Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Catur Dakwah Crane Farmasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis path, melibatkan 94 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui peningkatan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta pengelolaan kepuasan kerja yang efektif

Abstract

The role of Human Resources is very important to achieve company goals. Therefore, every company is required to increase employee work productivity in order to compete with other similar companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of work discipline on employee work productivity through motivation at PT. Karya Sabar Mandiri. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Karya Sabar Mandiri as many as 52 employees using saturated sampling techniques, which were analyzed using IBM SPSS with the path analysis method. The results of the study showed that work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on motivation, work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on work productivity, motivation had a direct positive and significant effect on work productivity, work discipline had an indirect positive and significant effect on work productivity through motivation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that employees can improve their work discipline and motivation in each employee to increase their work productivity.

Abstract

Usaha atau bisnis UMKM masih konvensional, kaku, dan statis, sulit untuk bisa meraih keberhasilan usaha dalam menghadapi tingkat persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian mengenai pengaruh digital marketing, kreativitas, dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM secara komprehensif melibatkan variabel tersebut belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, kreativitas, dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu seluruh pelaku UMKM konveksi di kecamatan Ciseeng dan Caringin, kabupaten Bogor sebanyak 54 orang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, dan inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Secara simultan, digital marketing, kreativitas, dan inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

This observation will analyze the level of community satisfaction with non-cash food assistance for social services in the Cibinong District area, Bogor Regency, West Java. Since the March 2020 Pandemic, the government through the Social Service has collaborated with banks (Association of State Banks) to distribute non-cash food assistance (BPNT). Assistance is channeled by distributing electronic cards such as red and white special ATMs to prosperous families from the bank to underprivileged residents who have been registered in the Bogor Regency Social Service data. Then the card is exchanged for necessities (nine staples), namely: 10 kg of rice, 1 kg of eggs, 1 chicken meat, 0.5 kg of vegetables/fruit, and 250 grams of green beans, exchanged for e-Warung which has been provided by the Social Service Bogor Regency. Data collection through questionnaires and observation of e-Warung 40 respondents was taken based on a purposive random sampling technique. The data was analyzed through validity and reliability tests, as well as a hypothesis test in measuring the level of satisfaction of residents with BPNT through e-Warung in Cibinong. The results of the study provide clues that several dimensions of the level of satisfaction that affect the distribution of current BPNT in the Cibinong sub-district, namely: Accuracy in implementation, there are 6 precise aspects: Target, quantity, price, time, quality, and administration. There are two kinds of measurements of Family Welfare Nationally, namely, Measurements by the Central Bureau of Statistics and Measurements carried out by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board, with concerning e-Warung, measurements based on population, health, consumption patterns, and employment. The conclusion is that the level of citizen satisfaction with BPNT has a very positive effect. The results of the study stated that citizen satisfaction increased by 24% on the accuracy of providing assistance and satisfaction increased by 27% on e-Warung performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of work experience and work environment on employee productivity, with organizational culture serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using descriptive and path analysis methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 employees, representing the entire population, and selected using a saturation sampling technique. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability and met the required classical assumption criteria. The Sobel test was applied to evaluate indirect effects. The findings indicate that: (1) work experience and work environment significantly influence organizational culture; (2) work experience, work environment, and organizational culture each have a direct and significant effect on employee productivity; and (3) work experience and work environment also exert an indirect effect on employee productivity through organizational culture. These results highlight the importance of fostering a supportive work environment and leveraging employee experience to strengthen organizational culture and enhance productivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 100 konsumen yang pernah membeli sepeda motor di CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar CV Mega Motor Cicurug dapat menetapkan strategi harga yang lebih kompetitif serta terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and self-efficacy on business performance through business motivation as an intervening variable among snack food MSME actors in Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. The research method employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1–5. The population of this study consisted of snack food MSME actors in Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. The sample included 131 MSME actors aged at least 18 years who had been operating their businesses for more than one year. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results indicate that entrepreneurial orientation and self-efficacy have a significant effect on business performance, both directly and indirectly through business motivation as an intervening variable.
