Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia reflects a response to the public's need for a banking system that not only provides sound financial services, but also adheres to sharia principles. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia as a major player in this sector has to face the changes that occur due to high competition in an effort to win customer trust and support. Currently, customer behaviour in the Indonesian banking industry is very diverse. Low administrative costs are also an important consideration for customers. The importance of these factors in customer decision-making has been recognised by modern banks, which now realise that customers do not only consider interest rates or financial benefits, but also want the sophistication and full features of banking products. Technological advancement, especially in mobile banking, has become a significant trend, not only in developed countries but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. Mobile banking, as one of the service products offered by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, is an important factor in students' decision to open an account online. The existence of good virtual services from Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially through the mobile banking platform, is a major attraction for students, given their dependence on technology and the need for convenience in transactions.

Abstract

In this research, the problem faced is that many customers want to file a claim at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto, but often fail or are delayed. The number of workers filing claims has increased, including those who have been laid off or whose contracts have ended. In addition, many participants postpone filing their claims until Hari Raya gets closer, which causes the queue for Old Age Security claims to increase.This journal was written using a qualitative descriptive approach. The focus of the research is the problems related to the implementation of the accounting information system for the payment of old-age security claims at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto. Theoretical studies are used to analyze the data obtained, selected, and processed. The results show that the process of paying Old Age Security claims at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto is in accordance with the accounting information system

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis strategi bisnis di Era Normal Normal yang diterapkan oleh Beby's Coffee. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknees, Opportunity, dan Threat). Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik purposive sampling pada pemilik usaha, karyawan, pengunjung Beby's Coffee. Hasilnya kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan oleh Beby's Coffee menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis di Era New Normal ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan seimbang di tengah banyaknya pesaing. Dengan adanya kompetitor tersebut, menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para pemilik usaha untuk menciptakan inovasi guna mengembangkan usahanya. Di tengah Era Normal Normal ini, Beby's Coffee terus melakukan inovasi terbaru dengan membuat produk “Kopi Seliter” untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen.

Abstract

In the current era of the industrial revolution, Indonesia has also developed information technology which has an important and fundamental role, both for society and the government. This study discusses the application of digital marketing strategies and the role of management information systems in population administration services in Petemanon Village. Living in an all-digital way encourages the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office to present innovations in the use of information technology in the form of web-based public service information systems. The innovation of a website-based public service information system offers many conveniences supported by the implementation of digital marketing strategies through Instagram. The research method used is descriptive research whose data is obtained from observation and documentation. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that the implementation of digital marketing strategies and management information systems has an important role in assisting the implementation of population administration registration.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the control procedures or operating procedures in the goods and services procurement unit at PT. Indonesian Railways DAOP VIII Surabaya. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, namely literature study and field research. Where the data collection system in this research comes from journals which are analyzed in the form of explanations in the form of information originating from within and from outside agencies related to the goods and services procurement system. The results of the research show that in the goods and services procurement unit there are control procedures in the form of understanding activities regarding Tenders, Work Plans and Conditions (RKS), Procurement Implementation Orders (SP3), as well as Work Terms of Reference (KAK), archive management, Aanwizjing , checking completeness of documents, negotiations, and assistance to users who need or are carrying out procurement activities.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a crucial component in business management because it has a direct effect on sales volume. Karmens'eve Cafe, known for its friendly service and cozy atmosphere, shows that the implementation of the right marketing strategy can significantly increase sales. This study uses SWOT analysis to describe Karmens'eve's position in the market. The café's strengths include its strategic location, calm atmosphere, high product quality, and friendly service. However, there are drawbacks such as limited resource management and marketing. On the other hand, the opportunities that exist include the trend of increasing public interest in cafes and the potential of digital marketing that has not been fully utilized. The threat of fierce competition and changing consumer tastes also needs to be watched out. The results of the analysis show that Karmens'eve Cafe has successfully implemented an effective marketing strategy, so that it can continue to increase its sales volume by taking advantage of existing strengths and opportunities.

