Abstract

This study aims to assess food commodity data forecasting in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province using the ARIMA model and to conduct a clustering analysis of food security status using the K-Means Clustering and Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering (HAC) approaches. The analytical method used was the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model to calculate the forecast of time series food commodity data in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, and the food security analysis used K-Mean Clustering and Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering (HAC). The ARIMA test results produced forecasts of food commodity data or variables for 2025 to 2027. However, these results did not yield satisfactory results when evaluated using three different coefficients, one of which was the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), which produced a relatively large value. This concludes that the test results for forecasting data or food commodity variables in NTT are inaccurate, requiring additional factors capable of producing good predictions. The importance of food security policies that adapt to regional capacity. Cluster 1 focuses on increasing production and stabilizing prices through simple irrigation, agricultural assistance, and market operations. Cluster 3 focuses on strengthening logistics through road infrastructure, distribution hubs, and digitalization. Across clusters, a simple food information system, interregional partnerships, and local climate adaptation are needed to make policies more realistic and measurable.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose: This research is a form of raw material inventory planning using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for fried corn products at UMK Tiga Bersaudara Kupang City. Research Methodology: This research method used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is forecasting, EOQ, and Safety Stock. Results: The outcome of this study is the creation of a raw material inventory that can be applied by the UMK Tiga Bersaudara in carrying out its production. The number of orders for raw materials has also been identified using the EOQ method. To avoid shortages of raw materials, a calculation of how much safety stock is needed in the next period has also been calculated. Limitation: This calculation is predictive so that the reality in the field can change in the future.Contribution: Companies are advised to plan raw material inventory using the methods used in this study, namely forecasting, EOQ, SS, and calculating the total cost of inventory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) customer service unit in kupang city, as well as to analyze and explain the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This research is an associative study using a quantitative approach. It focuses on the relationships between variables and tests the hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The sample consisted of 35 employees selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techinques in the field included questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The result show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is indicated that leadership style and work motivation contribute 56,7% to employeeperformance, while the remaining 40,8% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted at TPI Ikan Bakar Kelapa Lima in the Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. The main problem addressed in this study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction. Methodology: The study treats service quality as an independent variable and visitor satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population for this study consisted of at least 5 visitors who decided to make a purchase, and since there are 84 stalls at TPI Ikan Bakar Kelapa Lima, the total number of visitors who decided to make a purchase every day is 420. The sample for this study was selected using the accidental sampling technique, resulting in 81 respondents. The data collected was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, which included a simple linear test, hypothesis testing through a t-test, descriptive statistical analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) Results: Based on the research results, the following simple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 0.552 + 0.800X. The hypothesis testing using the t-test revealed that the service quality variable has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The service quality variable obtained a t-value of 4.865 with a significance level of 0.000. The t-table value was 1.668 (df = 79, calculated by subtracting 2 from 81). Since the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 (? < ?) and the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.865 > 1.664), we can conclude that the service quality variable has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The Adjusted R-squared value, which represents the coefficient of determination (R2), is 0.688 or 68.00%. This indicates that the Service Quality variable (X) influences the Visitor Satisfaction variable (Y) by 68.00%, while the remaining 32.00% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Limitations: The limitations of this study include the respondents experiencing relocation and the trading place undergoing relocation as well, resulting in them only recently returning to the new trading place and not yet experiencing the benefits of the renovated trading place. Therefore, further research is needed to study the conditions of the new trading place. Contribution: (1). Based on the descriptive analysis of the Service Quality and Visitor Satisfaction variables, they fall into the category of excellent. This means that there is a positive assessment and a favorable impression in the customers' minds. (2). The hypothesis testing results were obtained using regression analysis. The null hypothesis (Ho), which states that there is no relationship between service quality and visitor satisfaction, can be rejected. The testing results indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality and visitor satisfaction at TPI Ikan Bakar Kelapa Lima. It can be concluded that the Visitor Satisfaction variable has a strong influence on the Service Quality variable at TPI Ikan Bakar Kelapa Lima.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the Oehala Waterfall Tourism Development Strategy (South Mollo District, South Central Timor District). Data collection techniques Using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methodology: The data analysis technique in this study used SWOT analysis, with the help of SPSS version 21 software. Result: The results showed that the results of internal factor analysis (IFAS) and external factor analysis (EFAS) obtained the following values: strength factor (2.96), weakness ( 0.98), opportunities (2.64) and threats (0.96). So that the coordinate points (1.68. 1.98) are obtained in quadrant I. This indicates that tourism in Oehala Waterfall faces various threats coming from outside, even so this sector still has internal strength. Through SWOT analysis obtained the SO (strength opportunities), WO (Weakness Opportunities), ST (Strength Threat), and WT (Weakness Threat) strategies, so as to maximize opportunities in order to prevent threats that could disrupt the Oehala Waterfall Tourism Development Strategy in order to carry out Development goals can be maximized
