Abstract

The problem in this study is the low understanding of students' concepts on science content which is under the KKM. This study aims to describe the differences in students' conceptual understanding in the experimental class who received the Ludo boardgames learning media and the control class who did not receive the Ludo boardgames learning media and to describe the differences in the improvement of students' conceptual understanding in the experimental class using the Ludo boardgames media and the control class that did not use the Ludo boardgames media. ludo boardgames learning media. This method uses the Quasi-Experimental method, while the research design uses the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The dependent variable in this study is understanding the concept and the independent variable is the use of Ludo boardgames learning media. The research subjects were fifth grade students. The instrument used in this study was an essay test. The results showed that tcount > ttable. So that there are differences in students' understanding of concepts after being given treatment using the Ludo board games learning media. In addition, the difference in increasing understanding of the concept can be seen from the results of the t-gain test, the results of tcount> ttable. So that there is a difference in the increase (gain) of students' understanding of concepts using the Ludo boardgames learning media with those not using the Ludo boardgames learning media. Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the difference in the results of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental class using wayang media with the control class without using learning media as well as describing the increase in the ability to listen to folklore in Indonesian subjects in class V SDN 1 Windusengkahan. The method used is quasi eksperiment with the experimental class using wayang media and the control class without using learning media. Data collection techniques are test and documentation.This learning process uses the Non-Equivalent Groups Pretest-Posttest design. This research was implemented on 20 students in the control class and 20 students in the experimental class. The conclusion of the research results are based on the differences folklore listening skills in Indonesian subjects between classes that use wayang media and classes that do not use learning media after treatment (posttest) and an increase (gain) folklore listening skills in Indonesian subjects between classes that do not use media Classroom learning using wayang media. Keywords: Puppet Media, Listening Skills, Folklore

Abstract

This research explains about the Design of Poetry Teaching (Qualitative Descriptive Research Against Poetry Appreciation Class V SD Negeri 3 Awirarangan). The formulation of the problems is: (a) How to appreciate poetry class V student SD Negeri 3 Awirarangan, (b) How to analyze Basic Competence. 3.3 Reading poetry with appropriate pronunciation and intonation, (c) How to design poetry teaching based on students' poetry appreciation and analysis of Basic Competencies 3.3. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, literature study, documentation, and argumentative. Data processing techniques are analysis and design. The object of research is the poetry teaching of class V. The conclusion of the research results are based on the: (1) results of observation, interview and collected questionnaires, poetry appreciation of class V students of SD Negeri 3 Awirarangan is at low appreciation stage; 2) result of the analysis of KD 3.3 produces the subject of class V poetry teaching including the meaning of poetry, the intrinsic element of poetry, and the things that are considered in the poetry (pause, pressure, pronunciation and intonation); 3) design of a one-of-a-month drama script is divided into 5 scenes each having sub scenes, the drama consists of 10 characters (teacher, late student, student 1-8) of the drama script developed based on the selected theme of education.Keywords: poetry appreciation; teaching material; drama script.

Abstract

This study aims to identify various kinds of mnemonic techniques found in the literature study. This type of research uses a qualitative research type with a literature review type. This study analyzes twenty journal articles both nationally and internationally by searching from google scholar whose research results found the six highest mnemonic, the results include slow learners, namely acronyms, acrobatics (first letter), chungking, loci, rhyme and keywords. The purpose of the mnemonic technique is to help teachers in teaching students in elementary schools in the process of remembering and understanding learning.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) option mandiri belajar oleh SD Negeri 3 Awirarangan Kec. Kuningan. Sekolah memilih option tersebut berdasarkan pada kesiapan sarana, prasanana, serta karakteristik siswa. Option mandiri belajar adalah pilihan IKM dari Kemendikbudristek dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada satuan pendidikan saat menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka, yakni dengan mengadaptasi beberapa bagian dan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka tanpa mengganti kurikulum satuan pendidikan yang sedang diterapkan pada satuan pendidikan kelas 1 dan 4. Berdasarkan informasi yang diterima dari Kepala Sekolah, masih banyak guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengadaptasi kebijakan kurikulum merdeka terutama dalam mengembangkan perangkat ajar serta projek profil pelajar Pancasila. Oleh sebab itu pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan fasilitasi kepada sekolah sekolah dan guru-guru dalam memahami perangkat ajar dan modul projek P4 dalam kurikulum merdeka. Output kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah rancangan ATP dan TP mata pelajaran SD kelas 1 dan 4 serta rancangan projek penguatan profil pelajar. Pelaksanaan fasilitasi dilakukan melalui alur Merrdeka yaitu dari Mulai dari Diri, Eksplorasi Konsep, Ruang Kolaborasi, Refleksi Terbimbing, Demonstrasi Kontekstual, Elaborasi Pemahaman, Koneksi Antar Materi, dan Aksi Nyata

