Abstract

Modul pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL) yang dilengkapi fitur multimedia seperti gambar, video pembelajaran, dan kuis interaktif sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kebutuhan terhadap modul tersebut; (2) merancang modul yang sesuai; dan (3) mengevaluasi kepraktisan serta validitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model AIDDE menurut Sugiyono (2017), melalui tahapan analisis, perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, didukung oleh analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik deskriptif berdasarkan data angket. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua guru dan dua puluh enam peserta didik Fase B di UPT SPF SD Inpres Kampus IKIP. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan dua validator ahli, yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan peserta didik sangat membutuhkan modul berbasis PjBL. Modul dikembangkan dalam dua bentuk, yaitu versi cetak dan flip book, yang dilengkapi gambar, video, dan kuis interaktif Wordwall. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan kategori “sangat valid”, dan uji kepraktisan menunjukkan kategori “sangat praktis”. Dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 75%, modul ini dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Modul, Profil Peljar Pancasila, Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek

Abstract

This study seeks into the effect of multimedia-based learning on the biology learning outcomes in the excretory system topic and influence of learning motivation on biology learning outcomes in the excretory system topic. This is a pre-experiment design without a control group, involving a sample of 20 students. The research procedure for this one-group pre-test-post-test pre-experiment consists of four stages: (1) preparation or planning, (2) implementation of research/observation, (3) processing and analyzing results and testing research hypotheses, and (4) drawing conclusions from the research findings. There is a significant impact of multimedia-based learning on the biology learning outcomes in the excretory system topic for eighth-grade students at a junior high school in West Sulawesi Province. 2. There is a significant influence of learning motivation on biology learning outcomes in the excretory system topic through the application of multimedia-based learning for eighth-grade students at a junior high school in West Sulawesi Province. The multimedia-based learning has a very significant effect on learning motivation because of understanding and better understanding of the retention of learning materials. Multimedia-based learning also allows students to learn in a more visual, auditory, and kinesthetic way. In this case, multimedia can help facilitate different learning styles in students, so that they can more easily understand and remember learning materials.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need to optimize the design of psychoeducational guidance services in elementary schools. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, and questionnaires were distributed to teachers and students, serving as the primary data collection tool. The analysis employed descriptive statistical techniques to illustrate elementary school students' needs for psychoeducational guidance services. The process of descriptive statistical analysis involves several steps: first, gathering data through questionnaires; next, presenting the data in a visual format such as frequency percentage tables for each indicator; and finally, interpreting the presented data. The results of the study indicate an urgent need for more comprehensive guidance and counseling services that are structured, innovative, and effective in meeting students' needs and supporting their holistic development, both in academic and personal aspects. The absence of BK teachers in elementary schools, challenges in student learning motivation, and variations in the use of learning methods and media appropriate to students' learning styles indicate the need for special interventions. Social support from family, friends, and teachers and a conducive school environment are important factors that need to be strengthened through psychoeducational guidance service devices. By focusing on developing interactive teaching materials and effective guidance strategies, this service can increase students' motivation, participation, and self-confidence, thereby supporting a more optimal learning process.

Abstract

This article entitled Integrating Character Education into English Language Teaching. This article explores the integration of character education into English language teaching, emphasizing its significance in fostering both academic and moral development among students. Utilizing a library research methodology, the study compiles data from various sources, including books, journal articles, and online publications, to illustrate the importance of character education in contemporary educational practices. The findings reveal that character education not only enhances students' language proficiency but also cultivates essential moral values and ethical behaviours necessary for responsible citizenship. Furthermore, it outlines effective strategies for integrating character education into English language curricula, including lesson planning, engaging classroom activities, and comprehensive evaluation methods. By embedding character education within English language learning, educators can significantly contribute to the holistic development of students, preparing them to navigate the complexities of a globalized society with integrity and empathy.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan media dengan bantuan kecerdasan buatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru sekolah menengah pertama dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan terdiri dari pemaparan teori, simulasi, dan praktik langsung menggunakan berbagai alat AI. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, terutama dalam pembuatan materi ajar berbasis AI. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan memotivasi mereka untuk mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola komunikasi remaja, namun turut memicu peningkatan kasus cyberbullying yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Regulasi diri yang lemah menjadi salah satu faktor kerentanan remaja terhadap perilaku cyberbullying, baik sebagai pelaku maupun korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau peran inovasi chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) sebagai bentuk intervensi digital dalam memperkuat regulasi diri remaja guna mengatasi cyberbullying. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang relevan, meliputi jurnal, artikel penelitian, dan publikasi ilmiah terkait chatbot, regulasi diri, dan cyberbullying pada remaja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran sosial-emosional remaja. Melalui percakapan interaktif, chatbot dapat membantu remaja mengenali emosi, mengendalikan impuls, serta mengembangkan kemampuan reflektif dalam menghadapi tekanan sosial digital. Fitur adaptif dan umpan balik reflektif pada chatbot berfungsi sebagai media pendamping yang aman, personal, dan responsif untuk memperkuat kesadaran diri dan tanggung jawab digital. Inovasi chatbot tidak hanya berperan sebagai alat teknologi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana edukatif dan psikologis yang efektif dalam penguatan regulasi diri remaja. Chatbot dapat dijadikan strategi intervensi digital yang inovatif dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan cyberbullying di era modern.