Abstract

Suara Surabaya started from a radio station domiciled in the city of Surabaya, Suara Surabaya is a media company that belongs to the old generation, which is able to struggle to maintain its existence and continue to compete with new media that comes. One of the streaming media, namely YouTube and Spotify, which has skyrocketed in popularity since the beginning of their entry into the entertainment or entertainment industry. The research method used is a quantitative approach method. The source of data for this study was obtained from Suara Surabaya consumers in the Surabaya area, and based on the answers to the questionnaire that will be distributed by the researchers. The analysis technique in this study uses the Validity and Reliability Test. Then after that using Descriptive Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the F test in this study showed Fhitung of 32.264 and Ftabel of 3.09, so that the results of the calculation of Fhitung > Ftabel were 32.264 > 3.09. The t-test of the Brand Image variable shows the results of tcount > ttable of 2,554 > 1,985 with a significant value of 0.000. The results of Hypothesis Testing 1 Brand Image (X1) Brand Satisfaction (X2) and Brand Trust (X3) simultaneously significantly influence Surabaya Voice's Loyalty, Hypothesis 2 Brand Image (X1) partially significantly influences Surabaya Voice's Consumer Loyalty (Y) , Hypothesis 3 Variable Brand Satisfaction (X2) partially has a significant influence on Consumer Loyalty (Y) Suara Surabaya, Hypothesis 4 Variable Brand Trust (X3) partially has a significant influence on Consumer Loyalty (Y) Suara Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of brand trust and promotions on consumer loyalty using consumer satisfaction among users of the Shopee e-commerce application in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative type of research. Use of purposive sampling technique as a tool to determine the sample. This research used a sample of 100 respondents. The population criteria required for the research are users of the Shopee e-commerce application in people who live in Surabaya and have used and made purchases at least twice on the Shopee application. Distributing Google forms was carried out as a technique for collecting the data needed for this research. The form was then distributed online with the aim that the research could reach people living in Surabaya who of course met the required criteria. This type of research data uses primary data. Primary data was collected directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data was analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart PLS 3 application. The research results explained that a relevant influence was found between the brand trust and promotion variables on the Shopee consumer satisfaction variable. Apart from that, consumer satisfaction, brand trust and promotions also have an impact on Shopee consumer loyalty. This research also proves that a significant influence was found between the brand trust and promotion variables on the Shopee consumer loyalty variable through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Program magang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kompetensi praktis di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama praktik magang di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Juanda, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami proses administrasi klaim JKK, khususnya dalam penulisan Formulir Verifikasi dan Konsep Penetapan JKK. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan administrasi klaim JKK memerlukan ketelitian dalam memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen, pencatatan data secara digital, dan pemenuhan standar prosedur administrasi. Formulir Verifikasi dan Konsep Penetapan JKK berfungsi sebagai instrumen kunci dalam memastikan validitas klaim, dengan mencatat informasi penting seperti identitas peserta, rincian kecelakaan, dan jumlah biaya yang diajukan. Proses pencatatan data melalui penggunaan Google Spreadsheet dan situs web internal BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mendukung efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan data. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi ketidaklengkapan dokumen dan kesalahan administrasi, yang dapat menghambat proses klaim. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya administrasi yang baik dalam mendukung operasional jaminan sosial, serta memberikan wawasan praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami dinamika pengelolaan klaim JKK.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Human Resources Division (HR) in managing administration and employee data at PT Prima Perdana Mandiri Sidoarjo. The HR Division has an important role in maintaining the smooth operation of the company through efficient administrative management and structured employee data management. The employee administration management process includes various activities such as recruitment, performance appraisal, attendance management, and employee development. On the other hand, employee data management is done by utilizing information technology, such as Human Resource Information System (HRIS), to store, process, and secure data effectively. The findings of this research show that the system implemented by PT Prima Perdana Mandiri drives the company's operational efficiency, maintains regulatory compliance, and provides a solid foundation for the company's future strategic planning.
