Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed human resource competency requirements, emphasizing digital technology, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, data literacy, and 21st-century skills. A community service activity conducted on March 21, 2026, aimed to enhance the understanding and readiness of students from SMK Bakti Medika Wiyata Kristen in Magelang City regarding technological advancements and the demands of the workforce. The program comprised awareness-raising sessions, presentations, educational talks, and interactive discussions covering the concepts of Industrial Revolution 4.0, enabling technologies, IoT applications, and essential skills. Evaluations conducted via pre-tests and post-tests revealed an increase in the average score from 53.39 to 88.00—a rise of 64.8%. These results indicate that the activity was effective in improving students' understanding of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and their preparedness for technological shifts and workforce demands. Consequently, such activities should be sustained, incorporating reinforced practical technology training to ensure student competencies remain aligned with industry needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of User Experience, Financial Innovation Capability and Organizational Learning on the Success of Financial Technology Fintech Lending Company Adoption in Indonesia More precisely, the research will be on the interaction of these three aspects. The research used a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was distributed to employes of fintech lending companies, which are involved in the application and deployment of digital financial technologies. Participants were asked for feedback. The sampling technique applied is the intentional sampling. Data collection is conducted thru online questionnaires created by the researchers using Google Forms. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results show that User Experience, Financial Innovation Capability and Organizational Learning have a positive and significant impact on the success of financial technology adoption. This means that all three are interrelated. The findings indicate that a great user experience, an organization’s opportunity to innovate financially, and a culture of continuous learning are important attributes that must be considered in an attempt to improve the effectiveness of technology adoption in fintech lending organizations. Those are the things to think about.