Abstract

The massive distribution of Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) by the Indonesian government as a solution to the lack of educational technology facilities demands an in-depth evaluation of their effectiveness in real-life learning activities. This study aims to analyze the impact of IFP use on the dynamics of the teaching and learning process in classrooms. Using qualitative methods with a literature review approach, this study reviewed various scientific publications from 2022 to 2025 relevant to the topic. The research stages included keyword identification, abstract selection, and thematic analysis of secondary data obtained from various academic databases. Key findings indicate that the integration of IFPs into learning has a significant impact on increasing student enthusiasm and motivation to learn. This is driven by engaging visualization features and interactivity that enable active kinesthetic student participation. Furthermore, the use of this medium has proven effective in simplifying the delivery of complex concepts. The study's conclusions emphasize that while IFPs offer great potential in creating innovative learning environments, their success depends heavily on teachers' readiness and competence in operating the technology and developing relevant digital content. ABSTRAKDistribusi masif Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) oleh pemerintah Indonesia sebagai solusi atas minimnya fasilitas teknologi pendidikan menuntut adanya evaluasi mendalam mengenai efektivitasnya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan IFP terhadap dinamika proses belajar mengajar di ruang kelas. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai publikasi ilmiah dari tahun 2022 hingga 2025 yang relevan dengan topik tersebut. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi kata kunci, seleksi abstrak, serta analisis tematik terhadap data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai basis data akademik. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IFP dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak signifikan berupa peningkatan antusiasme dan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini didorong oleh fitur visualisasi yang menarik dan interaktivitas yang memungkinkan partisipasi aktif siswa secara kinestetik. Selain itu, penggunaan media ini terbukti efektif dalam menyederhanakan penyampaian konsep yang kompleks. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa meskipun IFP menawarkan potensi besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inovatif, keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kesiapan dan kompetensi guru dalam mengoperasikan teknologi serta mengembangkan konten digital yang relevan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and student response to the Phonics Reading Songs media as a preliminary trial at SD Bangkala III Makassar. This qualitative case study focuses on 15 progressive songs that emphasize phonemic awareness, ranging from letter recognition to syllable blending. Data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with classroom teachers and students. The results showed that the Phonic Song media proved to be practical and easy for teachers to implement. Affectively, first-grade students at SD Bangkala III Makassar, including those who had difficulty reading, showed positive responses, increased enthusiasm, and active involvement in learning. Cognitively, Phonics Songs function effectively as an auditory mnemonic that strengthens phonological memory and facilitates the blending of phonemes into syllables. These findings are supported by preliminary evidence of efficacy in a preschool context, indicating the suitability of this medium for early reading intervention. This case study concludes that the integration of rhythm and phonics is an effective approach to overcoming early reading difficulties. Further quantitative research is needed to measure the broader impact.

Abstract

The primary focus of this study is on the challenges faced by some students in understanding the material through online learning systems. These difficulties arise because the material presented is considered unengaging, thus hindering the achievement of the expected learning objectives. This research aims to describe the implementation of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) in Civics Education (PPKn) and assess the impact of using MOOCs on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMPN 6 Makassar. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design. The sample selection was carried out using Purposive Sampling, involving 40 students chosen based on the results of observations and interviews with teachers, which indicated that the characteristics of the students in the class varied significantly, particularly in terms of their abilities and access to learning materials. The findings from the implementation of MOOCs show that both students and teachers feel that MOOCs support the achievement of learning goals and provide a more engaging learning experience. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test revealed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after the implementation of MOOCs, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the implementation of MOOCs has a significant positive impact on the improvement of student learning outcomes in Civics Education (PPKn) at SMPN 6 Makassar for eighth-grade students.

Abstract

Students' emotional health is a crucial factor in education as it directly influences academic achievement, social relationships, and overall psychological well-being. In the digital era, students face increasingly complex challenges such as academic stress, cyberbullying, and social isolation. These conditions demand innovation in guidance and counseling (GC) services to detect and address emotional issues early. One proposed solution is the application of emotion detector technology, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system capable of analyzing facial expressions, voice intonation, and behavioral patterns to identify emotional states such as anxiety, stress, and depression, with an accuracy rate of 70–90%. This article employs a literature review method, analyzing national and international publications from 2015 to 2023 obtained through databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed. The review results indicate that integrating emotion detector technology can enhance the effectiveness of GC services through early intervention, personalized support, and a reduction in mental health stigma in schools. However, several challenges remain, including data privacy protection, accuracy across diverse cultural contexts, and limited technological infrastructure in Indonesian schools. Therefore, further research is needed to examine the effectiveness of this technology in local contexts. Through such efforts, education can become more adaptive and responsive to students’ emotional needs, ultimately supporting the holistic development of the younger generation. ABSTRAKKesehatan emosional siswa merupakan faktor penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, serta kesejahteraan psikologis secara menyeluruh. Di era digital, siswa menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks seperti stres akademis, cyberbullying, dan isolasi sosial. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya inovasi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) agar mampu mendeteksi dan menangani permasalahan emosional sejak dini. Salah satu solusi yang dikaji adalah penerapan teknologi emotion detector, yaitu teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang dapat menganalisis ekspresi wajah, intonasi suara, dan pola perilaku untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi emosional siswa, seperti kecemasan, stres, dan depresi, dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 70–90%. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan meninjau berbagai publikasi nasional dan internasional dari tahun 2015 hingga 2023 yang bersumber dari Google Scholar, Scopus, dan PubMed. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi emotion detector dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan BK melalui intervensi dini, pemberian dukungan yang lebih personal, serta mengurangi stigma terhadap kesehatan mental di sekolah. Meski demikian, terdapat sejumlah tantangan seperti perlindungan privasi data, keakuratan dalam konteks budaya yang beragam, serta keterbatasan sarana teknologi di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan teknologi ini dalam konteks lokal. Dengan langkah tersebut, dunia pendidikan diharapkan menjadi lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan emosional siswa guna mendukung perkembangan holistik generasi muda.
