Abstract

Insomnia merupakan salah satu gangguan tidur yang paling umum dan dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup, konsentrasi, serta produktivitas seseorang. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) dikenal memiliki efek sedatif, ansiolitik, dan antiinflamasi yang mendukung kualitas tidur yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang model bisnis chamomile patch. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei kepada konsumen potensial dan pakar akademisi bidang farmasi. Metode analisis menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmen konsumen usaha ini adalah mahasiswa, pekerja, ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki anak, orang yang mengelami gangguan tidur. Value yang ditawarkan produk ini adalah fungsional meredakan demam, memberikan efek rasa tenang, berbahan natural dan praktis. Usaha ini menarik dikembangkan karena memiliki potensi pasar yang tinggi

Abstract

Environmental problems caused by poor household waste management, including used cooking oil, remain a serious issue in Indonesia. Disposing of used cooking oil improperly can pollute the environment and pose health risks. Banyumas Regency has developed the Sampah Online Banyumas (Salinmas) application to support waste management; however, the management of used cooking oil remains limited. This study aims to describe the attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and intentions of Salinmas users in managing used cooking oil. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach. A purposive sample of 142 active Salinmas users from four districts in Purwokerto was selected. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that public attitudes toward used cooking oil management fall into the very high category, reflecting positive views on its environmental and social benefits. Perceived behavioral control is also very high, indicating strong confidence in the ease and ability to manage used cooking oil, especially with supporting facilities such as collection services. Meanwhile, the public’s intention is also categorized as high, indicating a strong interest in participating in management activities, including converting used oil into useful products. These findings suggest that the people of Banyumas have great potential to actively engage in sustainable used cooking oil management if supported by proper education and adequate facilities.

Abstract

Emisi metana dan amonia dari peternakan unggas perlu dikendalikan melalui pengelolaan pakan organik berbasis fitobiotik dan sistem pemantauan kondisi kandang melalui Smart detector berbasis IoT.  Model bisnis pakan organik dan smart detector perlu dianalisis untuk menyusun strategi bisnis secara sistematis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang model bisnis Maggenzim serta menganalisis faktor-faktor penting guna merancang strategi bisnis secara sistematis dan objektif sehingga mampu menghadapi perkembangan pasar yang kompetitif. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC) serta analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada analisis BMC usaha Maggenzim memiliki value proposition yang lebih unggul karena berkonsep pada berkelanjutan lingkungan dan industri peternakan yang sekaligus menjadi komponen strength pada analisis SWOT. Adapun kelemahan dari  model bisnis ini terdapat pada segmen key partners dari analisis BMC yaitu ketergantungan terhadap penyedia bahan baku karena mitra penyedia bahan baku yang terbatas, serta berdasarkan segmen threats bisnis ini memiliki kekurangan dalam hal brand awareness di mata target konsumen karena produsen pakan konvensional lebih dahulu dikenal oleh konsumen. Solusi yang bisa diterapkan berdasarkan analisis dengan pendekatan dua metode ini adalah dengan memrioritaskan strategi pemasaran yang fokus pada edukasi pasar mengenai manfaat jangka panjang dari penggunaan pakan berbasis fitobiotik dan teknologi pemantauan kandang. Penguatan jaringan kemitraan untuk menjamin ketersediaan bahan baku dan pengembangan kapasitas produksi secara bertahap seiring dengan peningkatan permintaan pasar juga menjadi langkah strategis yang penting untuk keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

The research aims to assist the development of innovative products into a viable business by knowing the competitor analysis, market opportunity analysis, and business financial analysis. Data was collected from direct observation in the market and secondary data from the marketplace. The analysis was carried out by looking at product competitors, consumer profiles, and formulas for determining HPP, BEP and simple cash flow. The results of the analysis show that the tablet mouthwash business has advantages over other similar products. In addition, the market opportunity for this product is promising among women. The results of the financial analysis show the sustainability of the business which is characterized by increasing profits each quarter.

Abstract

The use of synthetic products often causes skin problems such as irritation, itching, allergies and erythema. This causes the use of natural products to become an alternative for dealing with hair problems. In entering the natural cosmetics business, market analysis is required. This research aims to analyze the market so that it can determine consumer interest and market opportunities for natural shampoo from parijoto fruit extract. Market opportunity analysis was carried out using the PAM TAM SAM SOM method, Google Trends analysis, competitor analysis, and descriptive analysis of survey results of 52 potential consumers via Google Form. The results of the analysis show that the product has a very large and profitable opportunity in the market, is superior to several competitors, and the dry/powder form of shampoo is more popular than the liquid shampoo form, 82.7% of respondents are interested in using powder shampoo and 96.2% are interested use natural shampoo.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the market aspects of innovative bone supplement products in the form of effervescent tablets that utilize local plant from Central Java by analyzing interest, competitors, and business potential. The research method was carried out using the method of literature study and development strategy. The data obtained was sourced from Google Trends for information on the level of product interest. A data search through Google was conducted to find competitor information in the market. The analysis was conducted using interest analysis using Google Trends, SWOT analysis, and competitor analysis. The results showed that this supplement product has a great opportunity and is able to compete with other products to sell in the market of Central Java Province, because the supplements presented have many advantages compared to other similar products in terms of price, content, and target consumers.
