Abstract

Perkembangan motivasi merupakan salah satu dari tugas perkembangan peserta didik. Seorang peserta didik diharapkan mempunyai motivasi yang besar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran supaya mampu dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Motivasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran karena motivasi dapat mendorong peserta didik untuk melakukan sesuatu guna mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan pembelajaran. Tanpa adanya motivasi, maka kegiatan pembelajaran peserta didik tidak akan berlangsung secara optimal. Semakin tinggi motivasi peserta didik maka akan semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang didapat. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kajian literatur. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder kemudian dikumpulkan dalam satu kesatuan guna menjawab permasalahan yang dirumuskan. Sebagai di garda terdepan, pendidik dapat membangkitkan motivasi peserta didiknya dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Pendidik harus memahami perkembangan motivasi peserta didik maupun permasalahan motivasi peserta didik terutama di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The pandemic has brought the challenge of maximizing online learning. Students must adjust relevant changes in learning methods during the Covid-19 outbreak that may hinder student motivation. Online learning that is carried out today has caused a lot of decreased learning motivation in students at all levels of education because the learning carried out is only monotonous. As a result, a separate investigation on learning methods is required to be studied. As a result, the author conveys one of the learning methods that can be used to increase motivation during the Covid-19 outbreak, namely the accelerated learning method. This article discusses increasing student learning motivation with accelerated learning methods using relevant literature studies. This article is expected to help teachers in schools in providing references using accelerated learning methods to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of student learning outcomes in mathematics that are under the KKM. This happens because there are factors that cause low learning outcomes. Factors causing low student learning outcomes include internal factors consisting of (1) physiological, (2) psychological and external factors consisting of (1) family, (2) school, (3) environment. This research aims to be conducted at SMP Negeri 12 Padang. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The research sample was 234 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire on the factors that cause low student learning outcomes with a Likert scale. The results showed that internal factors consisting of physiological are in the medium category and psychological are in the high category. While external consisting of school factors are in the medium category, family factors, and environmental factors are in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan bahan ajar membaca pemahaman dan menghasilkan bahan ajar membaca sebagai upaya meningkatkan pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan menggunakan strategi Survey Question Read Reflect Recite Review (SQ4R) dalam pembelajaran tematik di kelas III SD yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 10 Pasaman, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III berjumlah 21 siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian inimenggunakan model 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Kevalidan segi isi, bahasa, penyajian, kegrafikaan oleh validator ahli 3,64 dan validator praktisi pendidikan 3,68 dengan kategori sangat valid. Pratikalitas bahan ajar dilihat dari respon pendidik dengan rata-rata 3,64 respon peserta didik 3,57. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik menggunakan strategi Survey Question Read Reflect Recite Review (SQ4R) yang dikembangkan layak digunakan di kelas III SD.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon where students cannot control themselves, such as getting into fights because of their lack of self-control, skipping classes, smoking because their friends do too and following the negative things their friends do. This research aims to describe the factors that cause students' low self-control and ensure that they receive guidance and counseling services. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population of this study was 667 students of SMA N 1 Ampek Angkek who were registered in the 2023/2024 academic year, the research sample was 158 students. Sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a self-control scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The research results show that the factors that cause students' overall low self-control are in the high category. Based on the indicators, the cause is age factor at 51%, cognitive factor at 55%, cultural factor at 42%, situation at 46% in the medium category. The cause of personality factors is 43%, experience is 35%, family environment is 43% in the high category. The cause of the role of parents is 34% in the very high category. Guidance and counseling services are provided to students whose factors causing low self-control are in the high and very high categories, namely personality factors, experience, family environment and the role of parents. Services can be provided by guidance and counseling teachers to reduce the factors that cause students' low self-control through information services, content mastery services, group guidance services and individual counseling to increase students' self-control.