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low intensive reading skills of students in Indonesian content which is below the KKM. This study aims to describe the difference in the effect of the intensive reading skills of students in the experimental class who received the Know Want To Know Learned learning strategy and the control class who did not receive the Know Want To Know Learned learning strategy and to describe the differences in the improvement of intensive reading skills of the experimental class students who used the strategy. Know Want To Know Learned learning with a control class that does not use the Know Want To Know Learned learning strategy. The method used is Quasi-Experimental, and the research design is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were 41 students of class V SD Negeri Cigarukgak. The instrument used in this research is a description test. The results showed that the posttest results were greater than the pretest results. There are differences in students' intensive reading skills after being given treatment using the Know Want To Know Learned learning strategy. The difference in increasing intensive reading skills can be seen from the results of the n-gain test, namely the medium category to the high category. There is a difference in the increase in students' intensive reading skills using the Know Want To Know Learned learning strategy.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembentukan karakter siswa. Melihat banyaknya perundungan maupun penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan uji kredibilitas dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya pembentukan karakter siswa di gugus III Kecamatan Ciawigebang, Kabupaten Kuningan diterapkan melalui pembiasaan baik yang diterapkan guru, keteladanan guru, dan integritas dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mencerminkan terwujudnya karakter religius, jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan peduli sosial. Adapun hambatan yang ditemukan yaitu kepribadian siswa yang berbeda, minimnya perhatian orang tua terhadap perkembangan siswa, serta pengaruh lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa.Kata Kunci: Karakter siswa, Upaya guru, Perkembangan siswa, Sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah menggali potensi lokal desa, karena masih terdapat keengganan masyarakat untuk diberdayakan dalam perbaikan kehidupan sosial ekonom dan juga masih belum berjalannya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa. Masyarakat desa baik sebagai individu maupun kelompok haruslah memahami arti penting serta manfaat untuk membangun diri, dengan mendayagunakan potensi yang ada pada dirinya maupun lingkungannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu kehidupan yang lebih baik. Sebagai suatu proses kemandirian mengandung segi-segi ekonomi, sosial budaya, dan lingkungan sehingga dengan demikian meliputi semua aspek kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Kertawana, Kecamatan Kalimanggis, Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat ini adalah pendampingan menggali potensi-potensi yang terdapat di desa, sehingga terwujudlah desa sejahtera dan mandiri. Peran serta aparat desa serta masyarakat sangat penting dan saling mendukung untuk melangkah bersama demi satu tujuan yaitu desa unggul.

Abstract

Salah satu perwujudan Gerakan Literasi Nasional adalah dengan membentuk Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) sebagai wadah dalam berliterasi bagi masyarakat. Pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan pembentukan taman bacaan masyarakat di PKBM Bina Cahya Desa Cigugur, Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa barat. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan pembentukan TBM agar informasi dan pengetahuan tentang Gerakan Literasi Nasional dapat tersampaikan melalui TBM dan perlunya pendampingan dalam pembentukan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat sebagai wujud implementasi Gerakan Literasi Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini merupakan kerja sama dengan warga PKBM baik Paket B dan Paket C.  Adapun tahapan PAR yaitu melakukan pemetaan dan identifikasi masalah, mengadakan FGD,  mempersiapan aksi program, mengadakan sosialisasi program,  dan pelaksanaan program. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terfasilitasinya sebuah ruang baca yang memadai sebagai wadah berliterasi yang berisi buku mata pelajaran, pengetahuan umum, majalah, dan lain-lain, serta tempat berkegiatan baik membaca, berdiskusi, bercerita, dan mengasah hobi baru menuju pembelajar sepanjang hayat.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the increase in motor ability during the pretest and then, given the learning of traditional sports with a technical approach, namely, an approach that emphasizes actual game techniques, look at the results of the pretest to see if there is an increase in students' motor abilities in the components of speed, endurance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and balance. The method used in this study is the pre-experimental design method. The population in this study was all upper-class students at Kuningan Elementary School. A total of 23 students from IV-B were selected as the research sample through the purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests and measurements. The research began with a warm-up, a pre-test, giving directions and training treatments using a technical approach, and then after being given treatment, a final test (a post-test) of the motor ability test was carried out. The study's findings from data analysis show that training in traditional hadang sports using a technical approach has a significant effect on improving motor ability skills in high school and elementary school students at SDN 11 Kuningan.
