Abstract

Pelatihan pengetahuan teknologi informasi dalam rangka pengabdian di Masyarakat sangat berperan penting dengan adanya pelatihan  di Desa N-7 Aek Nabara yang dilaksanakan pada hari Senin tanggal 02 Desember 2019, dengan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan pengetahuan teknologi berupa internet sebanyak 10 orang. Dalam penyampaian materi yang dipaparkan sangat baik. Sebelum melangsungkan kegitan pelatihan pengetahuan teknologi informasi tersebut di adakan tes, ternyata diketahui yang tidak mengetahui memakaipelatihan pengetahuan teknologi informasi Penggunaan internet dengan tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa N-7 Aek Nabara sangatlah direspon positif dan membawa transformasi terhadap warga Desa N-7 Aek Nabara yang mengikuti pelatihan pengetahuan teknologi informasi tentang intenet tersebut dilakukan post-test disaat akhir pemaparan materi oleh tim pengabdian pada warga oleh dosen dan mahasiswa fakultas sains dan teknologi universitas labuhanbatu diketahui sungguh bagus perubahan warga tersebut ditinjau dari hasil adapun kekurangan yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan serta pembelajaran itu disebabkan dengan adanya faktor- faktor lain misalnya tidak ketersedian alat prasarana disaat pelatihan itu, dan kemampuan peserta yang berbeda-beda maka perlu dicoba pelatihan dan pendidikan Penggunaan internet pada warga Desa N-7 Aek Nabara dimasa-masa-masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The ripeness of oil palm fruit greatly affects the quality of the oil produced. Usually, humans manually detect the maturity of oil palm fruit, a process that can be inconsistent and time-consuming. Therefore, there is a need for automated methods that can improve accuracy and efficiency in determining the maturity of oil palm fruit. The study proposes using the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm to detect oil palm fruit maturity based on digital color images. We expect a convolutional neural network, known for its effectiveness in image analysis, to deliver accurate results in classifying fruit maturity. The aim of this study is to develop and test a model of a convolutional neural network that can classify oil palm fruit into three maturity categories: raw, ripe, and rotten. This study employs a maturity-categorized data set of oil palm images. We built and trained a convolutional neural network model using this data set. We evaluate the model performance using four main metrics: accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. We perform an in-depth analysis to assess model performance in each maturity category. The confusion matrix yielded an accuracy of 74.6%. The convolutional neural network model developed showed the highest precision results for the ripe fruit (86.00%), followed by rotten fruit (72.30%), and raw fruit (67.30%). We obtained the highest recalls (85.40%) for the raw fruit category, followed by ripe fruits (75.50%) and rotten fruits (72.30%.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik memiliki beberapa keuntungan dibandingkan dengan budidaya secara konvensional, yaitu pertumbuhan tanaman dapat di kontrol, tanaman dapat berproduksi dengan kualitas dan kuantitas yang tinggi, tanaman jarang terserang hama penyakit karena terlindungi, pemberian air irigasi dan larutan hara lebih efisien dan efektif, dapat diusahakan terus menerus tanpa tergantung oleh musim, dan dapat diterapkan pada lahan yang sempit. Hidroponik berdasarkan sistem irigasinya dikelompokkan menjadi: (1) Sistem terbuka dimana larutan hara tidak digunakan kembali, misalnya pada hidroponik dengan penggunaan irigasi tetes drip irrigation atau trickle irrigation, (2) Sistem tertutup, dimana larutan hara dimanfaatkan kembali dengan cara resirkulasi. Sedangkan berdasarkan penggunaan media atau substrat dapat dikelompokkan menjadi (1) Substrate System dan (2) BareRoot System.

Abstract

Village is a community unit that has territorial boundaries that has the authority to take care of all the interests of residents or the local community. The village is led by the Village Head who is assisted by village officials and supervised by the Village Consultative Body in accordance with Permendagri number 110/2016 regarding the duties and functions of the BPD. The lack of knowledge of residents about Information Technology such as the operation of Microsoft word and excel in terms of writing correspondence is an obstacle in their activities, especially for high school/vocational school level students or office workers. The aim of this Microsoft word and microwoft excel training is to improve the quality of Human Resources ( HR) for the people of Sidorejo Village, Labuhanbatu Regency. The methods in this training are the discussion method and the practical method. The results of this training show that there is an increase in the skills of the residents of Sidorejo Village, Labuhanbatu Regency in operating and using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, this can help smooth their daily work and increase residents' knowledge about science and technology

