Abstract

Background: Workers with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are more likely to put in more effort and go above and beyond what is required of them. Workers who accept the company's aims and values and step up their efforts to work hard for the company's advantage, and are proud of their company, the employee's willingness to take on a role that exceeds his main role in an organization, is referred to as extra-role behavior. Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable in National Gas Company. Design/methodology/approach: The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS.Findings/Result: The results of this research prove that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, the impact of job satisfaction on overall corporate branding (OCB) is both positive and not significant. However, the combination of job satisfaction and transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, which in turn has a positive and significant effect on OCB. While organizational commitment cannot mediate the influence of job satisfaction on OCB, it can partially mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB.Conclusion: Leaders who have the ability to lead with a good transformational style will create an atmosphere of OCB among most of their employees, including employee work engagement will increase if the organization has a transformational leadership style. Including high and low job satisfaction does not affect the high or low level of employee OCB. Satisfied workers often exhibit high OCB behavior, which improves overall business success in the long run. This condition can trigger an increase in individual performance which will ultimately improve overall organizational performance.Originality/value (State of the art): The study's intriguing conclusion is that there is no significant relationship between work satisfaction and OCB. This condition is possible because employees are able to behave in ways that exceed what is standardized by the employees themselves (beyond expectations), so that high job satisfaction does not necessarily encourage someone to carry out OCB as expected company. Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment, SEM-PLS

Abstract

Population growth is very high and is not balanced with the availability of jobs, resulting in uncontrolled poverty. Until now, unemployment is still a crucial problem for the Indonesian government. With minimal levels of education and skills, these job seekers have to compete with each other. This condition ultimately became the trigger for mass labor mobilization between countries carried out by the government. To alleviate poverty, the government implemented a program to place Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) abroad. The government's role in this program is focused on aspects of training, protection and providing various conveniences to related parties, especially TKI and Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Services Companies (PJTKI). The aim of this community service is to empower informal workers and learning sector facilitators by strengthening the individual potential of the Indonesian Community Association (PERMAI) Pulai Pinang with a differentiated learning approach that favors the informal sector workers themselves, as well as an effort to adapt the adjustment process to the work community which exists. In Malaysia, adjustment includes interest, strengthening one's potential, and individual readiness to achieve increased productivity results. The solution is to strengthen individuals and/or facilitators in differentiated learning with a learning pattern approach that focuses on increasing productivity levels, through several stages. Stage 1: Map and collect data on initial partner conditions; Stage 2, Socialization through discussions with partners regarding implementation preparations, implementation time, members involved and service topics at Partners; Stage 3: Training and empowerment of differentiated learning and learning pattern approaches that focus on increasing productivity levels; Stage 4: Assistance in implementing learning approaches to learning patterns that favor increasing productivity levels; Stage 5: monitor and evaluate all partner activities; Stage 6: Follow-up on program implementation.

Abstract

Limited understanding and financial recording systems cause MSMEs to experience difficulties in making appropriate financial decisions in running a business and accessing capital credit. In the digital era, understanding technology and innovation is the key to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. This community service activity aims for participants to gain an understanding of financial management in the form of simple digital-based planning and recording for MSMEs. Learning outcomes are measured by improving participants' skills in using the digital financial recording application (BukuWarung) to carry out financial bookkeeping and recording. The various features in the BukuWarung financial recording application have the potential to make it easier for MSMEs to prepare their business financial books. The activity implementation method consists of three stages. The first preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, making and submitting proposals, coordinating teams and partners as well as preparing materials and training materials. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of socialization. Socialization is carried out through counseling (presentation of material) and discussions. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after program implementation using the observation method. The training activities were carried out offline in two sessions, namely the first session was lecturing, namely the delivery of training material on the use of digital financial recording applications for MSMEs by resource persons and the second session was discussion, namely discussion activities with the participants.

Abstract

PKM Partners is Pondok Aren District in the Department of Cooperatives & UMKM located on Jl. Graha Raya Bintaro No.1, Parigi Baru, Tangerang, South Tangerang City, Banten 15228. Pondok Aren District is growing quite rapidly, with a population of around 294,996. This is directly proportional to the number of MSMEs reported based on the SKDU document of around 1,373. Currently, the government, through the Financial Services Authority (OJK), is calling on the public to continue to encourage the progress of the Sharia Financial Industry which has grown rapidly in the last five years both in terms of the number of players and sharia financial assets in banking, capital markets and IKNB [1]. In Indonesia, family entrepreneurship has begun to emerge and this can be seen from various franchise businesses such as fast food franchises, retail store franchises to service businesses and so on. With the problems above, the community service team held business plan outreach activities in creating family entrepreneurship. The development of family entrepreneurship can also support economic growth in countries such as the United States where 90 percent of the 15 million companies are family companies and have contributed 40% of the GNP of the United States, while with an understanding of Business Planning in developing family entrepreneurship, it can prevent disagreements and conflict occurs in the company, so that in the end it can reduce poverty levels and improve community welfare. Family economic problems can be overcome by carrying out various family-based entrepreneurial activities. Family-based entrepreneurship can be developed to reduce dependence on work from companies both government and private.

Abstract

Performance issues are of course inseparable from the process, results and effectiveness, in this case achievement or work performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of job descriptions on employee performance with organizational learning and organizational commitment as intervening variables. Using quantitative methods, with saturated sampling totaling 95 employees, using Structural Equation Model (SEM) as an analysis method with Smart - PLS. In conclusion, job descriptions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job descriptions have a positive and significant effect on organizational learning, job descriptions have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational learning is able to partially mediate the influence of job descriptions on employee performance, and organizational commitment is unable to mediate the influence of job descriptions on employee performance. An interesting finding from this research, without involving organizational learning, the influence of job descriptions on employee performance is very strong. There is a high indication that the correct division of job descriptions will encourage employees to work optimally. So that the company's goal of achieving high performance from all its employees will run according to strategic targets.

Abstract

Impulse purchases in the digital marketplace are increasing, but the relationship between attitudes towards money, openness to experience, and hedonic shopping motivation has not been studied in an integrated manner. This study aims to analyze the effect of attitudes towards money and openness to experience on impulse purchases, with hedonic shopping motivation as a mediating variable. This research refers to the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Five Factor Model as a theoretical basis. Using a mixed method sequential explanatory approach, quantitative data was collected from 115 marketplace respondents in Jabodetabek and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The qualitative stage was conducted through interviews with 8 informants. Results show that attitude towards money has a significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation (t = 2.491; p = 0.013) and impulse buying (t = 3.917; p = 0.000), but the mediation effect is not significant (t = 1.108; p = 0.268). In contrast, openness to experience had a significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation (t = 4.291; p = 0.000) and impulse purchase (t = 2.395; p = 0.017), and was significantly mediated by hedonic shopping motivation (t = 2.041; p = 0.042). These findings provide strategic implications for digital marketers in developing campaigns based on consumer psychological characteristics. Limitations of this study include sample size and geographical scope.
