Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of operating cash flow, operating capacity, and sales growth on financial distress. The population in this study is all properties & real estate sector companies. The samples in this study were obtained as many as 10 company samples with 5 years of research so that as many 50 research data were obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that operating cash flow has no effect on financial distress, operating capacity has a positive effect on financial distress, and sales growth has no effect on financial distress. Operating cash flow and sales growth do not affect financial distress because the company’s operating cash flow and sales growth tend to be small, while operating capacity has a positive effect on financial distress tends to be high because the company’s operating capacity tends to be high.

Abstract

Based on this problem, the purpose of implementing service activities is to increase the knowledge and skills (quality of human resources) of MSME actors through labeling training on packaging. The program of training and mentoring activities is carried out through five stages, namely socialization, preparation, implementation of activities, evaluation and reporting. The result of implementing this community service activity is increasing knowledge and creating product packaging labeling. The output targets to be achieved in community service this time are aspects of competency, increasing understanding and skills of human resources (HR) MSME actors and academic aspects, the results of activities will be reported and published in one of the national journals.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist to provide understanding, especially related to simple financial accounting matters to improve Culinary MSME businesses. Culinary MSME actors generally only keep simple records in the form of income and expenses, but many things are overlooked in recording so that they appear to generate large profits but many expenses are not recorded properly. As a result, the records carried out do not reflect the actual financial condition of the business. Community Service activities carried out are (a) Education on the importance of good financial bookkeeping, and (b) Training on making simple MSME financial bookkeeping.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the relationship between variables and analyze the factors causing decreased organizational sustainability. This research uses a literature review study to systematically review previous articles to see their correlation with current research. The results show a relationship between all independent variables and the dependent variable. This finding could really be something new in qualitative research, organizational sustainability can increase with effective recruitment, and the implementation of talent management at all levels, thus creating an atmosphere of work engagement from new employees entering work until retirement in expedition companies. In human resource management research, there is no research framework like this article and the hypotheses in this research are very rarely found in previous research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets. The independent variables in this study are the Current Ratio as a proxy for the Liquidity Ratio, the Debt to Assets Ratio as a proxy for the Solvency Ratio, and the Debt to Equity Ratio as a proxy for the Solvency Ratio. While the dependent variable in this study is Return On Assets as a proxy for the Profitability Ratio. The data used in this study are the financial statements of food and beverage sector companies listed on the IDX for 2012–2021. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results showed that the partial Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets, the Debt to Assets Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant and significant effect on Return On Assets

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on asset structure, and sales growth. Liquidity and business risk on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this research is a pharmaceutical company consisting of 15 companies from 2018 to 2022. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS-26. The results of the study show that asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, sales growth has an effect on capital structure, liquidity has an effect on capital structure and Business Risk has no significant effect on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Based on table 3.0, it is known that the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R2 is 0.40 or 40%, it can be interpreted that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is the capital structure of 40% and the remaining 60% by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Financing and Operational Income Operating Costs on Financial Performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The samples used in this study were 22 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination using the adjusted R square. Test data using SPSS version 25 by using multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing. Partial testing with the t test shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative effect on financial performance, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has no effect on financial performance, Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) has a negative effect on financial performance. The results of simultaneous testing with the F test are that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) have an effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk menganalisa dampak Harga buku saham, leverage (rasio hutang dengan equity) firm size terhadap price saham yang terindek pada LQ45, sebanyak 28 perusahaan periode 2019 s/d 2021. Metode analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statitik Multiple linear regresion. Hasil riset menunjukan hasil sebagai berikut, variabel Price to Book Value (PBV) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) serta Size Firm berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikansi masing-masing variabel sebesar 0,000, 0,003, 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Pada saat yang sama, PBV, DER dan firm size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, nilai signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari, 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to utilize the Markowitz Model to build an optimal portfolio of stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 to 2023, focusing on stocks in the IDX30 index. Based on information from KSEI, the public premium in capital market speculation continues to increase. On that basis, this study is important to be conducted in order to provide a reference for the public to invest. The IDX30 index was chosen as the subject of the study because it includes stocks with large market capitalization, high liquidity, and stable financial conditions. This study determines the optimal fund allocation for each stock and examines stocks in the IDX30 index from 2019 to 2023 that are worthy of consideration for inclusion in the optimal portfolio. In this test, it produces four stocks that become the optimal portfolio with the most extreme profits, namely ADRO 16.12%, BBCA 65.97%, BBRI 4.13%, and ICBP 13.76% with a return of 1.01% and a risk of 0.22%. In contrast, the minimum risk consists of ADRO of 5.29%, BBCA of 26.14%, CPIN of 13.91%, ICBP of 16.17%, INDF of 8%, KLBF of 0.48%, TLKM of 13.47%, and UNVR of 16.55%, with a risk of 0.1% and an expected portfolio return of 0.11%.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of competence, training and supervision on assessor performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. This research is a quantitative study in which the object of the respondent is an assessor registered at Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. The number of samples used as many as 60 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study shows that (1) competence and supervision have a significant effect on motivation, (2) training has no effect on motivation, (3) motivation has a significant effect on assessor performance, (4) competence and supervision through motivation have an effect on assessor performance, (5) training through motivation has no effect on assessor performance.
