Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of liquidity and capital structure on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The population used in this study were 131 Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2024 obtained from www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 27 Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector companies as samples. The data analysis methods used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using eviews 12. The results of the study indicate that a) liquidity partially has no significant effect on firm value b) capital structure partially has a significant positive effect on firm value c) dividend policy is unable to moderate the positive and significant effect of liquidity on firm value d) dividend policy is able to moderate the positive and significant effect of capital structure on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price Earnings Ratio (PER) on firm value, with financial performance as a moderating variable. The object of this research is manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. The population of this study consists of 41 companies, with a sample of 21 companies selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 105 observations. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements published on the official IDX website. The data analysis method employed is panel data regression using EViews 10 software, while the moderation analysis is conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on firm value, whereas the Price Earnings Ratio does not have a significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, financial performance, proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), is able to moderate the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio on firm value, indicating that the impact of leverage on firm value is highly dependent on the company’s financial performance. In addition, financial performance is also able to moderate the effect of the Price Earnings Ratio on firm value, but with a weakening moderating effect. This finding suggests that in companies with strong financial performance, investors do not rely solely on market ratios such as PER, but place greater emphasis on the company’s actual financial performance when assessing firm value.

Abstract

PT. Hakaaston Sungai Lansek is a company engaged in manufacturing and infrastructure construction. This study aims to analyze the effect of performance appraisal and training on employee performance through work ability as an intervening variable at PT. Hakaaston Sungai Lansek. The population and sample consist of all employees of the company. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that performance appraisal does not have a positive and significant effect on work ability, while training has a positive and significant effect on work ability. Furthermore, performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas training does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ability is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect analysis show that work ability is not able to mediate the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance; however, it is able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance. Thus, work ability plays an important role in improving employee performance, particularly through the effective implementation of training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Alfamart Rimbo Bujang. Menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0, penelitian ini melibatkan 32 responden sebagai populasi dan sampel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Alfamart Rimbo Bujang. Namun, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Alfamart Rimbo Bujang. Kepuasan kerja juga tidak memediasi hubungan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Alfamart Rimbo Bujang. Pengaruh ini kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia di ritel pedesaan, dengan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja guna mendukung kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Bupati Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang populasi sebanyak 65 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis mengunakan metode analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan, komunikasi internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Meskipun motivasi kerja terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal tetap dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara tidak langsung melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Mukomuko. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Mukomuko yang berjumlah 47 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima tingkat, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kompensasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun demikian, gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan maupun kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Mukomuko lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor kompensasi secara langsung dibandingkan faktor psikologis berupa kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif serta memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia sektor publik.

Abstract

Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan, karena dengan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan berarti juga memaksimalkan kemakmuran pemegang saham yang merupakan tujuan utama perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2024. Sampel penelitian ini yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan ditentukan dengan metode Purposive Sampling sehingga didapatkan total sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan sektor infrastruktur dengan periode penelitian 5 tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on work morale with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Dofla Jaya Properti Padang. The research sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on work motivation, compensation has a significant effect on work morale. And the work environment has no effect and is not significant on work motivation, the work environment has no effect and is not significant on work morale. And work motivation is able to mediate the effect of compensation on work morale, work motivation is not able to mediate the effect of the work environment on work morale. The conclusion of this study shows that increasing employee work morale is more effectively done through providing appropriate compensation and increasing work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of HR Information Systems and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at CV Multirejeki Selaras, Payakumbuh City. Data collection methods were through interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that HR Information Systems had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, HR Information Systems had no and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline had no and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of HR Information Systems on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The results of this study indicate that although the HR Information System and Work Discipline have a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, both do not have a direct influence on Employee Performance, but rather through the role of Job Satisfaction as a significant mediator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and capital structure on firm value, with profitability as an intervening variable, in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. The population in this study was all 42 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the study period. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 22 companies with an observation period of five years. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results showed that capital structure had a significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy did not have a significant effect on profitability. Dividend policy had a significant effect on firm value, while capital structure did not have a significant effect on firm value. Profitability had a significant effect on firm value. The path analysis showed that dividend policy did not have a significant effect on firm value through profitability, and capital structure also did not have a significant effect on firm value through profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period.
