Abstract

This great Women's school program provides education about gender equality and women's rights. Women's Schools cannot be separated from the process of individual or group self-development. Therefore, women must be empowered through the Women's School program. The women's school program to increase family economic resilience is an educational initiative specifically designed to provide knowledge, skills, and training on women's rights and economic opportunities. Improving women's skills in managing Butternut Squash to become a nutritious snack for children including mochi, crispy Butternut Squash, pumpkin dodol, and pumpkin jam, which was initiated through the Women's school program, Building partnerships based on family economic resilience with the village government, Social Service, Cooperative and MSME Service, the Family Hope Program Implementation Unit (UPPKH).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan spiritual dan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu At-Tibyan. Dalam konteks pendidikan, kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang kondusif dan memotivasi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang distribusikan kepada seluruh guru di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja guru, di mana guru merasa lebih dihargai dan termotivasi untuk berkontribusi secara maksimal. Di sisi lain, meskipun gaya kepemimpinan transformasional juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif, hasilnya tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi kedua gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan memberikan dampak yang lebih besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kedua gaya kepemimpinan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, yang tidak hanya sekadar memperhatikan aspek administrasi tetapi juga nilai-nilai spiritual yang dapat menginspirasi dan memberdayakan guru. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif, serta mendorong pengembangan kinerja guru dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Ketika musim durian tiba, harga durian menjadi sangat murah karena jumlahnya yang melimpah. Namun karena bersifat musiman, masyarakat hanya dapat mengandalkan hasil penjualannya ketika musim durian tiba, dan ketika musim durian berlalu masyarakat sama sekali tidak dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai sumber penghasilan, padahal penggemarnya sangat banyak. Tujuan dilaksanakanya kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat petani durian melalui Teknik pemasaran yang tepat dari hasil olahan durian. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah melalui Teknik penyuluhan dan praktek langsung pada masyarakat terutama bagaimana mengolah durian yang dapat tahan lama dan Teknik pemasaran yang efektif. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat terlihat dari antusias peserta dan pengetahuan dan ketermpilan yang diperoleh peserta. Ketika praktik berlangsung peserta sudah dapat mengemas dengan benar dan dapat menyebutkan cara pemasaran yang efektif yang dapat menjangkau masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of parenting and smartphone use on the honest and responsible attitude of Tipar Public Elementary School students. This study used a quantitative method with a survey method to investigate the relationship between smartphone use, parenting style, and the development of honest character and responsibility among elementary school students. Questionnaires were employed to collect data. The participants in this study were elementary school students. Tipar Elementary School will be chosen as a representative sample, and the sample size will be calculated based on statistical considerations and power analysis. The collected data were examined using relevant statistical techniques. This study reveals that parenting style positively affected students' honest and responsible attitudes by 26.3%. Smartphone use positively affects students' open and accountable attitudes by 24.0%. Parenting style has a positive effect on smartphone use, amounted 19.1%. Parenting parents and smartphones positively influence the honest and responsible mood of Tipar Public Elementary School students, 34.9%, and other factors influence the remaining 66.1%. As a result, the more positive parents' attitudes toward their children, the more honest and responsible students become. The greater students use smartphones, the better their open mindset and responsibility. Similarly, the better the parenting style and the usage of smartphones, the better students' honesty and responsibility. In contrast, the more severe the parenting style and the use of smartphones, the lower the students' open thinking and responsibility would be.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan masalah serius dalam dunia pendidikan dan perkembangan anak, yang dapat berdampak jangka panjang terhadap kondisi emosional, sosial, dan akademik korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi parenting para ibu melalui kegiatan penyuluhan sebagai upaya preventif terhadap tindakan bullying. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan para ibu dalam setiap tahap penyuluhan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi. Materi penyuluhan mencakup pengertian bullying, dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak, pentingnya pola asuh positif, dan peran strategis ibu dalam mencegah bullying. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor post-test dari 58 menjadi 82. Selain itu, diskusi interaktif memperlihatkan kesadaran yang tinggi akan pentingnya peran ibu dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak dini. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi parenting efektif dalam menumbuhkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis ibu untuk menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang aman, suportif, dan bebas bullying.

