Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, expertise, and experience on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City. The population is the total number of employees at PT. PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City, namely 119 people. Then the sample in this study is the entire population in this study, amounting to 119 people. The technique of determining the sample using the census method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that the knowledge variable, expertise variable, and experience variable have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables at PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Abstract: Muslims are threatened by themselves for blaming each other and claiming as the right ones that follow the path of Rasulullah. This condition is worsened by the spread of caption containing hate speech to oppress other Islamic organizations and the campaign of Islamic labeling in products. The recent labeling trend in food and song has attracted Indonesian netizens in social media as expressed in two popular hashtags #LaguAnakHaram and #KleponTidakIslami. Therefore, this paper aims to answer the following questions (1) What is the effect of Islamic labeling? (2) How to deal with Islamic labeling? (3) How to practice Islamic moderation values in contemporary Indonesia? Thus, to answer the questions, this paper analyzed Islamic labeling in some products within social media. This research adhered to the qualitative method and collects data by observing the Muslim’s response to Islamic labeling. This research showed that Islamic labeling affects the spread of conjecture information about Islamic views. Besides, it will triger everyone among Islamic society or organization to blame each other. Meanwhile, to face this challenge, it is necessary to educate the Muslims especially in Indonesia about Islamic moderation by maintaining Indonesian culture. It is noteworthy that Islamic moderation has been practiced in Indonesia since the era of Walisongo—the preacher who taught Islam in Indonesia—and the teachings need to be adjusted within the disruption era. In addition, moderation is also stated in the Quran and Hadith as tawâsuṭ concept.Abstrak: Umat Islam terhambat perkembangannya karena saling menyalahkan dan mengaku sebagai orang paling benar yang mengikuti jalan Rasulullah. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan merebaknya caption berisi ujaran kebencian untuk menindas ormas Islam lainnya dan kampanye label Islami pada produk. Tren pelabelan pada makanan dan lagu akhir-akhir ini menarik perhatian netizen Indonesia di media sosial seperti yang diungkapkan dalam dua tagar populer #LaguAnakHaram dan #KleponTidakIslami. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut (1) Apa pengaruh label Islam? (2) Bagaimana menghadapi label Islami? (3) Bagaimana mempraktekkan nilai-nilai moderasi Islam di Indonesia kontemporer? Maka dari itu, untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, tulisan ini menganalisis pelabelan Islami pada beberapa produk di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan mengumpulkan data dengan melihat respon umat Islam terhadap label Islam. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelabelan Islam mempengaruhi penyebaran informasi dugaan tentang pandangan Islam. Selain itu, akan memicu setiap orang di kalangan masyarakat atau organisasi Islam untuk saling menyalahkan. Sedangkan untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, perlu dilakukan edukasi kepada umat Islam khususnya di Indonesia tentang moderasi Islam dengan tetap menjaga budaya Indonesia. Patut dicatat bahwa moderasi Islam telah dipraktikkan di Indonesia sejak era Walisongo—nabi yang mengajarkan Islam di Indonesia—dan ajarannya perlu disesuaikan dengan era disrupsi. Selain itu, moderasi juga dinyatakan dalam Alquran dan Hadits sebagai konsep tawâsuṭ.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pembekalan untuk peneliti agar mengimplementasikan etika dalam membuat kuisioner, terutama bagi peneliti yang bergabung pada Ikatan Cendekiawan Muda Akuntansi (ICMA). Dalam pembekalan etika dalam membuat kuisioner, tim pengabdian melakukannya secara online. Dalam hal ini tim akan menggunakan teknik edukasi dan pelatihan pada workshop dengan manual untuk memudahkan pemahaman etika dalam membuat kuisioner pada ICMA. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa etika dalam membuat kuisioner untuk partisipan pada ICMA telah mencapai kepuasan yang baik.

Abstract

AbstrakDesa Cirukem adalah instansi pemerintah di kabupaten Kuningan, dalam mengelola administrasi dan inventarisasinya, Desa Cirukem masih menggunakan konvensional yaitu pendataan masih dilakukan dengan penulisan pada buku besar, yang mana sering terjadi kehilangan data, kerusakan pada arsip, dan pengulangan data yang menyebabkan pembuatan laporan tidak sesuai. Sehingga pada pelaksanaannya, pemerintah Desa Cirukem menghadapi beberapa kendala yang membuat masyarakat keuslitan mendapatkan informasi tentang inventaris desa. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang dapat mempermudah pemerintah desa Cirukem dalam mengelola data inventaris dengan QR-Code menggunakan algoritma Base64 untuk enkripsi dan dekripsi suatu data mengguanakan format ASCII. Sehingga aplikasi inventaris Desa Cirukem dapat berhasil dibangun untuk mempermudah dalam mengelola data inventaris secara digital dengan rata-rata nilai hasil presentasi UAT 85%.Kata Kunci : Inventarisasi, Algoritma Base64, QR-Code. User Acceptance Testing (UAT). AbstractCirukem village is located in Kuningan. In managing its administration and inventory, Cirukem village still uses conventional methods, for instan the data collection is still done by writing in ledgers. This method is easy to lead data loss, damage to archives and repetition of data often occur which causes reports to be produce inappropriately. Therefore in its implementation, Cirukem village faced several obstacles which made it difficult for the community to obtain information about the village inventory. Therefore, this research was carried out to create a mobile base application that makes its easier for Cirukem village to manage inventory data with QR-Code using the base64 algorithm foe encryption and decryption of data using ASCII format. By using this app Cirukem village inventory application can be successfully built to make it easier to manage inventory data with and average UAT presentation value of 85%.Keywords : Inventory, Base64 Algorithm, QR-Code, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Abstract

