Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan dan implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan mahasiswa yang memenuhi syarat mengikuti Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM), Kerja Praktek (KP), dan Tugas Akhir (TA) pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), langkah awal penelitian mencakup identifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria yang relevan. Melibatkan para ahli, penentuan bobot relatif dilakukan untuk setiap faktor, mencerminkan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria. Matriks perbandingan berpasangan digunakan untuk menghitung bobot relatif dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Selanjutnya, matriks penilaian alternatif dibuat untuk menilai mahasiswa berdasarkan kriteria dan subkriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan mengintegrasikan bobot relatif dan matriks penilaian alternatif, sistem menghasilkan skor akhir untuk setiap mahasiswa, mencerminkan tingkat kesesuaian mereka dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode AHP dalam sistem pendukung keputusan memberikan dasar yang sistematis dan objektif untuk menentukan mahasiswa bersyarat. Implementasi sistem ini melibatkan penggunaan basis data dengan relasi antar tabel, diagram alur sistem, dan antarmuka berupa halaman login dan dashboard. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa sistem dapat secara efisien dan efektif membantu dalam proses penentuan mahasiswa bersyarat. Implikasi temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan perguruan tinggi terkait dengan KPM, KP, dan TA. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan selanjutnya mencakup uji coba lebih lanjut terhadap sistem dan peningkatan fungsionalitas melalui pengembangan fitur tambahan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based registration system for prospective parking attendants at the UPTD Parking Service in the Transportation Department of Batam City. Currently, the process of managing prospective parking attendant data is done manually, leading to time-consuming registration procedures. The absence of a proper information system makes it difficult for prospective parking attendants to find information about the registration process at the Batam City Transportation Department. This system was developed by using PHP programming and MySQL database. The development follows the SDLC Waterfall model, which consists of five phases: requirements analysis, system design, coding, program testing, and system implementation. The system was modelled by using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. System testing was conducted by using black-box testing and tested by users. The results of this study include the requirements analysis, system design with UML modeling, and eight supporting tables for the development of the web-based application. The system has been tested on local host and through black-box testing, and it is deemed successful in assisting the management of prospective parking attendant registration. However, the application is limited to the admin and user pages. There is a need for data classification on the system dashboard to present a more executive-level display in line with the registration form for prospective parking attendants. Additionally, there is a need for improvements in human resources to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the system.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is an increasingly alarming social phenomenon in the digital era, especially among students. This community service aims to educate students about the forms, impacts, and prevention of cyberbullying. Through awareness sessions, participants showed improved understanding (11.72%), awareness of impacts (7.98%), and responsive attitudes (8.36%). These results indicate that the education program was effective in fostering awareness and readiness to address cyberbullying. The initiative also highlights the importance of collaboration between families, schools, and communities in building collective efforts to prevent and combat cyberbullying.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a database-based information system for managing Social Welfare Issues (PMKS) and Social Welfare Potential and Resources (PSKS) in XYZ Village, XYZ District. Currently, PMKS and PSKS data management is still carried out using Microsoft Excel, which causes data entry errors, such as names, population registration numbers (NIK), and recipient addresses. In addition, data retrieval is difficult, and reports take up a lot of file storage space. Microsoft Excel is also not well integrated and does not allow for direct monitoring. The information system was developed using the Agile approach with the Scrum method and designed using database-based programming, PHP, and MySQL. In the design stage, the Waterfall method was used to design the system, and modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML) was used to describe the structure and interactions between system components. The results of this research include needs analysis, system design with UML modeling, and 64 tables that support system development. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, which involved the PMKS Admin, PSKS Admin, and Public Services related to PMKS and PSKS data management in XYZ Village, XYZ District. The test results showed that the developed information system was successful and could facilitate data management, information retrieval, and report generation, as well as facilitate direct monitoring. In addition, this system requires data classification on the dashboard to display information in a more executive manner, particularly to support annual reports. To maintain the sustainability of this system, it is necessary to improve human resources in the operation and maintenance of the system so that it can continue to function properly and support the management of PMKS and PSKS in XYZ Village, XYZ District.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, cybersecurity has become increasingly crucial as information technology permeates nearly every aspect of life. Students from the Faculty of Informatics Engineering, known for their tendency to adopt new technologies early, face high risks from constantly evolving and complex cyber threats. The importance of cybersecurity cannot be overstated, and educating and socializing safe technology practices are key to protecting oneself from cyberattacks. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness among students of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Ibnu Sina University, focusing on efforts to enhance understanding and protection against online threats. The activities include workshops and involve several stages, from planning to evaluation and reflection. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding and proactive attitudes towards online security practices. Evaluation suggests that these awareness efforts effectively change students' behaviors to enhance digital safety. Recommendations for the future include increasing collaboration between universities and industry to provide additional resources and training. This initiative not only benefits students directly but also serves as a foundation for developing more comprehensive and sustainable cybersecurity education strategies in academic environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perancangan sistem informasi penegendalian persediaan barang pada CV.Anugerah Sukses Sejahtera. CV.Anugerah Sukses Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan barang jadi seperti tas, baju, dan lain sebagainya. Dimana ditemukan permasalahan diantaranya belum adanya sistem terkait dalam pengendalian persediaan barang. Penelitian ini diperoleh data melalui wawancara bagian admin purchasing, admin gudang dan admin pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah FIFO (First In First Out) sebagai pendekatannya, SDLC sebagai perancangan dan pengujian, dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai pemodelan sistem. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam perhitungan barang dan memonitoring barang tersebut sehingga pada laporan akhir bulan tidak terdapat selisi barang barang antara stok fisik dan stok opname dikomputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pengendalian persediaan barang pada CV.Anugerah Sukses Sejahtera sudah sesuai dengan metode First In Firt Out(FIFO), namun perlu adanya pengendalian persediaan untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara investasu persediaan dan tingkat pelayanan konsumen.

