Abstract

Capaian hasil belajar siswa hakikatnya suatu perubahan kelakuan yang terjadi pada siswa dari perspektif yang lebih luas meliputi bidang pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi capaian hasil belajar siswa yaitu manajemen madrasah dan kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pendalaman untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap capaian hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti berencana menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pentingnya manajemen madrasah terhadap kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan capaian hasil belajar siswa. metode survey dengan dan tingkat eksplanasi deskriptif merupakan metode yang digunakan. Kemudian populasinya sebanyak 50 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi serta studi lapangan, yang terdiri dari observasi, angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Responden penelitian ini yaitu tenaga pendidik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rohmah Cibanteng dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Huda Pamegatan kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis utama hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh manajemen madrasah terhadap kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan capaian hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukan dari nilai Thitung > Ttabel, dimana Thitung = 9,4043 > Ttabel = 2,0129. Maka dapat disumpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, sehingga variabel manajemen madrasah (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y) untuk capaian hasil belajar siswa (Z).

Abstract

The background of this research is the phenomenon of village development planning in Sukamaju village which has not been implemented well due to the low human resources in knowledge about RKPDes. The planning of the development in Sukamaju Village using the theory of Syaodih consists of achieving better goals in the future, utilizing resources optimally, paying attention to limitations and striving for efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to know the Village Government Working Plan in Sukamaju Village Cilawu District Garut Regency in 2018. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The author took the research location in Sukamaju Village Cilawu District Garut Regency, involving Sukamaju Village government and community Sukamaju Village District Cilawu Garut regency with the number of informants 5 people. From the interviews and observations, it is found that RKPDes in Sukamaju village is still lacking in human resources aspect because the team in RKPDes is still new and not yet understand its duty and its function to run RKPDes. But the effort from Sukamaju Village is to conduct guidance and counseling for Sukamaju Village employees.

Abstract

The title of this study is "Analysis of the factors that influence crime rates in Bandung Regency; Case study in Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung." The aim of this study is to determine the factors of crime committed by someone. These factors can be used as indicators to optimize the goals of the penal system in Law No. 12 of 1995. Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung is chosen because it has an over capacity of the number of fostered citizens due to high crime rates. The theory used in this study illustrates the factors that influence a person in committing a crime. The factors are biological, age tendency to do anti-social, environmental, poverty, education and crimogenic. The method used in this study is a mixed method; quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative methods can analyze environmental factors, poverty, education and crime. While qualitative methods can analyze biological factors and age factors tend to do anti-social behavior by conducting interviews with predetermined sources. The results of this study indicate that there are only four factors that influence a person to commit a crime. These factors include poverty factors, educational factors, environmental factors and age factors tendency to do anti-social. These factors can be used as a basis for policies that will be determined by the government to optimize prison function and reduce crime rates in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the adoption of the PeduliLindungi application during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia using the UTAUT paradigm. The data was submitted by 200 users of the PeduliLindungi app. SEM-PLS was used to analyze the relationships between the variables and assess several hypotheses. To enlarge the scope of the investigation, Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) were also looked at as moderating variables. The findings revealed that facilitating settings had no discernible impact on how people use the PeduliLindungi application, whereas performance expectation, effort expectation, and social influence all positively affect behavioral intention and usage behavior. Second, the proposed model was not significantly impacted by gender, age, or educational attainment. Third, social influence is more significant in behavioral intention but less significant in use behavior components, performance expectation is more significant in use behavior, and effort expectancy is more prominent than other dimensions in behavioral intention. The contribution of this research is to provide a broader perspective in understanding the adoption of PeduliLindungi application so that it can convey a review of the policy implications for technology adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the government optimizes bureaucratic performance to help economic development and social welfare. The purpose of the bureaucracy in carrying out public services is to provide better services to the community so that people are happy with the services provided by the government. The process of economic development requires an efficient bureaucracy to maintain coordination between the government and the parties involved. In an effort to encourage community economic growth, the government must also carry out the process of making bureaucratic policies such as efficient socialization of programs. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with triangulation data analysis to make it easier to see the data. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it seems that the government has streamlined the bureaucracy well. However, there are still problems in the bureaucratic process, as seen from the number of economies that grow from year to year, but this growth is unstable in the process of bureaucratic services carried out by the government, such as the high number of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap manajemen berbasis sekolah untuk mewujudkan produktivitas kerja guru. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Lokasi penelitian di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Garut dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 94 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam mewujudkan produktivitas kerja guru di MTs. Negeri 1 Garut. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwa produktivitas kerja guru dapat terwujud dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan manajemen berbasis sekolah yang optimal.

