Abstract

This research aims to optimize the Wifi (Wireless Fidelity) network as a student academic support facility in higher education. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In the digital era, stable and fast internet access is a primary need for students to support academic activities, such as searching for references, communicating with lecturers and participating in online lectures. However, on many campuses, the quality of the WiFi network is inadequate, which hinders the smooth running of learning activities. The results of this research show that optimizing the Wifi network has a significant impact on improving the quality of student learning, with faster and more stable access increasing efficiency in accessing study UINSU material. However, on the other hand, several students stated that there were still problems such as signal interference in certain areas. This research concludes that optimizing the Wifi network UINSU can have a positive impact on academic productivity, several aspects need to be improved so that network access can be equal and more adequate for all students. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jaringan Wifi (Wireless Fideliti) sebagai fasilitas pendukung akademik mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam era digital, akses internet yang stabil dan cepat menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi mahasiswa dalam menunjang kegiatan akademik, seperti pencarian referensi, komunikasi dengan dosen serta partisipasi dalam perkuliahan daring. Namun banyak universitas, kualitas jaringan wifi belum memadai, yang menghambat kelancaran aktivitas belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengoptimalan jaringan Wifi di UINSU memberikan dampak yang signifikan meningkatkan kualitas belajar mahasiswa, dengan adanya akses yang lebih cepat dan stabil meningkatkan efisiensi dalam mengakses materi pelajaran. Namun disisi lain , beberapa mahasiswa UINSU mengungkapkan masih adanya kendala seperti gangguan sinyal di area tertentu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi jaringan Wifi di UINSUdapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas akademik, beberapa aspek perlu di perbaiki agar akses jaringan dapat merata dan lebih memadai bagi seluruh mahasiswa. Abstract

To move towards a more advanced economy, a sufficiently high economic growth must be supported by a low inflation rate and a stable exchange rate. Meanwhile, the main source of the increase in the financial balance is estimated to still be contributed by an increase in foreign direct investment (FDI). The development of the Indonesian Islamic capital market began with the issuance of Islamic mutual funds in 1997. However, the development of the Islamic capital market until the end of 2015 had not yet reached a significant share in the capital market industry. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The statistical test used in the analysis is the multiple linear regression method. Inflation has a negative effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index. The significant value is 0.0000 while the rupiah exchange rate has a positive influence on the Indonesian sharia stock index. The significant value of the rupiah exchange rate is 0.0006. The result of this test is that the probability value of F is less than , which is 0.000000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the inflation rate partially has a significant effect on stock price movements on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), the rupiah exchange rate partially has a significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) and simultaneously, the inflation rate and the rupiah exchange rate. significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI).

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the perceptions of the millennial generation use mobile banking in Indralaya Mulya Village, and to find out what factors influence the interest of the millennial generation in using mobile banking in Indralaya Mulya Village. The method used is a qualitative research method, the type of research used in this research is a type of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative, the data analysis used is using inductive thinking methods. The results of this study note that the perceptions of the millennial generation in Indralaya Mulya Sub-District indicate that their perceptions of mobile banking are positive in the sense that mobile banking provides the best service and is in accordance with their desires or interests in terms of using mobile banking, and factors that influence There are two millennial generations of interest in using mobile banking in Indralaya Mulya Village, namely internal factors (personality, motivation, attitudes and beliefs, lifestyle, and religion) and external factors (service, promotion and location). The conclusion in this study is that the perceptions felt by the millennial generation in Indralaya Mulya Village are in accordance with their wishes or interests in terms of using mobile banking, and the millennial generation in Indralaya Mulya Village are interested in using sharia mobile baking.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze AIDA's marketing model strategy at the Syariah bank during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Interviews were conducted on informants who are the marketing team and customers of Syariah Bank. The result of this research is that Mandiri Syariah Bank uses the AIDA model as a marketing strategy during the pandemic, namely the first way of Attention, which is to attract attention or attention, in a pandemic Islamic banks do marketing by means of digital banking, making brochures, advertising on the internet and digital banking. Second, build interest, namely by giving a good first impression and providing assistance and consultation to customers online and offline. Third, Desire by means of learning classes there, the customers will be introduced to Islamic banking products using media zoom tools and credit guarantee levers in the field or OTS via video call or zoom. The fourth actioan with what has been marketed before is based on sharia principles where the system does not use usury but uses a profit sharing system.

