Abstract

Civic Education plays a central role in shaping the social ethics of young generations in the era of globalization. Globalization brings challenges in the form of massive information flows, foreign cultural influences, and changes in societal mindsets. This study employs adescriptive qualitative method through literature review to analyze the role of Civic Education in fostering social ethics based on the values of Pancasila. The findings show that Civic Education serves as a medium for character education, moral value cultivation, and the development of critical and responsible citizens. In conclusion, Civic Education must be developed through innovative, technology-based learning strategies to remain relevant to contemporary needs.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan suatu bentuk psikosa fungsional dengan gangguan utama yang terjadi proses fikir dan disharmoni proses pikir. Pengobatan yang digunakan yaitu antipsikotik yang digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang sehingga dapat menimbulkan efek samping hematologik dengan menyebabkan penurunan kadar hemoglobin. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lama Pemakaian Antipsikotik Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Pasien Skizofrenia. Metode penelitian ini adalah secara Kolorimetri dengan Hematology analyzer untuk pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin. Dilakukan pada 20 orang pasien Skizofrenia di RS Jiwa HB Saanin Padang . Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan rata – rata kadar hemoglobin 13,1 g/dl, kadar terendah 9,3 g/dl dan tertinggi 16,5 g/dl dengan jenis antipsikotik terbanyak digunakan jenis Tipikal tingkat responden terbanyak pada lama pemakaian selama 12 bulan, sehingga didapatkan hasil korelasi kuat antara Lama Pemakaian Antipsikotik Terhadap Kadar Hemogloin dengan nilai P = 0,020 dan r = 0,515. Maka disimpulkan adanya hubungan lama pemakaian antipsikotik terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada pasien skizofrenia, dengan derajat hubungan kuat.

Abstract

Badan kemakmuran masjid (BKM) Al-Ikhlas Taqwa berperan dalam membina akhlak remaja di Kecamatan Medan Area Selatan melalui berbagai program keagamaan dan social. Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi Badan Kemakmuran Masjid (BKM) Al Ikhlas Taqwa dalam membina akhlak remaja di Kecamatan Medan Area Selatan. Dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan pergaulan bebas, masjid berperan penting sebagai pusat pembinaan moral dan spiritual remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BKM menerapkan beberapa strategi, seperti kajian harian, kajian bulanan, pesantren kilat, tadarus Ramadan, dan aktivitas olahraga seperti futsal. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung dan minimnya perhatian orang tua. Meskipun demikian, program-program yang dijalankan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter remaja yang religius, aktif, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Bahasa adalah identitas negara yang digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi utama. Dalam perkembangannya, penggunaan bahasa Indonesia mulai tergantikan oleh bahasa gaul. Penggunaan bahasa gaul ini tentunya juga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap karakter remaja. Alangkah baiknya kita bisa menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar agar bahasa Indonesia tetap terjaga sebagai bahasa nasional. Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya bahasa Indonesia dalam membentuk karakter generasi milenial terhadap perkembangan bahasa gaul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik agar terbentuknya karakter yang baik pula terhadap generasi milenial. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyebaran angket dengan sumber data penelitiannya adalah remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial lebih sering menggunakan bahasa gaul daripada bahasa Indonesia sehingga memberikan dampak terhadap karakter remaja. Abstract Language is the identity of the country which is used as the main means of communication. In its development, the use of Indonesian began to be replaced by slang. The use of slang, of course, also has a negative impact on the character of teenagers. It would be nice for us to be able to use good and correct Indonesian so that Indonesian is maintained as the national language. This study discusses the importance of the Indonesian language in shaping the character of the millennial generation in the development of slang. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of using good Indonesian in order to form good character for the millennial generation. The method used is the distribution of questionnaires with research data sources are teenagers. The results of the study show that the millennial generation uses slang more often than Indonesian so that it has an impact on the character of teenagers.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, modern technology such as fibre technology and integrated network systems in all aspects of life has made humans very dependent on technology. The purpose of this research is to foster a culture of digital literacy in the school environment, increase teacher knowledge and skills in the field of developing and utilizing digital teaching materials, improve student learning performance and increase teacher knowledge and skills in terms of digital learning models and improve student's learning performance. The method used in this study is the observation method using the pre-experimental design method, one group type pretest-posttest (pretest test-posttest single group). Assistance was provided to 28 junior high school teachers in the South Tangerang area. During the training, participants were given four assignments: Team, Sway, Learning Design and Learning Videos. The study results show that as many as 71% of teachers have mastered the Teams and Sway applications from Microsoft, 60% can make lesson plans, and 53% can make learning videos. The pretest and post-test results showed that the average result was 36.6%, then after participating in the training, the average result was 44.4%. The results of the study show that training in the development and use of digital teaching materials has an effect on the skills and abilities of teachers, which is beneficial for improving student learning performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Every organization needs to pay attention and regulate the existence of its employees in an effort to improve good performance. Organizational culture is one of the factors that affect employee productivity. Study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between organizational culture and employee work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, and to find out how much influence organizational culture has on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with quantitative associative type. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Sources of data were obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Analyzing the data from the questionnaire results using the SPSS 23 computer program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee work productivity seen from the calculation of the determinant coefficient, which is 70%, the result of product moment correlation analysis is 0.835 compared to 0.3494. So r_count > r_table, therefore it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The Central Agency of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency is expected to improve organizational culture for better work productivity and create innovative ideas to achieve office goals. Abstract

Waste management is a major problem in Indonesia that requires a comprehensive assessment. This study utilizes data from 2024 obtained from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) managed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), with performance indicators including the level of waste management and waste handling. The technique applied is K-Means Clustering with the use of the Elbow Method to determine the number of the most efficient clusters. The findings indicate that the most efficient clusters consist of three categories: cluster 0 (low-performance areas), cluster 1 (medium-performance areas), and cluster 2 (high-performance areas). Areas that show high performance are characterized by a high proportion of managed and handled waste that is almost 100%. Based on the analysis results, Bogor Regency is included in the group with the best performance in waste management, so it can be used as a reference for other regions in implementing successful and sustainable waste management strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the occurrence of language shift in Singkil among children in Danau Bungara Village, Kota Baharu Sub-district, Aceh Singkil Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method conducted to provide an actual description of the occurrence of language shift in Singkil among children in Danau Bungara Village. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation and interviews. The data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research focuses on three domains: the family domain, the environment domain, the school domain, and the factors that cause the language shift. Based on research findings, it shows that in the family domain, the majority of children use Bahasa Indonesia when interacting with family members such as parents, siblings, and other relatives. In the children's environment, they predominantly use Bahasa Indonesia rather than Singkil, whether they are playing with peers or communicating with those around them. In the school domain, children use Bahasa Indonesia overall. These findings prove that there has been a language shift from Singkil in the family, environment, and school domains. The factors causing the shift from Singkil include school or educational factors, family habits, environmental factors, and parental or children's attitudes towards the Singkil language.
