Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh stres kerja (X1) dan work-life balance (X2) terhadap turnover intention (Y) karyawan pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cabang Manggarai Tengah, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang karyawan, dan penarikan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 35 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS V 25. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji T dan uji F, dan sebelum pengujian ini dilakukan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention (Y). Sebaliknya, variabel work-life balance (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention (Y) pada karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Cabang Manggarai Tengah. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja (X1) dan variabel work-life balance (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Cabang Manggarai Tengah. Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Work Life Balance, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1), komitmen organisasi (X2), dan karakteristik individu (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Kupang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang karyawan, dan penarikan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 34 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS V 27. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji T dan uji F, dan sebelum pengujian ini dilakukan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Kupang. Variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Kupang. Variabel karakteristik individu (X3) menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Kupang. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1), variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) dan variabel karakteristik individu (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Kupang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Timor Sarana Pengembangan Nekraese. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah 37 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel beban kerja berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, variabel lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori sangat baik, dan variabel kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapa kinerja karyawan pada PT. Timor Sarana Pengembangan Nekraese. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Timor Sarana Pengembangan Nekraese. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa kontribusi beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Timor Sarana Pengembangan Nekraese relatif lemah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan dari software SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang, variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. Variabel Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Lippo Plaza Kupang. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to describe the modern dance commodification strategy in promoting cultural tourism in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Research methodology: The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Respondents used in this study were 15 people. Data processing was performed using a SWOT analysis. Results: According to the analysis results, the most appropriate strategy for the modern dance community in developing cultural tourism in East Nusa Tenggara is to work together with various parties, create online competitions, innovate with culture, and organize independent events by the dancer community. Limitations: This study only discusses the strategy of the commodification of modern dance in tourism promotion in East Nusa Tenggara. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the development of the tourism sector and the creative economy in the Bima district and the extent to which the tourism and creative economy sectors have contributed to economic growth at both the regional and national levels. Research Methodology: A descriptive qualitative approach was applied using SWOT analysis to identify internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. Data were obtained through field observations, stakeholder interviews, and document reviews. Results: The analysis shows that Bima Regency possesses diverse tourism resources and creative economy products, but their development is uneven. Only destinations with large capital investments have progressed, while many potential attractions remain underdeveloped. Key weaknesses include limited certified tourism human resources, insufficient culinary training, low innovation among MSMEs, and weak collaboration. Conclusions: Tourism and creative economy development in Bima requires an aggressive S–O strategy that leverages strengths and opportunities by improving human resource capacity, enhancing MSME innovation, expanding culinary programs, and strengthening partnerships. Limitations: This study focused only on Bima Regency, limiting the generalizability of its findings to other regions. The qualitative nature of the research also restricts the quantitative measurement of economic impacts. Contribution: This study contributes to the regional development discourse by offering strategic insights for sustainable tourism and creative economy growth, aligning local initiatives with national policies to increase competitiveness and economic resilience.

