Abstract

Studi ini membahas pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi pada kinerja di salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan statistik kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear ganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan rumus Slovenia, dengan mengambil sampel dari 76 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi ganda linear. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja yang terpengaruh secara simultan dengan hasil regresi linear ganda dalam tes F memperoleh perhitungan 281,548 lebih besar daripada tabel F 3.12, sementara bagian melalui tes T memperoleh Tcount untuk setiap variabel yang adalah Disiplin Kerja (X1) 2.906 dan Motivasi Kerja (x2) 9.827 lebih besar dari nilai tabel T 1.993 sehingga variabel bebas yang merupakan disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada variabel batas kinerja staf di lapangan.This study discusses the influence of work discipline and motivation on performance in one of the districts that exist in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to find out the influence of the variables of work discipline and work motivation on the variable of employee performance. The research method used was a quantitative statistical approach using the method of analysis of double linear regression. The population in this study was taken using the Slovin formula, by taking a sample from 76 respondents. The method of research used a method of double-linear regressive analysis. The results of the research and the hypothesis showed that the work discipline, and the work motivation affected simultaneously with the result of the double lineary regression in the F test obtained a calculation 281,548 greater than the F table 3.12, while part through the T test obtaining a Tcount for each variable that is Work Discipline (X1) 2.906 and Work Motivation (x2) 9.827 greater that the value of T table 1.993 so that the free variable which is Work discipline and Work motivation has a significant positive influence on the bound variable of staff performance in the field.

Abstract

Abstract. Hacord Gallery is a central shop for souvenirs in Depok. The product that is marketed is the production of the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of Depok city, already has permits, proper packaging, and the best quality products. More than 50 SMEs market their products such as types of fashion, crafts, souvenirs, craft, frozen food, food, beverages, and herbal medicines. The problem is marketing activities using conventional systems. By recording, both sales and purchase transactions in a book, promotion using brochures, financial management using a calculator and the quality of human resources is still low in education. Limited access to information and low competitiveness due to lack of information technology support and expensive internet access. Solutions to deal with problems are built by e-commerce marketplace applications. E-Commerce a website makes Hacord Gallery a center for souvenirs in the city of Depok and known by the public. The method in this service is a learning by doing method, starting from field surveys to evaluating training results. The training was conducted by giving information on the use of e-commerce applications to increase sales and income, mentoring was carried out using the application process while discussions were carried out by the service team and partners. The results of this activity in the form of e-commerce marketplace applications provide goods buying and selling services so as to create business opportunities for SMEs in marketing their products. To ensure the success of this program, an evaluation will be carried out at each stage of program development. Abstrak.Hacord Gallery merupakan toko pusat oleh-oleh kota Depok. Produk yang dipasarkan adalah produksi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) kota Depok, sudah memiliki izin, kemasan layak dan kualitas produk terbaik. Lebih dari 50 UKM memasarkan produknya seperti jenis fashion, kerajinan, souvenir, craft, frozen food, makanan, minuman, dan jamu herbal. Permasalahannya adalah kegiatan pemasaran menggunakan sistem konvensional. Dengan melakukan pencatatan, baik transaksi penjualan ataupun pembelian ke dalam sebuah buku, promosi menggunakan brosur, pengelolaan keuangan menggunakan kalkulator dan kualitas sumber daya manusia masih rendah pendidikannya. Terbatasnya akses informasi dan rendahnya daya saing disebabkan kurangnya dukungan teknologi informasi dan mahal akses internet. Solusi untuk menangani permasalahan maka dibangun aplikasi marketplace e-commerce. E-Commerce sebuah website menjadikan Hacord Gallery sebagai pusat oleh-oleh dikota Depok dan dikenal masyarakat. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode learning by doing, di mulai dari survei lapangan sampai pada evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberi informasi penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan, pendampingan dilakukan proses penggunaan aplikasi sedangkan diskusi dilakukan tim pengabdian dan mitra. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa aplikasi marketplace e-commerce menyediakan layanan jual beli barang sehingga menciptakan peluang bisnis para UKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Untuk menjamin keberhasilan program ini maka akan dilakukan evaluasi pada setiap tahapan perkembangan program.

Abstract

Every company has fixed assets that are used in its business operations. This article aims to investigate the problem, which stems from fixed assets that affect the profitability and efficiency of asset management. This study seeks to identify the impact of forecasting and valuation in fixed asset accounting through several objectives. Fixed asset management is the process of recording and tracking long-term assets throughout their entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposal. Companies must keep accurate records to ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements. The results of the analysis are known Overall, the fixed asset management of manufacturing companies shows satisfactory performance. Effective debt and equity balances, efficient utilization of investments, loans, and down payments, and impressive profitability demonstrate a well-managed approach.

Abstract

Money management is an effort related to various activities that can be carried out properly so that it can achieve what has been previously planned in meeting economic needs. Regarding money management, especially pocket money for Yatim Indonesia Tebet Orphanage, there are still problems including lack of understanding to manage finances effectively and efficiently according to needs, the application of pocket money management which is not optimal and the need for improvement in its application including diligent saving, more frugality, and the concept of restraining one's own desires. Therefore, there is a need to find a solution in pocket money management for the residents of Yatim Indonesia Tebet Orphanage. The solution is done by providing training on pocket money management knowledge as a driver of understanding for the children of Yatim Indonesia Tebet Orphanage to be better and wiser in the future regarding their pocket money. The initial method carried out in community service activities is observation, while the implementation stage provides training and understanding of pocket money management by providing direct material and ends with evaluation and monitoring in the form of distributing questionnaires to participants related to community service. The results of the activity are that the participants of the activity stated that 73% stated that they added insight, 71% stated that they added skills and 67% stated that this training activity could provide solutions in solving the problem..

