Abstract

Guru sebagai motivator adalah sebuah aktivitas guru dalam meningkatkan semangat dan gairah yang tinggi dalam memberikan motivasi kepada siswa, baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan dari adanya artikel kapita selekta pendidikan yang berfokur terhadap peranan guru sebagai motivator siswa adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca bahwa guru dapat menjadi motivator dalam proses pembelajaran kepada siswa dan memahami bagaimana peranan penting yang dimiliki guru sebagai seorang motivator. Guru sebagai motivator mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, maka dari itu seorang guru harus profesional dan sosialisasi diri. Guru harus dapat memberikan minat belajar kepada para peserta didik sehingga semangat belajar mereka tetap tinggi. Peran guru sebagai motivator untuk meningkatkan semangat yang tinggi, siswa perlu motivasi yang tinggi baik dari dalam dirinya sendiri (intrinsik) maupun dari luar (ekstrinsik), yang utamanya berasal dari gurunya sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) Achievement of geography teachers in state high schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency 2) Self-development of state high school teachers in Kuantan Singingi 3) Performance of geography teachers in state high schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the geography teacher of state high schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The total population of this study was 19 teachers. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study found that 1) Self-development of Geography teachers in State High Schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency is still relatively low with a percentage of 25% 2) Achievement of Geography teachers in State High Schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency of Riau Province is still classified as moderate with a percentage of 74.3% 3) Levels The performance of Geography teachers in State High Schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province is still classified as moderate. This is based on analysis and combined percentage of self-development and achievement of Geography teachers in State High Schools in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province that the percentage of teacher performance levels is 49.68%.

Abstract

The objects of this community service activity are children at Surau Al-Ikhlas Klang Lama Kuala Lumpur. The aim of carrying out this activity is to increase children's enthusiasm for learning through interactive activities, instilling positive attitudes from an early age. Activities carried out for the children of Al-Ikhlas Klang Lama Surau Kuala Lumpur include interactive game activities, quizzes, teaching and tutoring for children. The children of Al-Ikhlas Klang Lama Surau Kuala Lumpur are very enthusiastic about attending and taking part in a series of service activities This. The research method used was participatory observation and in-depth interviews with participants in this community service program. The research results show that through interactive activities children experience a significant increase in enthusiasm for learning. The implication of this research is the importance of an interactive approach in delivering educational programs to children to increase their enthusiasm for learning and involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

Baik dan buruk adalah dua kata yang berlawanan yang digunakan untuk menerangkan suatu keadaan, baik yang berhubungan dengan benda atau perbuatan yang dilakukan. Dengan kata lain, baik dan buruk adalah kata yang digunakan untuk menilai atau mengukur suatu keadaan, baik menilai benda atau menilai perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang. Dalam Alquran istilah yang berkaitan dengan kebaikan yaitu: al-hasanah, thayyibah, khairan, karimah, mahmudah, dan al-birr. Sementara yang berkaitan dengan buruk menurut Al-Ghazali menggunakan beberapa istilah yakni al- jahil, al-jahil al-dhollu, al-jahil al-dhollu al-fasiq dan al-jahil al-dhollu al-fasiq al- Syarir. Akhlak baik diantaranya yakni jujur, sabar, ikhlas, berbaik sangka, menepati janji dan memelihara kesucian, sementara akhlak buruk, diantaranya egois, dengki, ghadab, aniaya, dan tamak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi self-esteem terhadap resiliensi pada remaja korban bullying di kota Batusangkar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan remaja korban bullying di SMA “X” di kota Batusangkar berjumlah 62 sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala self-esteem yang berjumlah 20 item dengan koefisien 0,742 dan skala resiliensi yang berjumlah 37 item dengan koefisien 0,836. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana didapatkan koefisien korelasi 0,283 dengan nilai p (signifikan) 0,026 < 0,05, sehingga dapat dikatakan H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji hipotesis terdapat nilai R Square sebesar 0,080 dengan demikian kontribusi self-esteem terhadap resiliensi sebesar 8%.. Hasil peneliti menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi self-esteem terhadap resiliensi remaja korban bullying di kota batusangkar dengan arah hubungan positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pendidikan agama Islam dengan perilaku peserta didik di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku peserta didik. Pendidikan agama Islam tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan tentang ajaran agama, tetapi juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi spiritual, pengendalian diri, dan akhlak mulia peserta didik. Perilaku peserta didik di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Minat belajar peserta didik terhadap pendidikan agama Islam juga berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku mereka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan yang tepat dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, seperti memahami karakteristik peserta didik dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik, dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi perilaku peserta didik secara positif. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam kurikulum sekolah dan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk membentuk perilaku positif peserta didik.

Abstract

Self-reliant culture refers to attitudes, values, and practices that encourage individuals or groups to become more economically, socially, and emotionally independent. Building an independent culture in Islamic education is a process that involves formal and informal education, as well as daily practices in individual and community life. The aim is to create individuals who are spiritually, intellectually, and economically strong, able to make positive contributions to themselves, society, and the Islamic ummah as a whole. And financial resilience is the ability of a person or household to manage their finances well and survive in the face of unexpected financial challenges or changes in the economic situation. Financial resilience in Islamic education is a concept that emphasizes the importance of individual and community economic stability in living life, including in the context of education. This research is included in qualitative research based on literature study. The data sources in this research analyze works, books and journals related to independent culture and financial resilience in Islamic education. The results of this research are that there are five concepts involved in building a culture of independence in Islamic education, namely Spiritual Independence, Educational Independence, Economic Independence, Social Independence and Personal Independence and also important aspects in financial resilience, namely the Principles of Balance and Moderation (Wasatiyyah), Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah, The Importance of Knowledge, Work Ethics and Professionalism, Financial Planning and Management, Avoiding Usury.

Abstract

The purpose and objective of writing this paper is to understand the process of handling ship to ship (STS) dry bulk cargo of coal on MV. Ammar by PT. Peayaran Bahtera Adhiguna Padang Branch and the methods applied are the method (Library Research) and the fied method (Fied Study) by accuratey describing the Ship to Ship (STS) handling process for dry bulk coal cargo on the MV.Ammar which is carried out by PT. Peayaran Bahtera Adhiguna Padang Branch, where first make a Ship to Ship permit letter to the Harbor Master, permission to lift excavator heavy equipment to the Peindo pier and make a work order for the loading and unloading labor cooperative and if everything has been completed with permits for the inaportnet system and the fhinnisi system then Ship to Ship activities can begin. This paper also explains the obstacles faced, namey deays in submitting documents reated to the Ship To Ship (STS) process..

Abstract

A business feasibility study is an in-depth analysis process to assess whether a business or project is feasible to run. This process includes a review of various interrelated aspects, such as market aspects, finance, field facts, and other factors. The market aspect focuses on demand, supply, and competition in the market that is the target of the business, while the financial aspect assesses the business's ability to generate profits and meet financial obligations. Financial analysis involves planning funds, capital structure, and estimating costs and revenues needed for operations. Investment, financing, and dividend decisions are very important in managing a company's finances, especially for start-up companies. The use of analysis tools such as financial ratios and the Economic Value Added (EVA) method allows companies to assess their financial performance and efficiency. Risk analysis is also an important part of decision making to minimize potential losses. Overall, a business feasibility study helps companies plan long-term strategies, manage risks, and ensure the continuity and growth of their business.
