Abstract

It is important for Islamic educational institutions to understand the influence of politics in their world of education. By monitoring political changes and adapting to policies and political dynamics, Islamic educational institutions can ensure the continuity and progress of their education in accordance with the needs of Muslim communities. This research is included in qualitative research based on literature study. The data sources in this research analyze works, books and journals related to the influence of political change on the development of Islamic education. The results of the research explain that there are four influences of political change in the development of Islamic education, first, namely political policy, second; Integration in the National Education System, Third; Position and Competence of Religious Courts, Fourth; Local Political Influence.

Abstract

Marriage is a bond of body and soul between a man and a woman as husband and wife, with the aim of forming a happy family based on the belief in the One and Only God. In married life, husband and wife must build a positive and harmonious interaction pattern so that a harmonious family can be created. The government instructed the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance in 2019 by issuing regulations on the implementation of the Sakinah Heritage program, which is motivated by the high divorce rates in Indonesia due to economic factors, disputes, and incessant quarrels. In this research, the researcher has two problem formulations: 1) What is the effectiveness of the Sakinah Heritage program at the Office of Religious Affairs in Stabat District, Langkat Regency? 2) How does the Sakinah Heritage program serve as a preventive measure against divorce among couples in the Stabat District Office of Religious Affairs, Langkat Regency? This study uses a qualitative research method that is empirical in nature, conducting field research with a legal sociology approach and a statute approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources in the form of information obtained from several informants, including: the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Stabat District, Religious Counselors, Marriage Registrars, and participants of the Sakinah Heritage program, as well as secondary data in the form of documents supporting the primary data. The data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis in this research uses analytical procedures, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Sakinah Heritage program at the Office of Religious Affairs in Stabat District, Langkat Regency, based on the analysis, has been in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 783 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Sakinah Family Services. This program is important for couples in the Stabat District Office of Religious Affairs to follow as an alternative government step to prevent divorce, as couples who have participated in the Sakinah Heritage program have been well-prepared to create a resilient and strong family.

Abstract

Di era digital, penguasaan teknologi informasi, terutama dalam pemrograman web, menjadi keterampilan penting untuk mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang kompetitif. Namun, siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Ki Hajar Dewantoro di Tangerang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memahami dasar-dasar pemrograman web seperti HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa melalui pelatihan pembuatan website statis dengan desain modern. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 26 November 2024 dan mencakup sesi teori dan praktik pembuatan website sederhana. Metode pembelajaran interaktif digunakan untuk memudahkan siswa memahami konsep desain modern, responsivitas, dan prinsip dasar pengembangan web. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap pemrograman web, didukung dengan luaran berupa dokumentasi panduan, website statis sekolah, serta evaluasi yang mencerminkan keberhasilan transfer pengetahuan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk dunia kerja berbasis teknologi serta mendukung sekolah dalam memanfaatkan potensi digital untuk promosi dan pengembangan pendidikan. Untuk keberlanjutan, disarankan pengintegrasian pelatihan teknologi dalam kurikulum sekolah dan pembaruan fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran.

