The problem in this research is how the contract Execution gold mortgage bank in BRI Syariah Padang. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of the agreement pawning gold in BRI Syariah Padang. The method used in this study patterned Field Research with qualitative research. While the source of the data in this study were employees and customers of BRI Syariah. Data collection procedures that researchers do, observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was done by using Snowball Sampling (Snowball), the meaning is very dependent on the completeness of the data obtained in accordance with the purpose of the research is expected. The results of this study, BRI Syariah Padang continuously improve its performance based on Sharia Board Fatwa No.25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 and the National Sharia Board fatwa MUI No. 26 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 on gold pawn, allowed gold mortgage based on the principle of rahn. It is evident that the product pawning gold in BRI Syariah Padang increasingly accepted and people interested in the city of Padang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi dan turnover intention pada perusahan yang bergerak pada sektor konstruksi syariah menggunakan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sebanyak 172 karyawan menjadi responden dan mengisi kuesioner. Pengolahan data statistik menggunakan bantuan software smart pls. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional secara langsung mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dan menurunkan turnover intention. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berhasil menjadi variabel mediasi secara parcial dalam pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini secara teoritis berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual untuk penelitian di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, sementara secara praktis mendukung gagasan bahwa Perusahaan konstruksi syariah harus terus memprioritaskan kepuasan kerja dan, di sisi lain, manajer harus mengadopsi dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional.

Street vendors (PKL) are one of the most popular informal sectors that are able to provide new jobs. In terms of Islamic law, the practice of buying and selling carried out by street vendors is a legitimate and lawful transaction to do if it meets the requirements and harmonizes its sale. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using primary and secondary data collection with snowball sampling. . The results of the study are the reasons that influence the street vendors to prefer to trade outside the kiosk because they are not permanent traders, the merchandise is simple and can be transported by two-wheeled vehicles. In addition, goods are also sold quickly because they are easy to reach and do not need to enter the shopping area and do not need to pay kiosk rent. The impact caused by street vendors is disrupting traffic resulting in congestion, lack of cleanliness in the market environment and triggering criminal acts. The policy carried out by the government is to control and reinforce the regulations regarding the control of street vendors. According to Islamic law, a buying and selling system that utilizes public facilities including those that are not permitted, even though the terms of sale and purchase are considered valid. Likewise, the government is allowed to issue regulations governing the prohibition of selling on the street, if it is considered to disturb or endanger the passers-by. . Filling liquid fluid tanks by humans has limitations to monitor it. it is necessary to design and realize a liquid fluid surface level detection system. The design of this detection device uses an ultrasonic sensor which can make it easier for humans to monitor the surface level of the liquid in the tank without having to be on the object being measured. The process of monitoring the liquid fluid tank level in a modern way is easier and faster to detect the liquid fluid level value compared to the manual method. The main tools and materials used to make this tool are MCU Nodes, Ultrasonic Sensors, and the Blynk Application. The process of making this tool aims to make work easier without having to check the tank because it can already be checked via the Blynk Application. The results obtained in using this tool are when the liquid fluid tank has reached 80%, the buzzer will sound to warn that the tank is fullÂ ABSTRAKPengisian tangki fluida cair yang dilakukan manusia memiliki keterbatasan untuk memantaunya, maka perlu dilakukan perancangan dan realisasi sistem pendeteksi level permukaan fluida cair. Perancangan alat pendeteksi ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik yang dapat memudahkan manusia untuk memantau level permukaan fluida cair didalam tangki tanpa harus ada pada obyek yang diukur. Proses pemantauan level tangki fluida cair dengan cara modern lebih mudah dan cepat untuk mendeteksi nilai ketinggian fluida cair dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Alat dan bahan utama yang digunakan untuk membuat alat ini berupa Node MCU, Sensor Ultrasonik, dan Aplikasi Blynk. Proses pembuatan alat ini bertujuan untuk dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tanpa harus mengecek tangki karena sudah bisa di cek melalui Aplikasi Blynk. Hasil yang didapat pada penggunaan alat ini adalah ketika tangki fluida cair tersebut sudah mencapai 80%, maka buzzer akan berbunyi untuk memberi peringatan bahwa tangka sudah penuh.