Abstract

Computer networks are one of the important subjects in the field of Information Technology. Various types of computer network devices continue to innovate to adapt to technological developments. Mikrotik is a router product that is widely used to implement a network system. As educators at Vocational High Schools, especially in the Computer and Network Engineering major, students are expected to be able to increase their understanding in the field of computer networks using proxy. Mikrotik training is given to students at SMKS Siti Banun Sigambal to be able to implement a network system and can become a trainer to be able to teach about proxy at school. This training is used to prepare students for certification regarding basic network systems or Mikrotik Certified Network (MCTMA). The training methods used are lectures and practice (demonstrations). The results of the training activities in outline include several components of success, namely: 1) The success of the training/participants in the training, 2) The achievement of the planned research objectives, 3) The achievement of the planned material objectives.

Abstract

Perkembagnan teknologi serta penggunaan komputer berkembang sangat tinggi, ini merupapakan kemajuan Teknologi yang menjadikan segala kegiatan lebih mudah dan cepat pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada hari senin, tanggal 05 Juni 2023. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi photoshop untuk mengembangkan bakat seni disain grafis pada masyarakat generasi muda pada desa N-6 Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara. di desa N-6, Pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat khususnya pada kemampuan desain grafis photoshop guna meningkatkan kreatifitas. Masyarakat desa N-6 belum banyak pengetahuan tentang aplikasi photoshop, khususnya pengetahuan mengenai aplikasi atau perangkat lunak untuk mendesain gambar. Dalam berbagai kegiatan di desa N-6, tim pengabdian masyarakat mendapatkan banyak informasi mengenai masih tentang masyarakat yang belum memahami desain grafis menggunakan Photoshop. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diadakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan software pengolah grafis untuk kegiatan yang membutuhkan pengolahan grafis. Metode penerapan pada kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan langsung di lapangan dalam bentuk praktek langsung pengoperasian Aplikasi Photoshop. Adapun sarana prasarana yang kami gunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan kami adalah ruangan aula. Adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan Desa N-6 yang wilayahnya terdalam bias menjadi lebih paham mengenai desain khususnya mampu membuat spanduk atau poster dan lainya.

Abstract

Since the establishment of the Labuhanbatu Regency Government website, no efforts have been made to evaluate its performance. This is important to do considering that the Labuhanbatu Regency Government website is a medium of public information needed by the community. The website is also an indicator of the quality assessment of the government as an effort to improve services to the community. This study aims to analyze the website of the Labuhanbatu Regency Government using the evaluation method. The evaluation process is carried out with the help of the GTmetrix measuring tool by measuring website performance through performance metrics such as: First Contentful Paint (FCP), Speed ​​Index (SI), Large Contenful Paint (LCP), Time to Interactive (TTI), Total Blocking Time ( TBT), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS). The test results show that the Grade of the website is at level D, with 61% Performance, and 78% Structure. The test results on performance metrics at two test times show a downward trend, where the best FCP is achieved within 2100 milliseconds, SI 6500 milliseconds, LCP 4300 milliseconds, TTI 2100 milliseconds, and TBT 0 milliseconds, although the FCP, SI, and LCP metrics are still in the non-recommended category. The results showed that the GTmetrix measuring instrument could be used to evaluate the website of the Labuhanbatu Regency Government with comprehensive evaluation results. The thing that must be evaluated is the “Reduce initial server response time” aspect which makes the website's initial page load slow. As a solution to these problems, the Labuhanbatu Regency website manager must make improvements to the program code and database queries, implement caching on the server, and perform periodic upgrades to Server hardware, CPU, and Memory.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of PrestaShop in website development, marketing and logistics at the SS Galery Rantauprapat store. PrestaShop is an e-commerce platform designed to make it easier to create and manage online stores with features that support sales, including product management, payment systems, and sales analysis. In the context of SS Gallery, the implementation of PrestaShop aims to increase operational efficiency and expand market reach. The implementation process begins with designing a website that is responsive and user-friendly, allowing customers to access product information easily. The e-marketing features in PrestaShop are also used to increase product promotions, attract more customers and increase their loyalty. In addition, an integrated logistics system helps in managing goods delivery efficiently, reducing customer waiting time. The results of this research show that using PrestaShop not only increases sales productivity but also simplifies the marketing process and logistics management. In this way, SS Galery Rantauprapat can compete better in an increasingly competitive digital market. This research provides insight for other business actors about the importance of information technology in supporting business growth in the digital era.