Abstract

The management of population data in rural areas creates significant barriers to the effective distribution of social assistance. This research aims to develop and validate an integrated web-based information system that combines population administration with a multi-level social assistance verification mechanism to improve targeting accuracy and administrative efficiency in Ngal Village, Karimun Regency, Riau. The system was developed using the Waterfall Method through five systematic stages: requirements analysis, system design using UML modeling, web-based implementation, Black Box testing, and instrument validation. The research results show an integrated system capable of managing population data and social assistance eligibility criteria in real-time. Black Box testing shows that all system functions were successfully executed with a 100% success rate. Validity analysis using Aiken-V on 32 respondents showed very high values across four dimensions: System Function (0.98), Content Suitability (0.98), Ease of Use (0.95), and Interface Design (0.92). System implementation successfully reduced and eliminated data duplication errors and improved administrative efficiency. This research fills a critical gap in the village information systems literature by providing an integrated solution that addresses population administration and social assistance distribution. The validated system demonstrates effectiveness in an island context with limited connectivity, offering a replicable model for digital transformation in rural governance.

Abstract

Saat ini Pengolahan dan penyimpanan raport pada Pondok Modern Daarussalam Al-Gontory Batam masih menggunakan leger dengan mengumpulkan dari guru mata pelajaran dan diberikan ke guru wali kelas untuk dijadikan satu pada raport masing-masing siswa. PMDAG sedang berusaha menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang mampu melayani masyarakat dengan baik, terutama dalam hal penyampaian nilai siswa kepada orang tua atau wali siswa tersebut. Selama ini pemberitahuan tentang informasi masih dilakukan menggunakan buku raport yang akan dibagikan setelah liburan pada awal semester, sehingga sebagian wali siswa tidak dapat memantau nilai akademik anaknya selama di pondok. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi berbasis android dengan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode waterfall memiliki empat tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Implementasi sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa berbasis android dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja melalui handpohone yang dimiliki wali masing-masing siswa. Pengolahan data nilai siswa dapat mengatasi permasalahan dalam penyampaian nilai raport siswa kepada orang tua dalam memantau akademik siswa tersebut selama belajar di pondok, membantu guru dalam meng-input nilai akademik siswa secara online.
