Abstract

Penggunaan tenaga manusia sebagai pekerja sangatlah dominan terutama kegiatan penanganan material secara manual (Manual Material Handling). PT.SUMATERA TROPICAL SPICES mengolah rempah-rempah menjadi bumbu masak dan penyedap masakan yaitu kulit kayu manis, untuk bagian pembongkaran bahan baku mentah mereka masih menggunakan tenaga manusia sebagai alat pemindahan barang dari truk pengangkut bahan baku menuju gudang yang mana sangat memungkin terjadinya Musculoskeletal Disorders, Untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko cedera pada pekerja dan keluhan nya makadi analisis dengan menggunakan metode OWAS (Ovako Working Posture Analysis) dan metode RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Asessement).Data penelitian di dapatkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 13 orang dan foto pekerja yang sedang mengangkat dan menurunkan bahan baku. Untuk kategori resiko OWAS terdapat 5 posisi yang sangat tinggi Sedangkan untuk kategori resiko RULA yang bernilai 3 dan 4 menghasilkan tingkat kategori resiko sedang dan tindakan yang harus.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of satisfaction on the quality of services financing Mudharabah to loyalty the customers about the manner of Shariah bank. The Population of this research is customers of Mudharabah financing of Shariah bank in the Padang city, West Sumatera, Indonesia with the sample is 126 people. Data analysis technique uses statistics descriptive the frequency and the path analysis. The results show that 5 external variables namely satisfaction on the quality of services tangible dimension empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance influential significantly to loyalty to the bank customers shariah in the Padang city. Contributing on each satisfaction on the quality of services tangible dimension (11.81 %), empathy (15.55 %), reliability (23.48 %), responsiveness (22.60 %), and assurance (21.22 %) were recommended to bank about the manner of shariah bank in the city the Padang. They helps to raise and improving the quality of services financing Mudharabah particularly regarding to the from the parking lot, the number of ATM machine, concern at a venture customers, the accuracy of the schedule of distribution financing, order and long a queue, smooth bank-in and cash withdrawal, speed service and facilities for customers in conveyed any complaints to bank about the manner of Shariah bank.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial ratios and their impact on profitability in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The ratios used are CAR (X1), NPF (X2), FDR (X3), OER (X4) and ROA (Y) for profitability. The research population is all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique used total sampling. The research data starts from 2015 to 2019. Sources of data were obtained secondary through publications from the OJK. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test), coefficient determination test, F-test and t-test. The result showed CAR (X1), NPF (X2), FDR (X3), OER (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA (Y). The variables FDR (X3) and OER (X4) partially have significant effect on ROA (Y) whereas CAR (X1) and NPF (X2) have no significant effect on ROA (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Engagement in the Milling Sector of PT. Famili Raya Padang. The independent variable in this study is Workplace Spirituality and the dependent variable is Employee Engagement. The measuring tools used in this study are the Workplace Spirituality scale and the Employee Engagement scale. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total sample of 38 people. Test the validity and reliability using the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the Workplace Spirituality scale range from 0.361 to 0.852, while the reliability coefficient is 0.944. The results of the validity coefficient on the Employee Engagement scale range from 0.620 to 0.874, while the reliability coefficient is 0.978. The results of data analysis showed the magnitude of the correlation coefficient was 0.507 with a significant level of p = 0.001. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Engagement in the Milling Sector of PT. Family Raya Padang.

