Abstract

Penelitian Ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pelayanan pemerintah kota tuban dalam penggunaan Aplikasi Taprose Temanku dalam pelayanan pengaduan yang dilakukan oleh masyarkat tuban, Aplikasi Taprose dibuat sebagai wadah layanan pengaduan yang sebelumnya melalui website Pemerintah Kabupaten (pemkab) Tuban. Aplikasi Taprose Temanku dinilai lebih efektif karena pengaduan masyarakat akan ditindak lanjuti oleh dinas/kantor/badan terkait sesuai dengan kategori aduan yang dipilih. Aplikasi Taprose Temanku adalah aplikasi layanan publik yang dibuat untuk membantu menampung laporan/aduan dari masyarakat seperti kerusakan jalan, kerusakan fasilitas umum yang dianggap perlu ditangani oleh pihak-pihak terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Tuban. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan tentang bagaimana dinas komunikasi dan informasi kabupaten tuban melayani masyarakat tuban dalam hal penggaduan dan pengaksesan informasi penting terkait kota tuban, pemerataan pembangunan adalah salah satu kunci sebuah kota dapat dikatakan makmur, dengan adanya aplikasi Taprose Temanku pemerintah kota tuban berharap bisa melakukan pemerataan pembangunan bagi seluruh masyarakat tuban, pemerintah kota tuban berupaya agar masyarakat uban dapat menyampaikan segala keluhannya melalui aplikasi Taprose Temanku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy of the Department of Transportation in improving parking services in Bojonegoro Regency and find out what further actions are needed by the government in an effort to improve parking services in Bojonegoro Regency through SWOT analysis by looking at internal factors regarding strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factors, namely opportunities (threats) and threats (opportunities) at the Bojonegoro Regency Transportation Office. This research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Determination of informants in this study using a purposive sampling method. The samples in this study were the Head of the Parking Management Section of the Transportation Agency, parking attendants, and the people of Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study, the unavailability of electronic parking parking that makes people prefer illegal parking in order to avoid illegal levies or excessive payments, a very strategic strategy was found, namely by providing electronic parking at several parking spots to make it easier for people to make payments and minimize illegal levies which can result in a decrease in local revenue from parking.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the implementation of public service innovation through the IKD application provided by the government together with the Population and Civil Registration Office. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study type approach. Primary and secondary data collection from interviews, observations, documentation are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn from the research problem. The results of this study show that the implementation of Digital KTP innovation has so far been carried out as directed, with the application in making population identity, which is easy, fast does not need to wait long, practical, data is safer and can save the budget for the KTP-el stamp, but in its implementation there are still various problems, namely on the internet network, the application often errors, the device does not support and low public awareness

Abstract

The term "vote-buying" is a phenomenon that is deeply ingrained in contemporary society, resonating even with individuals who may not be well-versed in politics. The prevalence of this phenomenon typically emphasizes the extent to which the practice has become pervasive, especially during election periods. Often viewed as a convenient and strategic means of securing votes, vote-buying serves as a shortcut for individuals or parties seeking to gain power. Therefore, this research aims to examine the phenomenon of vote-buying and selling in Indonesia from a political economy perspective while also exploring the rational choices made by voters in different circumstances, specifically during regional and national elections. In order to achieve the objectives, a literature review methodology was adopted and data was sourced from articles published in reputable national and international journals. The results showed that vote-buying in Indonesia was significantly influenced by economic disparities and limited educational attainment. In this context, voters tend to prioritize immediate financial benefits to address respective basic needs. For political candidates, this practice served as a calculated strategy to gain support by exploiting the urgent economic challenges faced by the electorate. From a rational choice perspective, it was observed that voters often made decisions rooted in short-term economic considerations, rendering vote-buying a seemingly pragmatic choice in the context of both general and regional elections

Abstract

Program Wirausaha Muda Mandiri Berdikari (WISMANDI) ini dibentuk untuk merespons angka pengangguran yang di sebabkan pada tahun 2022 saat proses pembangunan infrasruktur untuk industri minyak dan gas sudah hampir selesai. Selesainya pembangunan dapat menyebabkan pengangguran atau kehilangan karyawan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan komunitas pada Program Pengembangan Masyarakat Wirausaha Muda Mandiri Berdikari.  Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian indikator pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam Program Wirausaha Muda Mandiri Berdikari dan untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang sejauh mana Program ini sudah memberdayakan Karang taruna serta masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Narayan yang meiliki 4 (empat) indikator, diantaranya adalah akses terhadap informasi, inklusi dan partisipasi, akuntabilitas, dan kapasitas organisasi lokal.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat pada penelitian ini berjumlah enam pihak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang diberdayakan dalam Program ini adalah karang taruna, bukan masyarakat secara luas. Program Wirausaha Muda Mandiri Berdikari (WISMANDI) berhasil memberdayakan Karang Taruna Desa Bandungrejo melalui peningkatan ekonomi dan kapasitas organisasi. Namun terdapat kendala pada akses informasi yang kurang optimal dalam melakukan target pemasaran telur, pelanggaran aturan AD/ART terkait kontribusi dana ke PAD, dan motivasi anggota yang masih berorientasi pada finansial atau manfaat langsung. Dengan penelitian ini dapat mengevaluasi keberhasilan dan kegagalan program Wirausaha Muda Mandiri Berdikari ini untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat

Abstract

This research aims to examine social protection policies in the context of national economic recovery (PEN) due to the impacts of COVID-19. The pandemic has exacerbated the complexities of poverty, inequality, and unemployment. A qualitative study design is employed, gathering data through a literature review of relevant government documents, journals, and news articles, and utilizing the problem structuring method. The findings indicate that social protection policies have not yet had a significant impact. The implementation of the pre-employment card program faces several challenges, including fund misappropriation and inaccurate data submissions. The research offers several policy alternatives: 1) Addressing limitations imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic; 2) The informal sector, being the most economically affected, requires community business stimulus; 3) Ensuring that social protection policies are fully compliant with legal frameworks; 4) Social and skill enhancement initiatives targeting impoverished populations; and 5) Robust social protection grounded in community empowerment. The originality of this research lies in its emphasis on the critical role of the government in implementing equitable, relevant policies with a significant societal impact and a focus on public interest.

Abstract

Generation Z is a development milestone in determining the next leader. This community service aims to support the existence of young people who can use social media as a place to improve political literacy. This activity is carried out to provide knowledge transfer and is expected to be able to encourage students as novice voters to actively participate in the 2024 general election so that it can be held with integrity and quality. MAN 1 Bojonegoro is the target of this socialisation because class XII students as novice voters still lack political literacy. This is when students have the provision to make choices that are not easily consumed by political issues and harmful disinformation. The social media smart movement is a place to increase the role of participating in political literacy as citizens who uphold democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze women's empowerment strategies through ExxonMobil's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Bonorejo Village, Gayam District. The research approach is qualitative, with a case study method involving observation, structured interviews, and documentation. This study reveals that ExxonMobil's CSR program contributes significantly to women's empowerment through three main stages: awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. Training programs that include technical, managerial, and marketing skills have increased women's self-confidence and economic independence. The study results indicate that the awareness stage has made women aware of their rights and potential so that participants experience increased income and changes in gender status that are more inclusive in the community. This program also helps women actively participate in economic and social activities and household decision-making. The capacity-building stage of this program shows positive results, providing access to relations and assistance from ExxonMobil and the local village government is provided well. At the empowerment stage, this study recommends increasing access to capital, developing digital markets, and further training to support the program's sustainability. With this approach, CSR strengthens women's economic independence and promotes holistic village development.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the transformational leadership style adopted by local women leaders in the face of a changing environment, seeing how their expertise in utilizing existing natural resources. Gender stereotypes are one of the factors in the absence of women leaders in the public sphere. This study applied a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection used direct observation techniques, face to face interviews, and event documentation. The results showed that: 1) Ideal influence, Mojodelik Village Head is a charismatic leader and a role model for his subordinates, 2) Inspirational motivation, Mojodelik Village Head always provides support and meets the needs of his subordinates, 3) Individual Attention, Mojodelik Village Head always takes a personal approach and establishes effective communication with subordinates, 4) Intellectual Stimulus, Mojodelik Village Head is able to face existing problems with a future-oriented and able to encourage team creativity so as to create innovation. In the end, the transformational leadership adopted by women has had a positive influence.

Abstract

This study analyzed community participation in the Mpok Damira waste management program. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data will be collected from direct interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study are Mpok Damira administrators, the Mpok Damira Program Manager (IDFoS), the Ngumpakdalem Village Head, and program beneficiaries. Researchers used Cohen and Uphoff's participation theory, which refers to participation in decision-making, implementation, benefit-taking, and evaluation. The results stated that in decision-making, the community was involved in the Mpok Damira formation meeting and participated in expressing opinions. For the implementation indicator, the community contributed labor and funds to support the program. Meanwhile, in the benefit-making indicator, the program provides many benefits for the community, such as additional income, improved social relations, cleanliness and tidiness of the environment, and increased community knowledge and skills. In terms of evaluation, community involvement is still minimal. The obstacles experienced in the waste management program are the low awareness of the community about sorting waste and the officers' delay in picking up household waste. Mpok Damira has community capital, such as social, human, physical, and financial capital, to increase community participation.
