Abstract

Kekerasan seksual layaknya fenomena gunung es, yang terlihat jauh lebih kecil daripada yang tampak di permukaan, hal ini diakibatkan rasa takut oleh ancaman dan rasa malu melaporkan kejadian tersebut. Data RS Bhayangkara Kendari pada tahun 2020 kasus kekerasan seksual berjumlah 89 kasus , tahun 2021 sebesar 100 kasus dan tahun 2022 berjumlah 75 kasus, korbannya adalah anak perempuan dengan usia rata-rata 5-17 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kekerasan seksual pada anak usia 5-17 tahun di RS Bhayangkara Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif, pendekatan Case Control Study. Populasi 75 dengan sampel berjumlah 48 Kasus dan 48 Kontrol, Matching Umur dan Pendidikan orang tua. Teknik pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan tentang Pendidikan nilai OR = 3,647 dengan LL= 1,570 dan UL = 8,470. Komunikasi orang nilai OR = 2,870 dengan nilai LL = 1,236 dan UL = 6,665 terhadap kekerasan seksual pada anak usia 5-17 tahun di RS Bhayangkara Kendari.Kesimpulan bahwa pengetahuan orang tua tentang Pendidikan seks berisiko 4 kali dan Komunikasi orang tua berisiko 3 kali kepada anak mengalami kekerasan seksual. Diharapkan kepada DPPA, RS Bhayangkara Kendari dan masyarakat untuk memberikan edukasi terkait pendidikan seks usia dini pada anak untuk mencegah terjadinya kekerasan seksual pada anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value of Sipakainge in Bugis local wisdom as a strategy for marine tourism conservation in Parepare City through an Islamic economics approach. Sipakainge, which means mutual reminding of goodness and social responsibility, is a moral value that plays a crucial role in maintaining harmony between humans and the environment. The declining cleanliness and conservation in Parepare's marine tourism areas, such as Paputo Beach, Mattirotasi, and Lumpue, indicate the need for a management approach based on cultural and Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques involving coastal communities, tourism managers, and traditional leaders. The findings reveal that the internalization of the Sipakainge value can build collective community awareness in preserving the marine and coastal environment as an implementation of the maslahah (public benefit) principle in Islamic economics. Furthermore, collaboration between the government, community, and tourism businesses based on the Sipakainge value can create sustainable, religious, and socially equitable marine tourism management. Thus, the integration of local wisdom and Islamic economic values forms a strategic foundation for maintaining the sustainability of Parepare's marine tourism while enhancing the welfare of the coastal community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap tersangka dalam pemeriksaan awal oleh penyidik pada proses hukum acara pidana, dengan fokus pada implementasi ketentuan (KUHAP). Perlindungan tersangka merupakan bagian fundamental dalam penegakan hukum yang berkeadilan, terutama terkait pemenuhan hak-hak tersangka sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 50–68 KUHAP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif empiris, yaitu menggabungkan kajian kepustakaan dengan data lapangan melalui observasi dan wawancara untuk menggambarkan kondisi aktual pelaksanaan perlindungan hak tersangka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun hak-hak tersangka telah diatur secara jelas, implementasinya masih belum optimal. Terdapat kendala seperti lamanya masa penahanan, terbatasnya akses terhadap bantuan hukum, tekanan psikologis maupun fisik dalam pemeriksaan, serta minimnya fasilitas untuk kunjungan keluarga. Faktor-faktor pemicu pelanggaran antara lain stres kerja penyidik, beban tugas yang berat, budaya kerja represif, serta lemahnya pengawasan internal. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi mengakibatkan penyimpangan dari prinsip due process of law dan asas praduga tak bersalah. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan profesionalitas aparat penyidik, optimalisasi pemberian bantuan hukum, serta penyediaan fasilitas pendukung bagi tersangka dan keluarga. Komitmen penegak hukum dalam menerapkan KUHAP secara konsisten merupakan kunci tercapainya proses penyidikan yang manusiawi, berkeadilan, dan sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip HAM.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the education system related to the independent curriculum with the application of a deep learning approach at Al-Anshar Tanjung Selor High School, Bulungan Regency, by examining the suitability between the goals of national education and its implementation. Data collection is carried out through the literature research method. The research focuses on the evaluation of the education system by examining various literature such as books, notes, and previous research reports where the implications of the independent curriculum policy with a deep learning approach are the main source of information in this research is the policy of the deep learning approach in learning published by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. and other relevant sources to dig up information related to the deep learning approach model. The results of the study show that deep learning has not been fully applied in the upper secondary education unit, but there are efforts and efforts because the deep learning approach in learning has a very important role in ensuring the success and smoothness of every learning. This is done by teachers as educators. To identify students who are able to receive the material taught through the deep learning approach, teachers must be able to design so that students are no longer saturated, bored, ignorant and not enthusiastic but more aware, meaningful and encouraging. This research shows a very close relationship in the current curriculum.

