Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat modern menuntut inovasi terhadap produk makanan tradisional agar tetap relevan dan diminati oleh berbagai kalangan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses inovasi camilan tradisional peyek melalui penambahan keju sebagai bahan modern serta menganalisis penerapan kewirausahaan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan produksi, pemasaran, dan manajemen usaha. Pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bone sebagai pelaksana kegiatan praktik kewirausahaan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi Peyek Keju berhasil meningkatkan daya tarik produk dengan perpaduan cita rasa tradisional dan modern. Strategi pemasaran dilakukan secara online melalui media sosial dan offline melalui penjualan langsung di lingkungan kampus, yang terbukti efektif dalam menjangkau konsumen muda. Dari sisi ekonomi, usaha ini menghasilkan keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp53.000,00 dari modal awal Rp140.000,00, menunjukkan potensi usaha yang layak dikembangkan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui pengalaman praktis dalam mengelola usaha inovatif berbasis budaya lokal.

Abstract

The role of the principal has fundamentally shifted from a traditional administrative function to a role as an instructional leader that emphasizes improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes. This article is a narrative literature review that examines the evolution of the principal's role in the 21st century with a focus on the context of Indonesian schools. This study integrates findings from empirical and conceptual literature from the past five years (2020–2025) to formulate a conceptual framework regarding the tasks, competencies, practices, barriers, and policy implications for school leadership transformation. The results indicate three main shifts: (1) an orientation from administrative management to instructional and visionary leadership; (2) the need for digital competency and change management in the face of Society 5.0 and the implementation of the Independent Curriculum; and (3) the need for policy support, ongoing training, and an outcome-based evaluation system. This article recommends that educational stakeholders in Indonesia design principal development programs that are contextual, sustainable, and focused on improving learning.

Abstract

Ketimpangan sosial di bidang pendidikan tetap menjadi masalah mendasar yang sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan asyarakat untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang bermutu. Pendidikan seharusnya berperan sebagai alat untuk pergerakan sosial dan penyamaan peluang, tetapi kenyataannya, akses, mutu, dan capaian pendidikan di Indonesia masih dipengaruhi oleh aspek ekonomi, lokasi geografis, norma budaya, serta regulasi pendidikan. Situasi ini menciptakan perbedaan kesempatan di antara berbagai lapisan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kedudukan sosial melalui pendidikan. Kajian ini bermaksud untuk menelaah jenis ketimpangan sosial dalam pendidikan, penyebabnya, serta kaitanyya dengan peluang pergerakan sosial di Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengkajian buku, jurnal akademik, temuan riset, serta dokumen resmi dari pemerintah dan organisasi internasional yang terkait. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketidaksetaraan pendidikan mempertegas pembagian lapisan sosial dan menghambat pergerakan sosial bagi kelompok dengan sumber daya ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya yang terbatas. Sebaliknya, kelompok dengan sumber daya yang lebih memadai umumnya memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mempertahankan atau menaikkan posisi sosialnya. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya upaya penyamaan akses, peningkkatan kualitas pendidikan, serta langkah-langkah kebijakan afirmatif guna membangun sistem pendidikan yang inklusif, adil, dan mendorong pergerakan sosial untuk semua warga negara.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on students’ learning interest. The research was conducted in class XI A2 of UPT SMA Negeri 5 Bone, with a total sample of 35 students consisting of 14 male and 21 female students. The data analysis technique used was quantitative data with an ex-post facto research design and simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.409, which means that the implementation of PjBL contributed 40.9% to the increase in students’ learning motivation, while 59.1% was influenced by other factors outside this study. The ANOVA test results showed an F value = 22.810 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that the regression model was feasible to use. Furthermore, the t-test showed that the calculated t value = 4.776 was greater than the t table value = 1.692 at a significance level of 0.05, thus the research hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of attendance and active learning methods on the economic learning outcomes of grade X.1 students at SMA Negeri 25 Bone. Attendance and active learning methods are two critical factors presumed to influence student achievement. High absenteeism can reduce learning opportunities, while the implementation of active learning methods is believed to enhance student participation, motivation, and understanding during the instructional process. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 29 students from class X. Data analysis results showed an increase in the average learning outcome score from a pretest of 53.68 to a posttest of 83.45. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a value of t = -14.274 with a p\text{-value} < 0.001$, indicating that the difference is statistically significant. Consequently, it can be concluded that attendance and the application of active learning methods have a significant influence on improving students' economic learning outcomes. This study supports previous findings emphasizing the importance of active student engagement in learning to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Community Information Groups (KIM) in supporting public services in Lamatti Riaja Village, Sinjai Regency. The research focuses on two aspects: KIM development, which includes aspects of direction, motivation, supervision, and coordination, and the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the effectiveness of this development. This study used a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with six key informants from the village government, KIM administrators, and other relevant parties. The results indicate that KIM development still faces several obstacles. The direction provided by the village government and the Communication and Information Agency is largely general in nature, thus lacking clear technical guidance. Motivation of KIM members is also low due to the lack of incentives and rewards. Supervision of KIM performance is limited to annual reports without ongoing routine monitoring. Meanwhile, coordination between stakeholders has not been optimal, resulting in delays in the flow of information to the public. On the other hand, several supporting factors strengthen KIM's position, including formal regulations in the form of the Sinjai Regent's Regulation on KIM, support from the village government, and opportunities offered by developments in information technology. However, inhibiting factors are also significant, such as low public digital literacy, limited human resource competency within KIM, weak coordination, and minimal incentives and rewards. Therefore, it can be concluded that KIM's success in supporting public services depends heavily on targeted, intensive, and continuous development. Strengthening human resource capacity, providing motivation through incentives, optimizing the use of digital technology, and more effective cross-sector coordination are important strategies that need to be implemented to ensure KIM can optimally carry out its functions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Merdeka curriculum on student achievement. The research method used is quantitative. The data processed is questionnaire data. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and interviews, where the author conducted direct interviews regarding the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that the Merdeka curriculum had a positive and significant impact on student achievement in class XI Hospitality at SMKN 7 Bone. This is evidenced by the results of a simple regression analysis explaining Y = 9.382 + 0.621X, which determines that for every 1 score in variable X (Merdeka Curriculum), variable Y (Student Achievement) will increase student achievement by 0.621. Furthermore, the t-test results show that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table, namely 2.919 > 1.717 with an n of 22, equivalent to a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05, using statistical significance.
