Abstract

This study explores the impact of work-life balance and organizational culture on employee engagement within an organization. As companies navigate the global market, human resources play a critical role in determining performance and competitive advantage. Organizational culture serves as a guiding framework that shapes employee behavior, while work-life balance directly influences employee well-being and productivity. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study synthesizes findings from peer-reviewed publications indexed in Sinta, focusing on the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that both work-life balance and organizational culture significantly contribute to higher levels of employee engagement, enhancing motivation, commitment, and organizational performance. Employees in environments that prioritize work-life balance and foster open, participatory cultures tend to be more productive and loyal, reducing turnover rates. This research highlights the importance of creating policies that support a healthy work-life balance and positive work culture to improve employee engagement. Future research could examine these variables longitudinally, consider industry-specific dynamics, and incorporate qualitative methods for deeper insights.

Abstract

Education is of course increasingly developing and advancing according to existing developments, of course with changes to the existing curriculum. The profile of Pancasila students as part of the independent curriculum has the goal of maintaining noble values and national morals as well as readiness to become a global society and realizing social justice in accordance with 21st century competencies. due to obstacles that result in information being described by educators, due to limited time to inform educators, limited teaching time, little subject matter, educators who have limited knowledge of technology, and lack of student attention in learning towards subjects. Besides that, the application of character building and resilience of students/individuals is lacking. This service aims to see how the profile of Pancasila students, especially the character with global diversity, whether it has an impact on students as character formation in schools, the purpose of service. In this temple, counseling was given from resource persons with the theme of forming a global diverse spirit. Which was held at Al-Ihsan Islamic Middle School, Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. The result of this dedication is that the application in the formation of student character is still not optimal, so that if the profile of Pancasila students is optimized in its implementation at school, the character of Pancasila students will be formed, namely forming a global diverse spirit.

Abstract

National security is crucial in maintaining state stability, where the Mobile Brigade (Brimob) has a strategic role as the frontline in dealing with various threats. However, there are still challenges in increasing state defense awareness and readiness of Brimob members. This community service program aims to improve the understanding, skills, and preparedness of Brimob members in facing various forms of physical and non-physical threats. This activity was carried out through lecture methods, interactive discussions, and field simulations carried out at Battalion A Regiment II Pelopor Troops Headquarters, Pamulang, South Tangerang. The results showed increased Brimob members’ understanding of the concept of state defense, readiness to face emergencies, and crisis management skills. In addition, this program also helped strengthen the relationship between Brimob and the community in terms of maintaining security and safety. With this activity, it is hoped that Brimob members will become more professional in carrying out their duties and be better prepared to face future security challenges.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21, guru dapat melakukan perubahan yaitu merubah pola pembelajaran tradisional yang berpusat pada guru menjadi pola pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya perubahan paradigma berpikir dengan kegiatan pelatihan kepada guru-guru terkait perubahan perangkat pembelajaran abad 21 berbasis merdeka belajar tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian adalah Mampu menyusun RPP/modul ajar mata pelajaran yang diampunya, mampu menyusun perangkat asesmen mata pelajaran yang diampunya, mampu menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif pada mata pelajaran yang diampunya dan mampu melakukan refleksi hasil pembelajaran yang diampunya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan maka masih terdapat guru yang belum memahami sepenuhnya mengenai penyusunan prangkat pembelajaran secara utuh. Dengan diberikannya Pelatihan dan Workshop Penyusunan Perangkat Pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka, kemampuan guru meningkat dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajatan pada kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

The development of engaged and accountable citizens is greatly aided by civic education. Multimedia is a powerful tool for communicating civic ideas in the digital age. According to research, multimedia can enhance students' comprehension through engaging visuals, high levels of involvement, and convenient accessibility. Multimedia integration in the curriculum can boost learning efficacy and promote student engagement. Multimedia serves as both a tool and a guide for technology-based learning. There are still issues, though, like kids' unequal digital abilities and restricted access to technology. Support and a fair allocation of resources are therefore required to ensure that every student can make the most of multimedia. Multimedia use is still a viable creative way to raise the standard of civic education, even when a lack of resources is a barrier. Strategies for deploying multimedia more successfully and inclusively require greater investigation

