis web. Dengan mengguna metode blackbox testing, hasil dari uji fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik. Kata kunci: Covid-19; Pelacakan Kontak; QR Code, Waterfall, Web

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan pada Siswa/i Ibay Komputer Rantauprapat dengan baik peserta dan staf yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut sebanyak 35 orang dimana siswa yang mengikuti penyuluhan dan pelatihan dari tingkat SMA Sebanyak 10 orang dengan persentase 29%, pelajar tingkat SMK sebanyak 20 orang dengan persentase 57%, kemudiaan Diploma sebanyak 5 orang dengan persentase 14%, siswa dan staf yang mengikuti penyuluhan dan pelatihan tersebut. Hasil Post Test yang dilakukan diakhir acara siswa dan staf yang memahami materi penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknologi robotika dan animasi yang menyatakan paham sebanyak 29 orang dengan persentase 83% dan 6 orang yang menyatakan tidak paham dengan persentase 17%. Dari data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa animo terhadap acara penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknologi robotika dan animasi sangat baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa para Siswa/I dan staff ibay komputer menyambut positif kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Sesuai dengan harapan mereka sangat mengharapkan adanya kegitan-kegiatan yang sifatnya memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan memberi pengetahuan yang baru dan inovasi

Through digital literacy in order to improve knowledge, by carrying out community service, it plays an important role with training on efforts to improve community digital literacy which was carried out in Tanjung Medan village, with participants who were followed by the community and Tanjung Medan village officials. raised the title of service, namely "Efforts to Improve Digital Literacy Tanjung Medan Village Community". In delivery of the material presented is very good. Before carrying out the information technology knowledge training activity, a test was held, it turned out that it was known that those who did not know how to use information technology The use of the internet with the aim of serving the community in Tanjung Medan village was very positively responded and brought transformation to residents of Tanjung Medan village. Improving literacy, especially reading and writing literacy in society, must be one of the centers of attention of various parties. Low literacy skills will encourage people to respond incorrectly to information that has the potential to take actions that are not in accordance with existing rules and can even hinder the growth of the global human development index as the government hopes, and can even harm themselves. This service activity is carried out in an effort to improve literacy in village communities. Activities are carried out by means of outreach, discussions and training that directly involve the community. The implementation of this community service activity proves that the discussion, socialization and training methods can improve the literacy skills of the village community. Providing socialization and training materials can encourage the growth of self-confidence in the basic abilities they have, so that people are increasingly aware that with good literacy, they will find it easier to process and socialize in all conditions.

Human needs related to resource development generally consist of formal resources and information resources. Formal resource development can be obtained from training that is deliberately carried out for the development of human resources themselves. Numerical literacy skills are needs that can be developed using direct socialization and training methods. Direct training and socialization methods in an effort to improve the numeracy literacy skills of village communities are effective and worthy of consideration. The results of this community service activity prove that with the socialization and direct training methods that focus on training activities with calculation material for calculating irregular rectangular land areas, calculating the number of seeds to the land area, calculating the amount of fertilizer for population/seeds and calculating the amount of land and building tax it is proven can increase the numeracy literacy of the village community.

Cultural Literacy is used to analyze, create, transmit information based on experience, the use of Cultural Literacy is one of the cultural drivers. Through the dedication that is presented to the village of Tanjung Medan, it can increase the cultural literacy of the community. With a predominantly Muslim area located in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province, the activity was carried out for 3 days starting on 22, 27 August and 05 November 2022 at the Tanjung Medan village office room, West Bilah sub-district, Labuhanbatu district, the benefits of digital literacy to improve culture nasyid and marsanji in the village of Tanjung Medan. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge about the culture of the village of Tanjung Medan. The implementation method in the training for cultural literacy activities consists of three stages, the first stage is a practical test, the second stage is an understanding test through pretest and post test regarding Nasyid and Marsanji training. Results from the responses of activity participants There were 0 participants 0% responses who felt unhappy carrying out the activity, 5 participants with a percentage of 25% responded quite happy. 7 participants with a percentage of 35% happy response. 8 Participants with a percentage of 40% very happy response. The conclusion that was obtained was that the nasyid and marsanji cultural training had a positive impact, especially on the people in the village of Tanjung Medan. Suggestions need to be raised again in nasyid and marsanji training to carry out regional culture in the village of Tanjung Medan.

Rancangan Card Door Lock Sensor RFID berbasis Arduino Uno pada Kelas TI-VII Universitas Labuhanbatu merupakan sebuah proyek yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah sistem kunci pintu yang dapat digunakan dengan menggunakan kartu RFID. Proyek ini menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai mikrokontroler yang akan digunakan untuk mengontrol sistem kunci pintu tersebut. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam penggunaan sistem kunci pintu di Kelas TI-VII Universitas Labuhanbatu.

Tourism is an activity on vacation or traveling with the aim of enjoying a new atmosphere and visiting tourist attractions such as mountains, beaches, parks and others. Nature tourism is a form of tourism that involves nature as the main object or place, which takes advantage of the beauty and uniqueness of nature such as national parks, forests, mountains, beaches, lakes, rivers, and so on. In selecting nature tourism, ecological aspects must be considered to maintain environmental balance and conserve biodiversity. Social and cultural aspects must also be considered to ensure that the development of natural tourism does not harm the local community, does not damage cultural heritage and traditions and mistakes often occur in determining good nature tourism. In determining natural tourism there are various criteria, namely: Natural beauty, Cost, Atmosphere, Cleanliness and Sustainability and Facilities. From the test results obtained the best alternative with a value of 0.32125.

Gerakan literasi merupakan program yang sedang gencar di sosialisakan pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia secara nasional, salah satu didalamnya adalah literasi sains. Pelaksanaan program Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Medan bertujuan untuk merangsang peningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains masyarkat khususnya masyarakat Desa Tanjung Medan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan rekayasa sosial berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara langsung. Beberapa jenis diatara pelatihan yang dilaksanakan seperti pembuatan pupuk organik cair dengan memanfaatkan limbah kotoran hewan dan juga akar putri malu. Hal ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi masyarakat. Hal ini dapat terlihat dengan membandingkan hasil uji pretest pra pengabdian dan postest setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan, dimana kemampuan literasi sains masyarakat meningkat setelah mereka mengikuti materi yang dipaparkan nara sumber dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktek / pelatihan langsung dalam kegiatan pengabdian. Masyarakat setempat berharap kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan guna menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat dalam peningkatan kapatasitasnya di profesi masing-masing.

The emergence of public anxiety about new sources of income is the basis for implementing community service activities. This is due to the instability of the commodity prices of oil palm and rubber, which are the main incomes of the people of Tanjung Medan village. Various efforts to increase financial literacy have been carried out in various villages to increase community income sources as the spearhead of regional development. However, in Tanjung Medan Village there has never been a similar activity carried out and there are no MSMEs that have been established in the village. For this reason, financial literacy training activities were carried out in Tanjung Medan village. This activity aims to provide training for MSMEs to improve people's financial literacy through socialization and hands-on practical training. MSME training to improve financial literacy has proven to be applicable to rural communities. Training activities have been proven to stimulate public interest in forming MSMEs as the basis for increasing financial literacy in the form of new financial sources for the community. The implementation of the activity succeeded in providing new soft skills and hard skills for training participants. The results of the implementation of the activity provide new knowledge and the ability of participants in preparing and submitting a complete MSME formation. This activity also succeeded in providing new skills for the community, especially in making craft products made from rattan as well as various cakes and snacks.
