The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of reward, punishment and employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the data obtained directly through questionnaires to 45 respondents taken from employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The test results showed that rewards partially had a significant effect on work discipline and punishment partially had a significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously reward and punishment have a significant effect on employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion simultaneously on purchase intention at Sibungsu Singaparna Donuts, Tasikmalaya Regency. The effect of product quality and promotion partially on buying interest in Donat Sibungsu Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents Donat Sibungsu Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously product quality and promotion have a significant effect on purchase intention Partially, the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchase intention, as well as the promotion variable, which partially has a significant effect on purchase intention.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Consumer Review, Online Consumer Rating dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian lip product Wardah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei kepada 100 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Tasikmalaya dan pernah melakukan pembelian lip product Wardah di marketplace Shopee. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Online Consumer Review, Online Consumer Rating dan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian lip product Wardah.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Pabrik Tusuk Bambu Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Dengan sampel penelitian 32 orang Karyawan Pabrik Tusuk Bambu Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya . Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi memiliki klasifikasi penilaian baik, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki klasifikasi penilaian baik dan Kinerja Karyawan memiliki klasifikasi baik pada Karyawan Pabrik Tusuk Bambu Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya. Secara bersama-sama Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Karyawan Pabrik Tusuk Bambu Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Karyawan Pabrik Tusuk Bambu Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Karyawan Pabrik Tusuk Bambu Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance (Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Bamboo Skewer Factory). The method used in this study is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 32 employees of the Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Bamboo Skewer Factory. The data used is to use primary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Motivation has a good assessment classification, Job Satisfaction has a good assessment classification and Employee Performance has a good classification in Employees of the Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Bamboo Skewer Factory. Together, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant influence on Employee Performance in employees of the Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Bamboo Skewer Factory. Partially Motivation has a significant influence on Employee Performance in Employees of the Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Tasikmalaya Bamboo Skewer factory. Partially, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance in employees of the Mas Ibrahim Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Bamboo Skewer Factory.

Financial strategy is one of the company's functional strategies that aims to provide sufficient financial structure and funds to achieve company goals, and this is related to financing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and liquidity policies on profit growth and their impact on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs based on local raw materials in the city of Tasikmalaya. Data were taken from 33 samples of MSMEs using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and linear regression analysis methods. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the capital structure, liquidity, profit growth, and financial performance were in a fairly good category. The results showed that the capital structure and liquidity, either simultaneously or partially, had a positive and significant effect on the profit growth of culinary SMEs based on local raw materials in the city of Tasikmalaya. The results also showed that profit growth had a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs based on local raw materials in the city of Tasikmalaya. The results of this study indicated that MSMEs are quite successful in implementing financial strategies related to optimal capital structure policies and maintaining adequate levels of liquidity so that profit growth occurs, where profit growth can ultimately improve MSME financial performance. Sayuran merupakan komoditas bahan yang diperlukan untuk konsumsi masyarakat, dan pasar tradisional merupakan tempat alternatif untuk sebagian masyarakat kelas ekonomi kebawah dalam membeli bahan sayuran. Seorang pemasar hanya fokus terhadap produksi, dan perhatian terhadap perilaku konsumen masih kurang, dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran di Pasar Tradisional Cikurubuk Kota Tasikmalaya. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sample yang dilakukan berdasarkan kebetulan dari populasi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan model regeresi sederhana. Model regresi sederhana adalah suatu alat analisis untuk mengukur variabel independent terhadap variabel terikat.

Brand image is one of teh key factors in influencing consumer buying behavior, especially in teh packaged beverage industry. Teh sosro bottle is one of teh most popular brands of teh saji in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze teh influence of brand image on teh purchase decision of teh sosro bottle. Teh method used is quantitative descriptive. Teh sample used was 80 respondents of teh Faculty of Agriculture, University of Struggle Tasikmalaya. Data was collected through questionnaires that focused on consumer perceptions regarding teh brand image of teh sosro bottle. Teh results showed that as many as 29 respondents (36%) viewed teh brand image of Teh botol sosro as very good. A total of 48 respondents (60%) have a good category in making purchasing decisions for sosro bottled tea. And brand image has a significant influence on teh purchase decision making of Teh Botol Soro.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and customer experience on the buying decision to the Rabbani Tasikmalaya.The research method used is a questionnaire method with a survey approach of 100 respondents who are consumers of Rabbani. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that product quality and customer experience have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the buying decision consumers Rabbani Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to analyze the profitability of MSMEs based on local culinary products in the city of Tasikmalaya, especially during pandemic and endemic times, with the aim of seeing whether there are significant differences between the financial performance of MSMEs during pandemic and endemic times. The emergence of the global Covid-19 pandemic outbreak has had an impact on business activities so that it has affected sales levels and has had an impact on company profits. Restrictions on economic activity during the pandemic began to be relaxed during the endemic period. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative comparative analysis, with a survey approach where a sample of 55 local culinary-based MSME groups is taken which are considered representative, using a purposive sampling technique, from a population of 545 culinary-based MSME groups in the city of Tasikmalaya. The data analysis tool used in this study was the Wilcoxon signed test. The results of the study show that in general the profitability of MSMEs during the pandemic can still be said to be quite good, although there are several MSMEs that have negative profitability values. In general, the profitability of MSMEs during endemic times can be said to be good, and there are no more MSMEs that have negative profitability values. There is a significant difference between the profitability of MSMEs during pandemic and endemic periods.