Abstract

Penelitian studi pustaka dengan tema: Tinjauan Pustaka Tentang Undang-Undang No. 30 Tahun 2002 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Sebagai Dasar Pertimbangan Kebijakan Universitas Menerapkan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi.Latar Belakang MasalahPemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi tertuang dalam Undang- Undang Republik Indonesia No. 7 Tahun 2006 tentang Pengesahan United Notions Convention Against Corruption tahun 2003 . Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 46 tahun 2009 tentang Pengadilan tindak pidana Korupsi. Saat ini tumpuan harapan dan kepercayaan masyarakat Indonesia untuk pemberantasan korupsi sangat bergantung pada KPK (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi) dalam melaksanakan tugas pencegahan korupsi. KPK memiliki kewenangan melaksanakan langkah atau upaya pencegahan antara lain melakukan pendaftaran dan perneriksaan terhadap laporan harta kekayaan penyelenggara negara, menerima laporan menetapkan status gratifikasi, menyelenggarakan program pendidikan antikorupsi pada setiap pendidikan. Batasan masalah dalam penelitian ini focus masalah UU no.30 tahun 2002 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Sebagai Dasar Pertimbangan Kebijakan Universitas Menerapkan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi. Sedanglan rumusan masalahnya, bagaimana bentuk pembelajaran, menanamkan nilai nilai dan pertanggungjawaban moral universitas terhadap pendidikan antikorupsi. Metode penelitian ini dengan penelitian hukum termasuk dalam penelitian normatif hal ini banyak menemukan data-data penelitian yang merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting dalam mengumpulkan fakta-fakta yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yang akan diteliti. Dalam penelitian normatif yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa teknik untuk pengumpulan data yang pertama analisa dokumen hal ini diperlukan untuk menelaah data yang telah ada baik data- data yang berupa dokumen-dokumen kebijakan, makalah-makalah, jurnal-jurnal, atau buku- buku hasil penelitian hukum sebelumnya yang dianggap relevan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini rangkuman kajian pustaka tersebut berasal dari karya-karya penelitian terdahulu yang masih dianggap relevan dan mampu untuk diambil sebagai referensi secara akademis dalam penelitian ini. Kajian pustaka banyak juga dipahami sebuah ringkasan komprehensif dari berbagai macam referensi penelitian Penelitian terdahulu tentang suatu topik atau tema dalam penelitian saat ini. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini dapat membangun supremasi hukum yang kuat , perguruan tinggi sebagai tolak ukur garda terakhir sebelum mahasiswa masuk dalam dunia kerja untuk dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai anti korupsi, menanamkan pelayanan masyarakat secara khusus agar dibentuk komunitas yang anti korupsi bersama komunitas-komunitas yang peduli terhadap anti korupsi yang ada di IndonesiaKata-kata kunci: kajian Pustaka1; Pendidikan Anti Korupsi 2; UU No.30 Tahun 2002 3

Abstract

This study explores the implementation and evaluation of the Flipped Classroom Model in Arabic language learning, specifically focusing on Maharatul kalam (speaking skills) at MAN 2 Wonosobo post-COVID-19 pandemic. The Flipped Classroom Model, a 21st-century learning approach, flips in-class and out-of-class activities, allowing students to engage with learning materials independently before face-to-face sessions. Through qualitative evaluative methods, including case study design, data were collected from stakeholders including policymakers, teachers, and students. Analysis involved SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Results indicate significant improvements in students' analytical skills, highlighting the model's effectiveness. However, challenges such as technological dependency and uneven student participation were noted. Despite these, opportunities for personalized learning and access to global educational resources were recognized. Overall, the study underscores the relevance and potential of the Flipped Classroom Model in enhancing Arabic language learning post-pandemic, while emphasizing the need for ongoing monitoring and adaptation

Abstract

This study aims to identify problems using the dictionary online and how to solve these problems in the Program for the Study of Arabic Language Education, at the Islamic State University of Bangkulu. This study uses qualitative research methods with interview data collection and documentation techniques. Students teaching Arabic at the Islamic State University of Bangkulu participated in the study The use of data analysis technology in this study is descriptive analysis of qualitative data: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion results.Search results show that 1) problems that have been addressed in the use of the Arabic dictionary on the Internet in teaching Arabic is, the Arabic dictionary on the Internet can not translate one paragraph at a time, then there can be another problem related to the Internet that is not good. 2) Dealing with problems using the Arabic dictionary online in teaching Arabic is using many of the online dictionary more effective to use, or another online dictionary or asking directly to people who understand its meaning.

Abstract

Urgensi Keteladanan dalam Keluarga. Pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga merupakan proses pembentukan kepribadian Islam pada anak. Diperlukan peran dan tanggung jawab orang tua sebagai pendidik utama dalam mendidik anak dengan baik. Selain itu, adanya keteladanan pendidik merupakan salah satu cara berpengaruh dalam pada diri anak. Orang tua adalah sebagai pendidik pertama generasi, namun belum dirasakan sepenuhnya bagi mayoritas keluarga Muslim saat ini. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan kembali peran orang tua dalam keluarga agar tidak terjadi krisis keteladanan. Tulisan ini mengupas tentang Keteladanan dalam Keluarga yang telah dicontohkan Rasulullah SAWpada saat dakwah menyeruh kaum kerabat. Pada akhirnya keteladanan dalam pendidikan adalah metode cara yang efektif dalam mempersiapkan anak dari segi Akhlak, mental dan sosial. Keteladanan yang diajarkan meliputi aspek ibadah, syariat dan akhlak. Hal ini telah dicontohkan Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam mendidik. Pertama, pendidik menunjukkan kejujuran. Kedua, pendidik harus menunjukkan keadilan kepada anak sebagai teladan yang baik. Ketiga, pendidik harus menunjukkan kasih sayang kepada anak. Keempat, pendidik memiliki sikap lemah lembut dan berpegang pada manhaj Islam dalam beretika sehari-hari. Orang tua sebagai pendidik pertama harus memberikan keteladanan dengan mengajarkan sekaligus mengamalkan ajaran Rasulullah SAWdan kesalihan para sahabat sebagai peletak keteladanan terbaik sepanjang masa.

Abstract

Change is the intrinsic nature of society. There is no society without change. He departed the change of mind of the human being who became members of the society. The development of science and technology has spurred the changes. Such changes also suggest changing the religious understanding. In assessing the various changes should da'wah make efforts to renew the understanding of Islam. With Da'wah and Renewal of Understanding of Islam discussed what steps taken by a da'i in the face of the change. In this connection a preacher should really understand the essence of Islamic teachings from the main source of the Qur'an and Sunnah Sahihah and then understand adequately the developments that occur due to the advance of modern science and technology. From these two forms of understanding da'i must be able to provide answers to the needs of the mad'u community who thirst for explanation when they face new problems in daily life that must get a reference from the Qur'an and Sunnah.
