Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara sangat penting bagi siswa, karena dengan terampil berbicara dapat bermanfaat bagi siswa untuk masa akan datang. Kenyataan yang ditemui di lapangan, siswa kurang terampil berbicara untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya. Beberapa faktor penyebab yakni: siswa kurang percaya diri, siswa kurang berani menyampaikan pendapat karena takut salah, kesulitan siswa menggunakan kata yang tepat untuk menggambarkan apa yang dimaksud sehingga kurang tersampaikan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui strategi video comment pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi siswa dan lembar indikator keterampilan berbicara. Siklus I jumlah siswa taraf keberhasil “Sangat baik”, 2 siswa dengan persentase 10%, taraf “baik” terdapat 4 siswa persentase 20%, “cukup” terdapat 10 siswa persentase 50%, “kurang” ada 4 siswa persentase 20%. Siklus II taraf keberhasil “sangat baik” terdapat 6 siswa persentase 30%, taraf “baik” terdapat 14 siswa persentase 70%, dan tidak ada siswa pada taraf “cukup dan kurang”. Siklus III taraf keberhasilan “sangat baik” terdapat 17 siswa persentase 85%, pada taraf “baik” terdapat 3 siswa persentase 15%, dan tidak terdapat siswa pada taraf “cukup dan kurang”. Sedangkan pada aktivitas siswa yakni 19 dengan rata-rata 67,85%. Pada siklus ke dua terlihat jumlah skor 24 dengan rata-rata 85,71%. Selanjutnya dilihat pada siklus ke tiga dengan jumlah skor 27 dengan rata-rata 96,42%. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat dikatakan penelitian peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui strategi video comment ini  berhasil karena hasil yang diperoleh meningkat setiap siklusnya.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' initial reading skills using the scramble method for class II SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo. This type of research is classroom action research conducted collaboratively and participatively. The subjects in this research were 19 class II students at SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo, consisting of 12 female students and 7 male students. This research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the scramble method can improve the initial reading skills of class II students at SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo in the first cycle by 63.16% and increase in the second cycle by 84.22%.

Abstract

While conducting observations at SD Negeri 022 Rambah, the researcher encountered several problems faced by students and teachers at SD Negeri 022 Rambah during the learning process, the problems encountered were as follows; The science learning process that takes place at school is still not enjoyable, Teachers only use the lecture method, and Low student learning outcomes occur at SD Negeri 022 Rambah among class IV students. The treffinger learning model is a learning model that leads to critical and creative thinking skills. This research is Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques in this research used observation sheets and tests. Data analysis techniques by analyzing data from observation sheets and tests carried out by students. The research results show an increase in learning outcomes with the application of the Treffinger learning model. In cycle 1, meeting 1, the number of students who completed 8 students became 11 students with an average score of 76.30 with a student learning completion percentage of 55%. Experiencing an increase in cycle 2, the number of students who completed 13 students at meeting 1 became 17 students with a completion percentage of 85% with an average class score of 83. It can be concluded that the application of the treffinger learning model can improve student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 022 Rambah Samo.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the two-stay two-stray learning model in Mathematics learning. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo with the research subject of grade IV students totaling 20 students. Each cycle is carried out 2 meetings, where at the end of each learning test is carried out to find out the learning results obtained by students. Data collection techniques are carried out in the form of student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets and question tests. The learning outcomes of students before conducting research on mathematics learning were obtained by students who completed 50% and those who did not complete 50%. After learning mathematics using the two-stay two-stray learning model, the results obtained in cycles I and II increased in students' average scores and learning activities.  Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the learning strategy of the two stay two stray learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems that occurred at SD Negeri 006 Rambah Samo, namely the scores obtained by students were still far from the KKM set. This study aims to determine the application of comic media to increase student learning motivation in science subjects at SD Negeri 006 Rambah Samo. This research is classroom action research. The subject of this study is all students of grade V of SD Negeri 006 Rambah Samo totaling 22 people. This research consists of two cycles. Data collection using interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that the desire and desire succeeded in the initial condition was 43.21%, the first cycle was 69%, the second cycle was 75.28%. the existence of encouragement and need in learning was 49.52%, cycle I was 72.5%, cycle II was 85.2%, there were hopes and ideals of 51.60%, cycle I was 77%, cycle II was 80%, reward activities in learning were 53.57%, cycle I was 75.28%, cycle II was 85%, interesting activities in learning was 49.28%, cycle I was 70.85%, cycle II was 90%. In the initial condition, the number of students who reached KKM was 10 people, in the first cycle there were 12 students and in the second cycle there were 22 students. In cycle II, student motivation has reached the indicator. It can be concluded that the application of comic media can increase students' motivation to learn

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan di lapangan berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, terkait rendahnya keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas II SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo, karena dari jumlah 16 siswa hanya 3 siswa yang dapat menyimak dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan media audiobook dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas II SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Siklus 1 pertemuan pertama siswa yang aktif menyimak 37,5% dengan skor 3,4 kemudian pada pertemuan kedua siswa yang aktif menyimak 62,5% dengan skor 4,1 dan pada Siklus 2 pertemuan pertama siswa yang aktif menyimak 81,25% dengan skor 4,6 dan pada pertemuan kedua seluruh siswa sudah aktif dalam menyimak 100% dengan mendapatkan skor 5 dan masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audiobook efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas II SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan literasi awal siswa sekolah dasar berdampak langsung pada pemahaman materi pembelajaran lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II SD Negeri 010 Rambah. Penelitian menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dua siklus yang masing-masing mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa kelas II. Data diperoleh melalui tes membaca permulaan, observasi aktivitas belajar, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan membaca permulaan, ditandai dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa yang naik dari 55% pada siklus I menjadi 85% pada siklus II. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan media flashcard efektif memperkuat keterampilan membaca permulaan sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi guru kelas rendah dalam merancang pembelajaran literasi awal yang lebih menarik dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes on the topic of Continents through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Grade VI of SD Negeri 007 Bangun Purba. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 28 students. Data were collected using learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest), teacher and student activity observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out both quantitatively and qualitatively, with a minimum mastery criterion (KKM) of 75. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the implementation of the PBL model. The average score increased from 65 with 53.6% mastery in the pre-cycle, to 75 with 71.4% mastery in the first cycle, and reached 83 with 89.3% mastery in the second cycle. In addition to cognitive improvement, students demonstrated better learning engagement, such as increased participation in group discussions, confidence in expressing opinions, and collaboration in solving problems. Therefore, the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model proved effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and social skills in social studies at the elementary school level.