Abstract

Hasil deskripsi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru berada pada kriteria Baik, motivasi kerja guru menunjukkan kriteria Cukup Baik, sementara efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kriteria Baik. Hasil uji hipotesis utama menunjukkan bahwa variabel Profesionalisme Guru berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Untuk Mewujudkan Efektivitas Pembelajaran sebesar 10,51%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 89,49% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Sementara dari hasil pengujian sub hipotesis, variabel Profesionalisme guru berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru. Adapun Motivasi Kerja Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Efektivitas pembelajaran. Sedangkan variabel profesionalisme guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah merupakan satu investasi penting dalam pengembangan sumber kekuatan dan kemampuan (human investment) baik pada tataran personal, kelompok maupun dalam kehidupan berbangsa. Mutu/kualitas pendidikan adalah tujuan, harapan dan cita-cita semua stakeholder yang terlibat langsung dalam proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, setiap lembaga pendidikan biasanya memiliki rencana strategis yang disusun dalam rangka mewujudkan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Mutu madrasah juga harus diimplementasikan dalam muatan kurikulum yang mampu mengantarkan lulusannya memiliki wawasan global dan berdaya saing. Diantara langkah strategis yang dilakukan oleh beberapa lembaga pendidikan islam atau madrasah ialah melaksanakan manajemen strategis yang terstruktur dan sistematis dalam pengelolaan madrasah, mulai dari perencanaan program, pengorganisasian, pengaktualisasian dan pengawasan untuk mencapai visi atau tujuan madrasah, salah satunya adalah peningkatan mutu lulusan (output dan outcome). Kegiatan penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen strategis dalam pengelolaan Madrasah Aliyah Darul Arqam Garut. Adapun metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi analisis dengan teknik observasi parsitipatif, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumentasi. Peneliti juga menggunakan teknik analisis data untuk menjelaskan manfaat dan model pelaksanaan manajemen strategis adalah dengan menganalisis data hasil observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumentasi yang kemudian dilakukan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Adapun nara sumber yang peneliti wawancara adalah pimpinan madrasah, para pendidik, perwakilan siswa dan orang tua/wali. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti menemukan korelasi yang kuat antara pelaksanaan manajemen strategis madrasah dengan peningkatan mutu lulusan. Beberapa permasalahan penting yang peneliti temukan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya manajemen melakukan analisis lingkungan baik internal maupun eksternal dalam merumuskan perencanaan strategis agar dalam implementasinya dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga mutu lulusan dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

In the era of rapidly growing digitalization, the role of technology in improving organizational performance is becoming increasingly crucial. This study was conducted to investigate how technology adoption and user skills affect employee performance at Karangmulya Health Center, Garut Regency. Through quantitative methods and a multi group analysis approach, the findings show that technology adoption has a positive impact on employee performance. In contrast, individual ability to utilize technology does not always correlate with improved performance. In particular, men appear to be more adaptive in adopting technology than women. However, education level did not show significant differences in this regard. Several barriers, such as suboptimal technology infrastructure, resistance to change, and lack of training, were identified as factors inhibiting technology adoption. Based on these findings, this study recommends a holistic approach to technology adoption strategies, emphasizing the importance of training, education, and infrastructure improvement, as well as considering the analysis of different groups to gain a more in-depth understanding.