Abstract

Sleep call is a phone or video call activity between two people, usually a couple, that takes place when they are about to sleep. It is not uncommon for sleep calls to be carried out from night until both of them wake up the next morning. This phenomenon, although it has a positive impact on maintaining emotional closeness in the couple's relationship, can also cause various negative impacts such as disturbed sleep patterns, fatigue, and decreased productivity. This design aims to create an effective information media in conveying messages about the impact of sleep calls through comic strip media. Comic strips were chosen as a medium because of their ability to convey messages visually and narratively that are easy to understand and attractive to the target audience, the majority of whom are teenagers to young adults. An informative comic strip can increase audience awareness about the impact of sleep calls and encourage audiences to reconsider habits for good health

Abstract

Many EFL students face challenges in developing syntactic complexity and grammatical accuracy in academic writing. Sentence combining, which involves merging simple sentences into more complex ones, has shown promise in enhancing grammatical control and writing fluency. However, research on its effectiveness in EFL contexts, particularly in improving syntactic variety and grammatical accuracy, is still limited. This quasi-experimental study investigated the impact of sentence combining on syntactic variety and grammatical accuracy in academic essays written by undergraduate EFL students. The participants were 40 students from the English Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, selected using purposive sampling. Over one semester, the experimental group received sentence combining instruction, while the control group followed conventional writing instruction. Pre- and post-test essays were analyzed using three syntactic measures: Mean Length of T-unit (MLT), Clauses per T-unit (C/T), and Dependent Clauses per Clause (DC/C). The findings revealed statistically significant improvements in all three dimensions of syntactic complexity for the experimental group. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of sentence combining in developing EFL students’ academic writing. It is recommended that writing instructors integrate sentence combining into academic writing curricula to support syntactic development and grammatical precision.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that influence Green Purchasing Behavior, specifically in relation to environmentally friendly products and services. The research background emphasizes the intricate nature of the various factors that impact consumers' choices when selecting environmentally friendly products. These factors include environmental consciousness, knowledge about green products, perception of price, and brand reputation. The research methodology employs a systematic approach of conducting a literature review to gather and analyze findings from diverse sources of relevant scientific literature published between the years 2020 and 2024. The research findings indicate that environmental consciousness and familiarity with eco-friendly products are crucial determinants in shaping Green Purchasing Behavior. Consumer purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by price perception, brand image, and the availability of green products in the market. Nevertheless, the intricate interconnections among these factors underscore the significance of adopting a comprehensive approach when developing successful marketing and education strategies. Green Purchasing Behavior can be effectively stimulated through education on green products, implementation of transparent pricing strategies, and cultivation of a positive brand image. The research findings underscore the importance of collaboration among producers, sellers, government, and society in establishing favorable conditions that promote sustainable consumer choices. These findings offer valuable insights for future research, policy makers, and marketing managers in devising more efficient strategies to promote the adoption of environmentally sustainable consumption patterns.

Abstract

Profitability is a metric that evaluates the efficiency of a company's operations, specifically its capacity to generate or accumulate profits. Examining profitability offers a thorough perspective on the efficacy of company policies, which in turn affects the performance of management and, ultimately, the company's financial gains. Nevertheless, diverse studies yield contrasting outcomes when examining the factors influencing a company's capacity to generate profits. Researchers utilize qualitative research methods, particularly systematic literature reviews, to identify shared factors that influence profitability, thereby revealing patterns in these determinants. The researchers examined 9 out of the 49 identified journals and discovered that a company's assets or size, working capital, and expenses have a significant influence on its ability to generate profits

Abstract

The purpose of this extensive literature review on the application of green marketing in Indonesia is to assess the advancements and difficulties associated with implementing sustainable marketing techniques. The background of the research emphasizes how companies are being encouraged to engage in environmentally friendly business practices and how environmental issues are becoming more widely known. Through the systematic identification and analysis of literature pertaining to the application of green marketing in Indonesia, the research methodology employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study's findings show encouraging advancements in environmentally friendly business practices, such as modifications to supply chains and a focus on environmental values in advertising campaigns. Notwithstanding, certain obstacles persist, such as disparities in consumer comprehension and challenges in executing sustainable business strategies. The keys to success were found to be government and policy initiatives that support sustainability as well as business initiatives to raise consumer awareness. The research's discussion emphasizes Indonesia's potential for a constructive change in the direction of a more ethical and sustainable corporate culture. In summary, Indonesia's adoption of green marketing initiatives is indicative of a promising trend toward more ecologically friendly corporate practices. To overcome current obstacles and promote future advancements in Indonesia's adoption of green marketing, the government's assistance and consumer education are essential.

Abstract

The significance lies in comprehending the correlation between profitability, working capital management, and capital structure within the framework of corporate financial decision-making. This study aims to elucidate the influence of profitability on the efficiency of working capital management and the policy regarding capital structure. The employed approach is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves the identification, selection, and evaluation of pertinent scientific literature. The findings indicate that the profitability level has an impact on a company's capacity to handle working capital, affects the cash cycle, and can elucidate decisions regarding capital structure policy. While high profitability enables increased access to external financial resources, low profitability can present difficulties in managing working capital. The discussion encompasses the practical ramifications of these findings, such as implementing astute financial strategies to enhance profitability and optimize the management of working capital. Ultimately, this study offers a comprehensive perspective on the correlation among profitability, working capital management, and capital structure. Acquiring this knowledge is crucial for companies to make informed financial decisions and guarantee long-term viability and steady expansion in a constantly changing business landscape.