The role of strategic human resource management is the main key in changing company management to achieve competitive advantage. To make this happen, the Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) must be able to carry out the strategic role of HR and provide added value to the company so that competitive advantage can be achieved. However, not many new HR Manager roles have been implemented by mid-level companies, let alone small companies. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and identifying the strategic role of HR Managers in anticipating current business competition, the strategic role of HR Managers, and using HR as a factor to create a company's competitive advantage. This research was conducted using qualitative methods in the mid-level hotel industry in the city of Pekanbaru. The underlying philosophical assumption is positivist. The data collection technique uses semi-structured interviews. Data analysis uses coding with NVivo International 10 software. The themes used are the role of the HR Manager in contributing to business competition and the strategic role of the HR Manager in creating the company's competitive advantage which is analyzed based on the number of coding references. The result was that there were three participants who had carried out strategic HR roles. Meanwhile, the HR theme as a factor in achieving a company's competitive advantage is analyzed based on a text search query which produces a word tree. The result is that HR is used as a factor to achieve the company's competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability, Company Size, Debt Policy, Liquidity and Company Growth on Company Value in the Property and Real Estate Sector Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023. The object of this research is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 to 2023. The population in this research is 97 companies. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a sample of 48 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 because the research data is not normally distributed. The results of this research show that the Profitability variable has a positive effect on Company Value, Company Size has a negative effect on Company Value, Debt Policy has no positive effect on Company Value, Liquidity has no negative effect on Company Value and Company Growth has no positive effect on Company Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang, Likuiditas dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Propeti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0 yang dikarenakan data penelitian tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Vulvovaginal candidiasis, a common fungal infection that affects up to 75% of women at least once in their lifetime. With increasing resistance to azole antifungals, such as fluconazole, due to factors such as gene efflux pumps, alternative treatments are needed. Probiotics, specifically Lactobacillus species, have emerged as a promising option due to their ability to inhibit Candida albicans and modulate the host immune response. This study analyzed data from randomized controlled trials. We collected data from articles comparing probiotics with fluconazole therapy and fluconazole alone with or without placebo in patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis published between 2009 and 2024. We obtained articles from scientific databases such as Scopus, Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Clinical Key, JSTOR and Google Scholar based on inclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using Review Manager Version 5.4.1. The results showed that probiotics significantly reduced symptoms of vaginal discharge (OR value = 0.14 (0.07,0.29), 95% CI) and improved culture test results (OR value = 0.33 (0.17,0.63), 95% CI), indicating potential benefits in improving vaginal microbiota balance and preventing recurrent infections. However, probiotics did not significantly relieve other symptoms, such as itching (OR value = 0.67 (0.27,1.61), 95% CI), irritation (OR value = 0.56 (0.25,1.24), 95% CI), and dyspareunia (OR value = 0.91 (0.34,2.43), 95% CI). For individuals with vulvar candidiasis who are unresponsive to fluconazole therapy, probiotic drugs can be given as additional therapy

Abstract

Candidiasis, caused by Candida species, remains a significant global health concern, with oral and vulvovaginal forms prevalent among immunocompromised populations and women, respectively. Increasing antifungal resistance, particularly among non-albicans species, underscores the need for novel therapeutic options. This systematic literature review assesses the antifungal efficacy of Morinda citrifolia (noni fruit) against Candida albicans. Utilizing the PRISMA protocol, we analyzed studies from Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases published between 2014 and 2024. Seven in vitro studies were included, examining the inhibitory effects of M. citrifolia extracts on C. albicans. Findings indicate that M. citrifolia exhibits significant antifungal properties, attributed to its bioactive compounds such as scopoletin and flavonoids, which disrupt fungal cell membranes. The effectiveness of M. citrifolia is concentration-dependent, with higher concentrations yielding greater antifungal activity. Given the increasing resistance to conventional antifungals, in vitro studies suggest that M. citrifolia may be a promising alternative, warranting further in vivo and clinical investigations to substantiate its therapeutic potential.

Abstract

This study explores the lived experiences of employee loyalty within digital start-up firms from the perspective of organizational behavior. In an era where employee retention and engagement are critical, especially in dynamic digital start-up environments, understanding how loyalty is formed and interpreted by individuals becomes vital. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with employees from various Indonesian digital start-ups to uncover the underlying meanings and personal interpretations of loyalty. The findings reveal that employee loyalty is perceived as a complex, evolving construct influenced by emotional attachment, shared values, autonomy, and mutual commitment. Loyalty was not merely transactional or tenure-based, but rather closely linked to personal growth, identity, and value alignment, especially among Millennial and Gen Z employees. This study contributes to organizational behavior literature by offering a nuanced view of loyalty that transcends traditional models, emphasizing the importance of intrinsic motivation and purpose-driven work in fostering long-term commitment. The results also offer practical implications for digital start-up leaders to cultivate environments that support psychological engagement, employee well-being, and sustainable loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the percentage of Indonesian households accessing the internet in the past three months, disaggregated by location, during the period 2015–2017. Using secondary data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the study applies descriptive statistics to identify access patterns and chi-square tests to evaluate potential relationships between household conditions and internet access location. The findings show a steady increase in household internet access over the three-year period, with home-based access emerging as the most dominant and growing mode of connectivity. Conversely, access via mobile vehicles declined, while internet use at workplaces and public facilities remained low. Chi-square analysis indicates no significant relationship between household conditions and access location. These results highlight the increasing reliance on household internet access and its potential role in supporting learning and digital literacy in Indonesia. However, persistent disparities across regions and socio-economic groups suggest that policies must go beyond infrastructure expansion to address issues of affordability, inclusiveness, and digital literacy. This study contributes to the literature on digital inclusion and provides implications for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders in advancing equitable access to education in the digital age.
