Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran hybrid dalam meningkatkan keterampilan akuntansi dasar di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Karya Prima. Pembelajaran hybrid merupakan kombinasi antara metode tatap muka dan pembelajaran daring, yang dirancang untuk memberikan fleksibilitas serta meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pretest dan posttest terhadap 30 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan akuntansi dasar dan kuesioner kepuasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada nilai rata-rata peserta setelah mengikuti pembelajaran hybrid, dari skor awal 65 menjadi 82. Selain itu, responden menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap metode ini, terutama dalam hal akses materi, fleksibilitas waktu, dan interaktivitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa model pembelajaran hybrid efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan akuntansi dasar. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan lebih luas model hybrid pada pelatihan vokasional lainnya untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menuntut generasi muda untuk memiliki keterampilan yang adaptif, kritis, dan siap pakai dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja global. Namun, masih banyak peserta didik yang mengalami kesenjangan keterampilan digital, baik dari sisi penguasaan perangkat lunak, komunikasi digital, hingga pemanfaatan platform kolaboratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi digital generasi muda melalui pendekatan pembelajaran hybrid sebagai strategi yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan zaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi tindakan (action research) dengan melibatkan 60 peserta dari lembaga pelatihan vokasi yang mengikuti program selama delapan minggu. Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan kombinasi sinkron (tatap muka dan daring langsung) dan asinkron (modul dan video mandiri), serta penilaian berbasis proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan teknologi produktivitas (Google Workspace, Canva, Trello), berkomunikasi secara profesional di ruang digital, serta berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah berbasis teknologi. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata sebesar 38%. Selain itu, peserta melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi wawancara kerja daring, menyusun portofolio digital, dan melakukan presentasi virtual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran hybrid yang dirancang secara kontekstual dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk menjembatani gap keterampilan digital sekaligus menyiapkan generasi muda yang lebih kompeten, adaptif, dan siap bersaing di era global. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk integrasi kurikulum digital secara menyeluruh di lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media called ARISAN (Augmented Reality Human Digestive System) to improve fifth-grade students' conceptual understanding of Natural Sciences (IPA) at SDN Cibatok 04. This study uses a Research and Development (RnD) model with the ADDIE approach, which includes needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the analysis show that students' conceptual understanding is still low, especially in the digestive system material. ARISAN media is designed to provide an interactive learning experience with a 3D model of the digestive organs. Validation by experts shows that this media is very valid, with high scores from material, media, and language experts. The implementation of ARISAN media in the classroom shows a significant increase in students' conceptual understanding, with the average pretest score increasing from 48.19 to 73.52 in the posttest. The hypothesis test shows a significance value of 0.001, indicating a significant increase. Evaluations from teachers and students show that ARISAN media is interesting and easy to understand. This study concludes that AR-based learning media can improve students' conceptual understanding and provide a fun learning experience, and is expected to be a reference for the development of innovative media in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers and principals in realizing the School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SDN Cimatis, Cianjur Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Informants in this study consisted of principals and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the data. The results of the study showed that teachers play a role in the habit of reading 15 minutes before lessons start, using the reading corner, and collaborating with parents to support literacy at home. Meanwhile, the principal plays a role in socializing GLS, forming a school literacy team, and collaborating with stakeholders to support literacy activities. However, the efforts that have been made have not been optimal due to several obstacles, such as the distance of the school, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and minimal support from the government and community. Therefore, a more comprehensive strategy is needed to overcome these obstacles in order to increase the effectiveness of GLS at SDN Cimatis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers as agents of socialization in instilling character values in students, particularly the values of honesty, responsibility, and mutual cooperation. The subjects in this study were class teachers, the principal, and representatives of fourth-grade students at SDN Cibening 03, Bogor Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that teachers play an important role not only in delivering lesson materials, but also as role models in shaping students' character through habituation, role models, and strengthening positive attitudes. Teachers consistently instill the values of honesty, responsibility, and mutual cooperation in daily learning activities and non-academic activities at school. The instillation of character values is carried out through direct practice, dynamic social interactions, and support from the entire school community. Thus, character education at SDN Cibening 03 runs in a structured, consistent manner, and shapes students into individuals with integrity and care for others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of social capital and cultural capital in improving the quality of education at SDN Gunung Bunder 01, Bogor Regency. Social capital, which encompasses the network of relationships, norms, and trust between school members and the community, and cultural capital, consisting of inherited values, knowledge, and customs, are intangible but significant assets in supporting the educational process. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the social and cultural dynamics within the school environment in depth. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with class teachers and fifth-grade student representatives, participant observation, and analysis of school documents. The results showed that utilizing social capital, such as school-community partnerships, voluntary parental involvement, and collaboration between teachers, can create a more supportive learning environment. Meanwhile, cultural capital manifested through the integration of local wisdom into the curriculum, the preservation of the value of mutual cooperation, and an appreciation of local traditions also strengthens students' learning motivation and encourages academic achievement. This study recommends the need for an educational development strategy based on local social and cultural potential as an effort to continuously improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of e-comic media in enhancing students’ learning interest in science learning, while also offering insights from ayat kauniyah (Qur’anic signs in nature) as a complementary perspective in Islamic education. The use of e-comics in science learning is not only intended to increase motivation and engagement, but also to encourage students to observe and reflect on the magnificence of Allah’s creation through natural phenomena. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a Post-test Only Control Group, involving 66 fifth-grade students selected purposively. Learning-interest data were collected through validated questionnaires, and hypothesis testing was conducted using the Independent Sample T-test. The results show that the experimental group using e-comic media achieved a higher post-test mean score (75.4) compared to the control group (65.8). Statistical analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows revealed a significance value of 0.00 < 0.01, indicating a strong effect of e-comic media on students’ learning interest. These findings suggest that e-comic media is effective in improving students’ learning interest in science education and, when interpreted through the lens of ayat kauniyah, can support the cultivation of spiritual reflection, gratitude, and awareness of Allah’s signs within the broader aims of Islamic pedagogy.

Abstract

The Jampana attraction and the creation of traditional arts are collaborative creations that have become the identity of Garut Regency, which we continue to preserve and maintain wholeheartedly. This article aims to examine the novelty of the Jampana attraction and the arts and culture resulting from the process of traditional art creation and creation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and training. Data analysis techniques are carried out using qualitative analysis techniques that include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, for data validity techniques, the researcher uses data triangulation techniques and methods. The results of this study state that known as stretchers are usually used in various traditional activities, arts and cultural activities, Islamic day activities, and national activities. Each stretcher contains various forms, ranging from agricultural products, forms of identity of each region, sheep, house shapes, fish, and others. This Jampana Attraction Art has many innovations that have been created by the community in accordance with the development of the times and this needs to be preserved to become a cultural heritage that continues to be cared for by various generations. Traditional Collaborative Arts and Creative Arts carried out in the process of creating creative and innovative works involve several arts, namely Gamelang Degung Art, Gamelan Awi Art, Badeng Art, Jampana Dodombaan Art, Traditional Dance Art, Dwiwarna Music Art, Angklung Art, Arumba Art, Raja Dogar Art, Creative Dance Art.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in shaping students' personalities with morals, ethics, and integrity. One approach considered effective in developing character education systematically and based on evidence is research and development (R&D). This article aims to examine the role of research and development in character education, examine relevant R&D models, and map empirical findings of character education research based on scientific publications. The methods used are literature study and document analysis utilizing the Scopus database. The search was conducted using keywords related to research and development and character education, resulting in 2,673 published documents from 1971–2025. The results of the study indicate that research and development in character education is growing rapidly, with the United States and Indonesia as the most productive countries. Various R&D products developed include character education models, modules, assessment instruments, and technology-based learning media. However, research and development in character education still faces challenges, particularly in objective character measurement and consistent implementation across institutions. Therefore, methodological innovation and strengthening assessment instruments are essential to improve the effectiveness of character education in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Game-Based Learning berbasis Wordwall terhadap pemahaman materi IPAS pada 33 siswa kelas IV SDN Cemplang 04 Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest–posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pemahaman siswa pada tahap pretest adalah 57, sedangkan rata-rata posttest meningkat menjadi 83. Hasil analisis Normalized Gain (N-Gain) berada pada kategori sedang. Selain itu, analisis data menggunakan Paired Samples T-Test melalui SPSS 21 for Windows menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < α (0,001), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest setelah penerapan model pembelajaran. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa Game-Based Learning berbasis Wordwall efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi IPAS siswa sekolah dasar.