Abstract

The ability to memorize multiplication tables is a fundamental aspect of learning mathematics, often posing a challenge for children in Tanjung Benuang Village. This study aims to enhance multiplication memorization skills through a structured and creative tutoring program. The program utilizes engaging learning methods, including multiplication songs, educational games, and flashcards. The research approach includes identifying needs, implementing the program, and evaluating outcomes. Results show a significant improvement in children's multiplication memorization skills, supported by weekly evaluations. Additionally, the program successfully increased confidence, independent learning abilities, and interest in mathematics. These findings suggest that tutoring programs can be an effective means of improving basic math skills in rural areas.

Abstract

Background: Smoking behavior remains a significant public health concern with adverse effects on both individuals and the wider community. In coastal areas, smoking has become ingrained as part of the local lifestyle, contributing to various health risks. Objective: This study aims to analyze scientific articles related to the impact of smoking behavior among coastal communities in Indonesia. Methods: This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review focused on journal articles published in Indonesian, sourced from Google Scholar and ResearchGate between 2014 and 2024. The search utilized keywords such as “smoking behavior of coastal communities.” The literature indicates that smoking is a common habit among individuals living in coastal areas. Results: The review identified several smoking-related health problems, including hypertension, acute respiratory infections (ARIs), elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and oral and dental health issues. However, some findings diverge from theoretical expectations, such as studies showing no significant association between smoking behavior and the incidence of cataracts or musculoskeletal complaints. Conclusion: Smoking behavior poses serious health risks and contributes to a decline in quality of life. Therefore, it is essential for coastal communities to increase awareness of the health consequences of smoking and adopt healthier lifestyle choices to improve overall well-being. Abstract

Writing skills are the ability to organize and develop highly complex logical ideas within a system, expressing critical and emotional thinking to produce meaningful written work. Writing skills are not only essential in academic settings but also across various professional and social fields. However, many people struggle to develop adequate writing skills. This can be attributed to various factors, such as a lack of understanding of how to write, difficulty in organizing ideas, and a lack of constructive feedback. While being a writer is indeed appealing, the moral responsibility in the afterlife must be taken seriously. This study aims to identify the development of ideas and effective strategies for improving writing skills so that they are meaningful. The methodology used is a historical study approach as part of a qualitative method with a descriptive model to obtain a realistic picture based on facts. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with a blog writer who served as the research subject, and document analysis was performed to gather empirical data. The results of the study indicate that writing skills can be improved through several strategies, namely diligently reading various types of texts, writing regularly even in small amounts, and accepting feedback from others. These strategies can help develop ideas, understand writing structure, and boost motivation. With the application of appropriate conceptual strategies, writing skills can be significantly improved, resulting in informative and engaging works that embody the spirit of “mâ lâ yatimm al-wâjib illâ bihi fa huwa wâjib” (that which is necessary for the fulfillment of an obligation is itself an obligation) and serve as a mercy to all creation.