Abstract

Depression is the most common psychological disorder that occurs in the last years of an individual's life. Elderly depression has an impact, including shortening life expectancy by exacerbating physical deterioration in the elderly, hindering the fulfillment of elderly developmental tasks, decreasing the quality of life of the elderly, draining the emotions and finances of the affected person as well as their families and social support systems. Physiotherapist programs provided to the elderly who are depressed include listening to classical music in English and murottal. For this reason, this community service activity aims to socialize the provision of English classical music therapy and murottal to reduce the rate of depression in the elderly. This community service activity uses the method of practical lectures and questions and answers. The lecture method was carried out by delivering material about depression and English music therapy. After that, the practice of listening to English and Murotal classical music, while the question and answer method was carried out by asking participants about the material that had been presented. Results: The results of this community service activity were obtained that participants were able to understand and apply the material that had been delivered. Conclusion: Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, many of the participants enthusiastically received the entire series of events ranging from material presentations, practice listening to English classical music to question and answer interactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap moral Generasi Alpha. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh anak-anak Muslim pada jenjang taman kanak-kanak dan sekolah dasar yang tinggal di Lingkungan IV, Kelurahan Persiakan, Kota Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara, dengan total sebanyak 148 individu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi product moment Pearson dengan bantuan program SPSS 26 untuk Windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap moral Generasi Alpha. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, serta koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,528 yang menunjukkan hubungan sedang. Korelasi ini dinyatakan signifikan karena nilai t-hitung (3,294) lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (2,042), dan nilai signifikansi (0,003) lebih kecil dari 0,05. Selain itu, kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y dihitung menggunakan rumus koefisien determinasi, yaitu r² x 100% = 0,528² x 100% = 0,279 x 100% = 27,9%. Artinya, sebesar 27,9% perkembangan moral Generasi Alpha dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan smartphone, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Merdeka Curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education at the Sekolah Alam Cikeas. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature reviews, observations, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of active learning methods with a holistic approach such as: Nature Based Learning, Experience Based Learning, Fun Learning and Project Based Learning can create an atmosphere interactive classes, encourage student participation, and foster a deeper understanding of teaching materials such as faith, worship, and morals. In this way, students' religious understanding can be significantly improved, so that they are able to practice Islamic teachings in their daily lives.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data siswa adalah komponen penting dalam menjalankan sekolah dengan baik. Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan merancang serta mengimplementasikan sistem Buku Induk Digital berbasis web di SMK Alhidayah Cinere, dengan tujuan menyediakan platform pencatatan yang rapi, akurat, dan mudah diakses.. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL, serta di kembangkan dengan model Waterfall, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pemeliharaan sistem. Fitur utama mencakup manajemen data siswa, pencatatan riwayat akademik, registrasi siswa keluar, impor-ekspor data, dan pencarian dinamis. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi administrasi dan kemudahan dalam pencarian serta pelaporan data. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mendukung transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mentoring, financing, and financial management programs carried out by Islamic financial institutions, especially BTPN Syariah, on the quality of life of productive underprivileged families in Pematang Siantar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with a sample of 92 respondents who are active customers of BTPN Syariah. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study indicate that partially, financing and financial management have a significant effect on quality of life, while mentoring does not show a statistically significant effect, although the relationship is positive. However, simultaneously, the third variable has a significant effect on the quality of life of productive underprivileged families, with a contribution of 64.1% (Adjusted R² = 0.641). This study offers theoretical and practical contributions by integrating three elements of Islamic economic empowerment in one comprehensive conceptual framework. These findings reinforce the importance of a holistic sharia-based approach in efforts to improve the economic welfare of marginalized communities. The implications of this study encourage Islamic financial institutions to not only focus on the financing aspect, but also strengthen educational and social functions through mentoring and increasing financial literacy.

Abstract

Translation science Role is an activity carried out by a person or an institution/organization. Islamic boarding schools have a very influential role in making intelligent and noble people, the presence of a caregiver in an Islamic boarding school is the highest leader in the organizational structure of the Islamic boarding school institution. The role of a caregiver is an important position for a caregiver in an Islamic boarding school. The caregiver in the Islamic boarding school is the main teacher and role model for the students. Because the caregiver is the one who is tasked with providing guidance, teaching, direction, and education to the students. This study aims to determine the role of caregivers in disciplining students in boarding school lectures and the caregiver's strategy in disciplining students in boarding school lectures. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type, which was conducted at the Ma'had Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien Prenduan. In this study, primary and secondary data were used which were collected from interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects of this study were the caregivers of the ma'had who played an important role in disciplining students. While the informants in this study were the Chancellor, Secretary General of the Ma'had and Academic Staff. The conclusion of the study is that the role of the caregivers of the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School Institute in disciplining students in the 2022 boarding school lectures are: The caregiver as an example, the role of the caregiver as a motivator, the role of the caregiver as an instructor, the role of the caregiver as a header. and the strategies of the caregivers of the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School Institute in disciplining students in the 2023 boarding school lectures are: Monitoring intensively, giving examples, preaching.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Negeri Sipil Guru Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sintang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 responden. Alat analisis digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi (r), koefisien determinasi (????2), dan uji pengaruh simultan (uji F), uji pengaruh parsial (uji t). Dari hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan persamaan Y = 3,676 + 0,279????1 + 0,326????2, nilai koefisien korelasi (r) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,644, nilai koefisien determinasi (????2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,414 atau 41,4%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan Semangat Kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasional sebesar 41,4%, sedangkan sisanya 58,6% merupakan peranan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel, yaitu 9,904 > 3,340, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji kelayakan regresi (Uji F) dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh simultan bersama-sama antara Kepuasan kerja dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Komitmen.Hasil (uji t) antara variabel Kepuasan kerja (X1) dan Variabel Komitmen Organisasi (Y) menunjukan nilai thitung 3,567 lebih kecil dari ttabel yaitu 2,045, dan memiliki signifikansi 0,001 > 0,05 dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Sedangkan Hasil Uji parsial ( uji t ) antara Variabel Semangat Kerja (X2) terhadap Variabel Komitmen Organisasional (Y) menunjukan Nilai thitung 3,289 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,045, dan memiliki signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Semangat kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi.