Abstract

Purpose: This study was conducted on the members of KSP Kopdit Permata Bunda Paroki Waelengga. This study aims to determine the effects of religiosity and spirituality on the financial behavior of the members of Kopdit Permata Bunda Paroki Waelengga. Research methodology: This study used a quantitative approach and survey method. The population in this study comprised all Kopdit Permata Bunda members. This study used Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 100 members. The primary data source was collected using a direct survey in the field that was distributed using a questionnaire to KSP Kopdit Permata Bunda Paroki Waelengga members. Data analysis techniques were used with simple linear regression using SPSS software version 16.0. Results: The results showed that the religiosity variable had a positive relationship but no significant effect on the variables of financial behavior, the spirituality variable had a positive relationship but no significant effect on the variables of financial behavior, and the variables religiosity and spirituality together had a positive relationship but no significant effect on the variables of financial behavior. Conclusions: The study concludes that religiosity and spirituality, while important aspects of personal values, are not sufficient predictors of financial behavior among cooperative members. Financial decisions appear to be shaped more by economic, social, and educational factors than by gender. Limitations: This study was limited to one cooperative institution and two variables, with a relatively small sample size. Contribution: This research contributes to the behavioral finance literature by contextualizing the role of religiosity and spirituality in financial behavior, offering insights for cooperatives and policymakers in designing member education programs.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the impact of multiple role conflict and work stress on the performance of married female nurses at SoE Regional General Hospital, with coping stress examined as an intervening variable. Research methodology: The sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents who were distributed to female nurses at SoE Hospital who were married. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis using a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, t-test, and sobel test. Result: The results of the study using descriptive analysis using a range of scores are multiple role conflict variables are in the sufficient category, work stress, stress coping and performance are in a good category. The partial multiple-role conflict has a significant effect on performance, partial job stress has a significant effect on performance, Coping stress partially has a significant effect on performance, the effect of multiple role conflict on performance cannot be mediated by coping stress and the effect of work stress on performance can be mediated by coping stressed. Conclusions: The study concludes that role conflict undermines performance, but manageable work stress may enhance it when combined with effective coping strategies. Interventions that strengthen coping mechanisms are crucial in maintaining nurse performance during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Limitations: The study’s findings are limited to one hospital and a small sample size, restricting generalization to broader contexts. Contribution: This research enriches organizational behavior literature by demonstrating the mediating role of coping stress and provides practical insights for hospital management in supporting nurses’ dual roles and stress management strategies.

Abstract

AbstrakProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk merespons kebutuhan perempuan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi keluarga melalui keterampilan praktis yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi usaha mandiri. Kegiatan pemberdayaan perempuan ini dilakukan pada anggota kelompok perempuan Majelis Taklim Attin, Kota Kupang untuk pengembangan kewirausahaan pembuatan produk olahan kurma. Metode pendampingan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan adalah dalam bentuk pemaparan materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung pembuatan berbagai produk olahan kurma, seperti susu kurma, cokelat kurma, dan kurma isi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah bahan pangan menjadi produk bernilai jual, serta tumbuhnya minat untuk memulai usaha kecil. Program ini diharapkan menjadi fondasi dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi perempuan dan memperkuat peran komunitas dalam kewirausahaan lokal. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan perempuan; kewirausahaan; pelatihan; olahan kurma. AbstractThis community service program was carried out to respond to the needs of women in improving their family's economic capacity through practical skills that can be developed into independent businesses. This women empowerment activity was conducted with members of the women's group Majelis Taklim Attin in Kupang City, focusing on entrepreneurship development through the production of processed date-based products. The empowerment assistance method involved material presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in making various date-based products, such as date milk, date chocolate, and stuffed dates. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills in processing food ingredients into marketable products, as well as a growing interest in starting small businesses. This program is expected to serve as a foundation for building women's economic independence and strengthening the role of communities in local entrepreneurship. Keywords: women empowerment; entrepreneurship; training; date-based products.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Work Life Balance, Beban kerja, dan kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Life Balance dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kota Kupang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kota Kupang yang berjumlah 35 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 35 orang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya, semakin seimbang kehidupan kerja dan pribadi seorang karyawan, maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya. Beban kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa beban kerja yang terstruktur dan sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja. Secara simultan, Work Life Balance dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kota Kupang. Kata Kunci : Work Life Balance, Beban kerja, Kinerja KaryawanThe purpose of this study is to describe Work Life Balance, Workload, and Employee Performance; to determine the effect of Work Life Balance on employee performance; to determine the effect of workload on employee performance; and to examine the simultaneous effect of Work Life Balance and workload on employee performance at PT. Mega Finance, Kupang Branch. This research employs an associative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT. Mega Finance, Kupang Branch, totaling 35 individuals. The sampling technique used is the census method, where the entire population is used as the sample, amounting to 35 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test), descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25. The results show that partially, Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This implies that the more balanced an employee’s work and personal life is, the better their performance will be. Likewise, workload also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that a structured workload that aligns with the employee's capacity can drive performance improvement. Simultaneously, Work Life Balance and workload have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Mega Finance, Kupang Branch.