Abstract

Family business is an economic entity that is controlled and inherited from generation to generation, has become an important foundation in the global economy. Rapid technological developments are very helpful in building family businesses, including in terms of finance. Digital-based financial products and services such as fintech are increasingly in demand by the public. One of the factors that drives the growth of the fintech industry is the development of SMEs. More and more SMEs are using digital services to make it easier for consumers to make transactions. The development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which continues to grow has also triggered the development of the fintech industry in the country. The purpose of this counseling and training is to find out how the influence of the eight-formula counseling strategy for building family businesses in Batetangnga Village, Polewali Mandar Regency. The methods used are conducting stages of observation, preparation of materials, making pre-tests and post-tests and evaluation stages. Participants in this counseling were 21 residents of Batetangnga Village. From the results of the counseling, it can be concluded that there is an increase in residents' knowledge about how to build a family business properly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the participatory learning model on the learning motivation of residents studying in PKBM Handayani, Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. The sample from this research was 30 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation methods. The techniques used in data analysis are descriptive frequency analysis, data normality, and simple linear regression. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant relationship between the influence of the participatory learning model on the learning motivation of residents studying in PKBM Handayani, Ulaweng District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Kemampuan visual spasial merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini yang perlu distimulasi sejak dini. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan media puzzle geometric shapes terhadap kemampuan visual spasial anak usia 5-6 tahun. Menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design, penelitian melibatkan 28 anak di TK Islam Al Azzam Kota Makassar yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (14 anak) dan kontrol (14 anak). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan semua anak berada pada kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB). Setelah perlakuan, 64% anak kelompok eksperimen mencapai kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH), sedangkan 93% kelompok kontrol tetap pada kategori MB. Uji hipotesis kelompok eksperimen menghasilkan p-value 0,001 (<0,05), mengonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan metode tersebut. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan puzzle geometric shapes efektif mengembangkan kemampuan visual spasial melalui aktivitas pengimajinasian, pengonsepan, pemecahan masalah, dan pencarian pola.

Abstract

Stunting is a crucial health problem in Indonesia, especially in children under five years. Various factors influence this condition, including nutrition, economics, environment, and health. Empowering communities with character is an effective strategy to prevent stunting by actively involving the community in decision-making and program implementation. This article discusses the transformation of community empowerment with character to prevent stunting through a participatory approach, capacity building, and culture-based interventions. This study examines the transformation of community empowerment with character to prevent stunting. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type. Data collection uses observation and interviews. Data are analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The study results indicate that empowerment transformation is an approach to prevent stunting characterized by developing modules on nutrition, stakeholder involvement, and conducting evaluations for the sustainability of community empowerment. The impact of community empowerment transformation is that they have greater capacity to maintain the health and well-being of their children.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using a survey method which aims to determine the relationship between learning satisfaction and the learning motivation of residents studying Package C equality at SPNF SKB Gowa Regency. The independent variable in this research is learning satisfaction, while the dependent variable in this research is learning motivation. The population in this study was 133 residents studying the Gowa Regency SPNF SKB Package C equality program. Sampling was carried out using a stratified random sampling technique which was then determined as many as 57 people. The data collection method was carried out using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation analysis. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between learning satisfaction and the learning motivation of residents studying equality Package C at SPNF SKB Gowa Regency. This is known by carrying out a product moment correlation analysis test which shows that the correlation coefficient value is 0.534 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a real (significant) correlation between the Learning Satisfaction (X) variable and Learning Motivation (Y). Thus, based on the correlative coefficient interpretation table, the level of correlation between the learning satisfaction variable (X) and the learning motivation variable (Y), namely 0.534, is at a moderate level of relationship.