Abstract

Comparative analysis of Sharia share sharing with conventional mutual fund (Reksadana which registered in FSA year 2013-2015, Research conducted at Indonesia Stock Exchange The purpose of this research is to know difference of performance of syariah equity fund with conventional equity fund. used is descriptive approach, secondary data type, with data analysis technique using paired sample t-test analysis. The results obtained by paired t-test are obtained: (a) There is no difference in the performance of Islamic mutual funds with conventional mutual funds as measured by the Sharpe index, which is known to count-0.994 0.05. (B) There is no difference in the performance of Islamic mutual funds with conventional mutual funds as measured by the Treynor index, which is known by the 0.953 0.05. (C) There is no difference in sharia mutual funds with conventional mutual funds as measured by the Jensen index, known thitung-0.307 0.05. Finally, the authors suggest that investment managers and investors should be a reference in order to improve their ability in selecting profitable portfolio securities and do not worry about choosing Islamic mutual funds as an option to invest. Analisis komparatif saling berbagi saham syariah dengan reksa dana saham konvensional (Reksadana yang terdaftar dalam FSA tahun 2013-2015, Penelitian dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja reksa dana saham syariah dengan reksa dana saham konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif, jenis data sekunder, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan uji paired t-test diperoleh: (a) Tidak ada perbedaan dalam kinerja reksadana syariah dengan reksa dana konvensional yang diukur dengan indeks Sharpe, yang diketahui adalah hitung-0,994 0,05. (B) Tidak ada perbedaan dalam kinerja reksadana syariah dengan reksa dana konvensional seperti yang diukur oleh indek Treynor, yang diketahui dengan hitung-0,953 0,05. (C) Tidak ada perbedaan dalam reksa dana syariah dengan reksa dana konvensional seperti yang diukur oleh indek Jensen, yang diketahui thitung-0,307 0,05. Akhirnya, penulis menyarankan agar para manajer investasi dan investor harus menjadi acuan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam memilih sekuritas portofolio yang menguntungkan dan jangan khawatir memilih reksadana syariah sebagai pilihan untuk berinvestasi.

Abstract

This study will look at tax avoidance through CSR as a moderating variable along with capital intensity, institutional ownership, and firm size. The independent variables are capital intensity, institutional ownership, and firm size, while the dependent variable is tax avoidance. As well as CSR as a moderating variable. This study focused on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2021. In this study, the sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, which yielded a sample of 44 companies from 195 populations. Eviews 10 was used to analyze the research data using panel data analysis techniques. According to the findings of the study, Capital Intensity has a partial effect on Tax Avoidance, Institutional Ownership has a partial significant effect on Tax Avoidance, and Company Size has no significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Tax avoidance is influenced by capital intensity and institutional ownership, which are moderated by CSR. While CSR has no effect on tax avoidance, company size does. It is hoped that this study will assist manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in determining tax avoidance by taking into account the factors that have a significant effect on tax avoidance, such as the effect of capital intensity, institutional ownership, and company size, as well as CSR as a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of interest rate on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), 2) the influence of exchange rate on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), 3) the influence of inflation on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research includes causative descriptive research. The population in this research is companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Determination of number of sample by using total sampling. Data source is secondary data. Data were collected by browsing financial statement and data analysis using EVIEWS 8.0. Determined of number sampling by total sampling. The result of this study indicate: 1) the interest rate have significant effect on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), 2) the exchange rate have significant effect on Jakarta Islamic Index 3) the inflation have significant effect on Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of sharia banking with conventional banking. The type of research is quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data, ie annual report period 2011-2016. The research variables are financial ratios which consist of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Return on Asset, Operational Revenue Operating Expense, and Loan to Deposit Ratio. The analysis technique used is Paired sample t-test. The results of this study show: 1) There are significant differences in financial performance between sharia banking and conventional banking, 2) In terms of profitability (ROA) and liquidity (LDR) financial performance of sharia banks is better than conventional banking, 3) There are several ratios sharia banking is lower than conventional banking, namely the capital ratio (CAR), asset quality (NPL) ratio, and efficiency ratio (BOPO).

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". This research to analyze the factors influencing timeliness financial reporting in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 - 2015.Population of This Research is 359 companies listed in Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia. Sample is determined by Slovin Formula, total sample is 190 companies, then sample is determined by purposive sample. Total sample in this research 50 companies. Data source is secondary data. Analysis data use descriptive statistic and logistic regression. Analysis data use Nagelkerke R Square to test framework conceptual, simultaneously test by using Omnibus Test Model Coefficient and hypothesis test by using significant test. Result of this research: profitability have not significant effect to timeliness financial reporting, firm size have not significant effect to timeliness financial reporting, liquidity have not significant effect to timeliness financial reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of people on the satisfaction of services in Islamic banking in Padang city 2) the effect of process on satisfaction of services in Islamic banking in Padang city 3) the effect of physical evidence on satisfaction of services in Islamic banking in Padang city. This study classified as descriptive causative research. The population in this study are custome in Islamic banking in Padang city. Determination of the number of samples using the Hair’s method. The distribution of questionnaires used accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and data analysis using PLS SEM. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant positive effect between people on satisfaction of service to Islamic banking in the city of Padang. 2) there is no significant effect between the process on satisfaction of serviceso in Islamic banking in Padang city 3) there is no significant effect between physical evidence on satisfaction of services in Islamic banking in Padang city.