Abstract

Asuransi merupakan pertanggungan atau perjanjian antara dua belah pihak, dimana pihak satu berkewajiban membayar iuaran/premi. Asuransi sebagai lembaga yang diperuntukkan untuk pelimpahan resiko, dalam keadaan wajar biasanya seseorang atau suatu badan usaha itu secara pribadi selalu harus menanggung semua kemungkinan kerugian yang dideritanya yang disebabkan karena suatu peristiwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Profitabilitas secara simultan (bersamaan) terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. Riset ini menggunakan metode berupa Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif pada PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. Rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Rasio Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, dikarenakan perusahaan tidak melakukan pengendalian biaya dengan baik, sehingga total hutang yang dimiliki perusahaan cukup besar meskipun total asset perusahaan masih bisa menutupi total hutang tersebut. rasio solvabilitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, dikarenakan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya perusahaan kebanyakan dibiayai oleh hutang. Sehingga solvabilitas berpengaruh secara negatif, apabila terjadi kenaikan pada angka solvabilitas maka kinerja keuangan perusahaan mengalami penurunan. rasio profitabilitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, karena perusahaan mampu menghasilkan profit dari kegiatan bisnisnya

Abstract

This research aims to determine the possibility of financial statement fraud by using Pentagon fraud analysis. Pentagon fraud is a concept that explains the factors that cause someone to commit fraud, namely pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, and management. In this research, stress factors are proxied through the use of financial goals and external stress. Opportunity factors are proxied by utilizing industry characteristics and effective monitoring. The rationalization factor is proxied using Changes in Auditors. The competency factor is represented by changes in management use. Finally, proxy the arrogance factor using the number of frequent Key Management images. This study uses the F-score model to see the possibility of false financial reports. The sample for this research is 30 IDX30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024 that meet certain criteria. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The results of this research indicate that the variables financial objectives and management changes are proven to have a significant positive effect on the likelihood of detecting financial statement fraud, however the nature of external pressures and industry variables have a negative impact on the likelihood of detecting financial report fraud. Meanwhile, effective monitoring variables; Replacing auditors and management has no impact on the detection of financial reports that have the potential to be fraudulent.

Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku secara umum adalah stok pada bahan baku di suatu industri baik industri besar ataupun kecil. Persediaan bahan baku ini diantara lain mencakup bahan baku masuk, bahan baku keluar, maupun stok bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, pembuatan aplikasi persediaan bahan baku berbasis android Appsheet sangatlah penting karena untuk meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh manusia dalam melakukan pencatatan bahan baku. Perancangan aplikasi persediaan bahan baku ini dimana penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Appsheet dan terhubung dengan lembar kerja. Aplikasi ini tentunya menggunakan metode Bahasa Pemodelan Terpadu (UML) untuk menentukan, memvisualisasikan, membangun, dan mendokumentasikan suatu sistem informasi. Penjelasan UML ini mencakup diagram aktvitas, diagram Urutan, dan diagram hubungan entitas. Apabila aplikasi ini telah dibuat, kemudian aplikasi ini akan melalui tahap pengujian. Dimana pada tahap pengujian ini menggunakan kotak hitam untuk mengetahui apakah aplikas tersebut berjalan dengan yang seharusnya.

Abstract

Abstracts - Decreased motivation and work discipline due to delays, absenteeism, and violations of procedures, which can delay work and reduce productivity in completing work. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence motivation and work discipline have on employee performance. This study was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approanch using statistical analysis. Data were collected by distributing questionnairs to respondents. The number of samples in this study was 38 people. This study includes data quality testing, classical, assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The research process lasted for three mouths. The results of the data analysis showed that motivation partially affects employee performance, with a t-count value of 3,233 > t tabel 1,689. In addition, work discipline has s positive effect on performance, with a t-count value of 7,344 > 1,689. Simultaneously, through the f test, motivation work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, which is abtained from the f count of 44,089 > F table 3,27.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational communication on employee performance. The background of this research is the importance of the role of leaders and effective communication systems in increasing employee productivity in the work environment. The method used is quantitative through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents. The results showed: (1) T test on Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance with a Sig value. 0.004 < 0.05 and t count 3.119 > t table 2.034 so that partially the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance is 47.5%. (2) T test of Organizational Communication also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a Sig value. 0.003 < 0.05 and t count 3.262 > t table 2.034 so that partially the effect of organizational communication on employee performance is 48.6%. (3) The F test on the Transformational Leadership and Organizational Communication variables shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value of 25.040 > f table 3.28 with a simultaneous influence of 60.3%, so overall the independent variables of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Communication have a significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Population and Family Development in Jakarta. The method used is quantitative statistics, with a total of 40 respondents using a saturated sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS software version 25. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression, through t-tests and f-tests, which aimed to determine the independent variables against the dependent variables. The results of the t-test showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 4.799 > 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. while the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 2.115 > 2.026 with a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. In testing the f variable, work discipline and organizational culture have a simultaneous or simultaneous effect on employee performance, as can be seen from the f count value of 21.145 > f table 3.245 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05