Abstract

Academic self-efficacy is one of the many factors that can affect student learning achievement. Someone who has good academic self-efficacy, will feel that he is always ready and alert in completing his academic tasks without any doubts about his condition. in completing their academic tasks without any doubts about their own condition. This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method to improve students' academic self-efficacy. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research Quasi Experiment design The Non-Equivalent Control Group. The population in this study were Phase E students of SMA Negeri 10 Padang, sampling using purposive sampling method, then obtained samples of Phase E 4 and Phase E 9 classes. The technique used in data collection is by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and Mann-Whitney U 2 Independent Sample Test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method is effective in increasing students' academic self-efficacy. Specifically, the use of this method increases better academic self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study is concerned with the presence of BK teachers who have no educational background in guidance and counseling. They are appointed by the principal because they are deemed to be and come from educational and non-educational graduates with little teaching hours. This certainly has an impact on the quality of the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools. This study aims: (1) to reveal and describe the implementation of guidance and counseling services by BK teachers; (2) differences in the implementation of guidance and counseling services classical format reviewed from the background SI BK and Non BK; (3) differences in the implementation of classical guidance counseling and counseling services in terms of working period of <16 years and ? 16 years; (4) the interaction of education background and working period of BK teacher in providing guidance and counseling service of classical format.This research uses quantitative method with comparative descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were all BK teachers with BK and Non BK BK Sijunjung who numbered 32 people. The instruments used are Likert model scale with 0.965 realib and 0.507 validity (implementation of classical counseling guidance and counseling service). Data were analyzed by using variance analysis technique (ANOVA).The result of data analysis shows: 1) the implementation of guidance and counseling service of the classical format given by the teacher of education background S1 and Non BK with working period <16 years and ? 16 years are in high category, and the average score of implementation of guidance and counseling service of classical format same category. 2) there is no significant difference in the background of BK and Non BK S1 education. 3) there is no significant difference in the implementation of classical counseling guidance and counseling services in terms of working period of <16 years and ? 16 years. 4) there is no significant interaction between the education background score and the working period of the BK teacher towards the implementation of classical counseling guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan siswa di sekolah menengah atas seperti banyaknya siswa terlambat datang ke sekolah, siswa yang tidak hadir tanpa keterangan, siswa mengenakan seragam yang tidak rapi dan tidak lengkap, serta siswa sering membolos pada jam belajar. Konformitas teman sebaya merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan siswa dalam menaati tata tertib sekolah. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Pada penelitian ini yang akan menjadi populasi yaitu siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 994 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 284 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) konformitas teman sebaya di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Sungai Penuh sebagian besar berada pada kategori rendah, artinya sebagian siswa melakukan konformitas kearah negatif dan sebagian siswa kearah positif dengan memilih lingkungan perteman yang baik dan mendukung ke hal yang baik, (2) kedisiplinan siswa dalam menaati tata tertib sekolah sebagian besar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, artinya siswa sudah menerapkan kedisiplinan dengan baik, (3) terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan kedisiplinan siswa dalam menaati tata tertib sekolah, artinya semakin tinggi konformitas teman sebaya maka semakin rendah kedisiplinan, sebaliknya semakin rendah konformitas teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan siswa, (4) layanan BK dapat diberikan guru BK untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa yang rendah dan mempertahankan kedisiplinan siswa yagg tinggi serta mengembangkan kemampuan sosial siswa untuk menciptakan keseimbangan antara kemandirian dan hubungan sosial yang baik melalui layanan informasi, layanan bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan konseling individual.

Destination study this is for dig forms creativity that can driving teacher emerged through the driving teacher program and the teaching module as a teacher means strengthening profile Pancasila students. Study this use approach qualitative. Informant study chosen with technique purposive sampling. The data collection process is carried out with interview deep, study documentation and notes field . Data analysis was performed with refer to the Miles and Huberman model. For ensure the validity of the researcher 's data use technique triangulation and upgrade perseverance researcher in analyze document found. Research results show that forms driving teacher creativity is creativity personal form desire for move to do change, creativity process with follow training and creativity product through development teaching module as well creativity form encouragement good from personal or environment as well as government. Abstract

This study explores the career challenges faced by high school students in the disruption era and the management strategies of guidance and counseling (GC) to address them. The objective is to identify students' career challenges and formulate effective GC strategies to enhance their independence and career readiness. The research method employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 30 articles from international and national journals published between 2020 and 2025, selected based on their relevance to GC and student career issues. Findings indicate that students face job market uncertainties, difficulties in recognizing their potential, and a lack of soft skills and digital literacy. Effective GC strategies include student needs analysis, the use of technologies such as cybercounseling and gamification, interest-based differentiated approaches, and professional training for GC teachers. In conclusion, the integration of technology and humanistic approaches in GC management can improve students' career readiness, although challenges such as the digital divide require cross-sectoral collaboration.
