Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on customer loyalty camping equipment rental. the method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to Astrajingga Adventure customers. Withdrawal of samples using purposive sampling technique and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the research show that product quality, price, service quality and customer loyalty are included in the good classification. Simultaneously product quality, price and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty for Astrajingga Adventure camping equipment rental. Partially the product quality variable has no significant effect on camping equipment rental customer loyalty, the price perception variable has a significant effect on camping equipment rental customer loyalty, similarly the service quality variable has a significant effect on camping equipment rental customer loyalty Astrajingga Adventure.

Abstract

The Tasikmalaya City coffee industry is becoming more and more competitive due to the growing interest in the coffee shop sector. To get customers to the coffee shop, business players must provide the finest, particularly in a variety of areas. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer happiness at Loger Coffee is affected by interior design and level of service. This study has a quantitative design and employs questionnaires as a data gathering tool. One hundred participants were chosen for the study's sample using a straightforward purposive sampling method. The T Test and Coefficient of Determination are the methods utilized in the hypothesis testing phase of the study, whereas Multiple Regression analytical is the analytical methodology. The findings derived from this study include There are two partial effects on consumer satisfaction with Loger coffee: 1) Interior design has a 9.48% partial influence, and 2) Service quality has a 14.21% partial effect. 3) On customer satisfaction, interior design and service quality have a combined value of 7,422 and an R-Square value of 48,4% with regression equations Coffee Loger .

Abstract

Palm sugar is a commodity produced from the sugar palm plant. Palm sugar has been known to the public since long ago. Palm sugar is produced from tapping palm sap which is then filtered and cooked and then thickened. Based on its purpose to determine the income and revenue and to determine how financially feasible the palm sugar business is. This research was conducted in Culamega District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Determination of the location using census sampling Census sampling which is drawn randomly at the research site, namely in Culamega District with a sample of 10 palm sugar craftsmen from each village in Culamega District, 2 samples of palm sugar craftsmen or entrepreneurs were taken each with the characteristics of more than 5 years as a palm sugar entrepreneur. The results of the study showed that the average income of the palm sugar business in Culamega District was IDR 4,579,056.36. with an R / C Ratio value of 5.28, meaning that the profit received by each palm sugar business manager will get a profit of 52.8% so that it can be said that the average palm sugar processing business in the research area is feasible to be pursued.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product design and product quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at the Kencana Bordir Tasikmalaya company. The partial influence of product design and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Kencana Bordir Tasikmalaya company. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 96 people as respondents from consumers of the Kencana Bordir Tasikmalaya company. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of simultaneous testing of product design and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, the product design variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as well as the product quality variable partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Advertising, Price and Brand Image on Cigarette Purchase Decisions at Herbal PT. Tridaya Sinergi Indonesia. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods. Respondents in this study were consumers of PT. Tridaya Sinergi Indonesia as many as 100 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that advertising, price and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Advertising partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of TikTok and E-WOM social media on buying interest in the Somethinc brand and their impact on purchasing decisions (a survey of TikTok users, students of the Management Study Program, University Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The respondents in this study were required to be who were students of the Management Study Program at the Perjuangan Tasikmalaya university who were TikTok users, 18 – 23 years old and have seen promotions or content of Somethinc brand at least once .The results of this study indicate that social media TikTok has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest in the Somethinc brand to TikTok users. E-wom has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest in the Somethinc brand to TikTok users. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price perception on visiting decisions tour the hot springs of Citiis Galunggung in Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 visitors Citiis Galunggung hot spring tour in Tasikmalaya regency. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the location by visitors of Citiis Galunggung. Location had good criteria. The price perception of Citiis Galunggung had good criteria. Visiting decisions on visitors of Citiis Galunggung have good criteria. Simultaneously location and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing visit. Partially location has a significant influence on purchasing visit.. Partially price perception has a significant effect on purchasing visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perception of price, taste, and location of sales on customer satisfaction at Café Shelter Wisata Galunggung Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with a survey method. The population in this study is unknown and the sample is taken using random sampling. While the determination of the number of respondents (samples) using purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used. The results show that price perception and taste simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price perception partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Taste partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The sales location partially has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.

The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with a survey method. The population in this study is unknown and the sample is taken using random sampling. While the determination of the number of respondents (samples) using purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used. The results show that brand ambassador and consumer habits simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for nature republic products. Brand ambassador partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Consumer habits have a significant effect on purchasing decisisons.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions of price, location and facilities simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Mitra Mart Minimarkets. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a causality method and a consumer survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaire techniques. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the perception of price, location and facilities had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the purchasing decision of Mitra Mart Minimarket.