This study aims to find out how much influence the financial performance, sharia supervisory board, and corporate governance on sharia banking responsibilities in Indonesia. The population in this study is all Sharia banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. In contrast, the samples in this study were determined by purposive sampling, so 14 samples were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.bi.go.id. Based on the results of financial performance research, it does not influence social responsibility, the sharia supervisory board does not affect social responsibility, and partially there is a positive and significant influence between corporate governance on Islamic social responsibility in sharia banking in the period 2015-2019.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the governance section in carrying out evaluation and monitoring tasks at the village office in Manado City. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive study that aims to describe, summarize various conditions, various situations, or various social reality phenomena that exist in the lives of the people who are the object of research. The sample used in this study amounted to 5 people with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Data collection was done by means of interviews which were analyzed using qualitative techniques, which resulted in descriptive data. This descriptive data can be in the form of speech or writing and behavior observed by people whose information is extracted through in-depth interviews and categorized then together with information obtained through library searches to sharpen the analysis of the trend of findings in research. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation and monitoring program that has been carried out by the Administration of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Manado has a very positive effect on the Kelurahan offices in the City of Manado.

Background : Competition in the increasingly fierce business world makes entrepreneurs look for the right strategy to market their products. Consumer purchasing decisions are obtained from a learning process and a thought process that forms a perception. Method : The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 96 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using smartpls. Result : . The results obtained based on the partial test there is a significant positive effect on product quality on service quality. There is an insignificant positive effect of price on service quality. There is a significant positive effect of Product Quality on Buying Decisions. Conclusion : There is a significant positive effect of Product Quality on Buying Decisions through Service Quality. There is a positive and insignificant effect of price on purchasing decisions through service quality

This study aims to determine the major impacts of Capital Structure, Capital Expenditure and Firm Size on Company Value using Profitability as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 195 manufacturing companies and a sample of 60 companies using purposive sampling technique. This study used SPSS software version 25. Using the results of this study it was concluded that: (1) there is a significant influence between capital structure and profitability. (2) there is no effect between Capital Expenditure on Profitability. (3) there is no influence between Firm Size on Profitability. (4) there is a significant impact between capital structure and firm value. (5) there is no impact between Capital Expenditure on Company Value. (6) there is a significant effect between Firm Size and Firm Value. (7) there is a significant impact between Profitability on Firm Value. (8) Profitability is able to moderate the correlation between capital structure and firm value. (9) Profitability is not able to moderate the correlation between Capital Expenditure on Firm Value. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the extent to which the financial performance owned by manafaktur companies listed on the Stock Exchange, in an effort to acquire and merger is done to provide sustainability or going concern. This performance appraisal is measured by using financial ratios including Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). form of normality test and paired sample T-Test. The research shows that (1) Net Profit Margin (NPM) there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions in manufacturing companies listed BEI period 2011-2015, (2) Return On Assets (ROA) there is difference between before and after merger and (3) Return On Equity (ROE) there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions in BEI listed manufacturing companies for the period 2011-2015, (4) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER ) there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions on manufacturing companies listed BEI period 2011-2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana pemikiran Al-Sarakhsi mengenai pemahaman dalam ilmu ushul fiqh serta juga berbicara berbagai hal dalam permasalahan fiqh. Dalamnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan Al-Sarakhsi serta mendapatkan salah satu posisi diantara kalangan ulama di masanya mendorong Al-Sarakhsi untuk menghimpun dan mengarang buku yang menjadi sumber dalam hukum Islam dan juga sebagai sumber penting dalam ushul fiqh mazhab Hanafiyyah. Pemaknaan terhadap teks dari persoalan yang menimbulkan keraguan sangat mungkin memunculkan penafsiran yang beragam dan kata serta beragam makna ketika terdapat dalam kalimat. Maka perlu diketahui bagaimana konsep makna dalam pandangan ulama ushul fiqh Al-Sarakhsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Al-Sarakhsi memiliki pandangan bahwa lafadz dapat memiliki makna yang bukan hanya makna yang ditunjukan oleh lafadz, Al-Sarakhsi menggolongkannya menjadi makna amar dan nahi, makna amar terbagi menjadi faur dan tarakhi serta tikrar dan marrah wahidah.
