Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan keuangan usaha kelompok pengolahan ikan di Kelurahan Tengah Kota Jambi sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan menghitung uang masuk dan uang keluar menggunakan buku kas harian bagi pelaku pengolahan kerupuk ikan. Pelatihan keuangan usaha dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan kelompok pengolahan ikan dengan pendekatan praktik menghitung keuangan secara manual dengan menggunakan buku kas harian yaitu mencatat keuangan harian yang terdiri dari keterangan, debet, kredit dan saldo. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan kelompok pengolahan ikan mendapatkan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang dijalankannya. Selain menghasilkan sistem pencatatan keuangan yang lebih tertata, kegiatan pelatihan ini juga dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif untuk keberlanjutan usaha pengolahan ikan kedepannya.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan: mengetahui hubungan ekspresi PD-L1 dengan derajat diferensiasi dan staging karsinoma sel skuamosa (KSS) paru di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study, sampel sebanyak 35 kasus KSS paru yang telah didiagnosis periode Januari 2022 – Mei 2023. Sampel diperoleh secara simple random sampling dari blok paraffin yang berasal dari jaringan tumor. Dilakukan penilaian ulang pada slaid histopatologik untuk menilai derajat diferensiasi dan data staging didapat dari rekam medis pasien. Ekspresi PD-L1 pada sel tumor dilihat dengan pemeriksaan imunohistokimia. Untuk mengetahui korelasi dilakukan uji analisis statistik bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05. Hasil: Dari 35 kasus, didapatkan ekspresi PD-L1 tinggi pada derajat diferensiasi buruk (89,5%) dan derajat diferensiasi baik-sedang (50%). Pada staging lanjut, ekspresi PD-L1 rendah-sedang, tinggi secara berturut-turut (75 %, 100 %) dibandingkan ekspresi PD-L1 staging awal yaitu ekpresi rendah-sedang (20%). Secara statistik, terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara ekspresi PD-L1 dengan derajat diferensiasi dengan nilai p=0,022. Terdapat juga hubungan yang bermakna antara ekspresi PD-L1 dengan staging dengan nilai p=0,035. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara ekspresi PD-L1 dengan derajat diferensiasi dan staging KSS paru.

Abstract

Fish is a highly perishable fishery product because it contains approximately 70-80% water. Fresh fish was deterioration process qiuckly, so proper handling techniques are required, namely block freezing. Freezing is a decrease in the initial temperature to the freezing point. This study aims to determine the freezing time at different fish weights. The research method used is an experiment using 7 fish samples, namely banana fish, areca fish, wulan fish, pomfret fish, botan fish, tilapia, and catfish. The weight of each fish in this study was banana fish (22 g), areca fish (87 g), wulan fish (150 g), pomfret fish (85 g), botan fish (244 g), tilapia fish (247 g), and catfish (205 g). The freezing temperature experienced a rapid decrease in the 1st hour and began to slow down in the 2nd-3rd hour, remained at the 4th and 5th hours, then decreased again at the 6th hour and remained at the 7th and 8th hours, then the temperature decreased again at the 9th and 10th hours but remained at the 11th hour. At the 11th hour, the water surface in banana fish had frozen completely, pomfret, pinang, wulan, tilapia, catfish had not frozen completely, there were still small gaps, while botan fish had not frozen completely and there were still many gaps. The weight and species of the fish affect the freezing process.

Abstract

Epulis adalah pembesaran gingiva seperti tumor yang berasal dari jaringan ikat periodontal, umumnya disebabkan oleh iritasi kronis, biasa tumbuh pada gigi anterior sehingga mengurangi estetika, percaya diri dan fungsi bibir sehingga perlu dilakukan perawatan. Berbagai teknik perawatan epulis dengan kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing teknik perawatan. Pada artikel ini dibandingkan tatalaksana epulis fibromatosa dengan menggunakan pisau bedah yang dikombinasikan dengan bedah flap periodontal dan bedah listrik melalui presentasi beberapa kasus. Pemeriksaan klinis menunjukkan tidak ada sisa epulis, gingiva marginal pada daerah epulis sedikit kemerahan dan proses penyembuhan berjalan dengan baik pada kasus 1 dan 2 dibandingkan dengan kasus 3. Pemeriksaan patologis menunjukkan bahwa jaringan ditutupi oleh epidermis dengan hiperplasia pseudo epitelomatosa, tidak menunjukkan keganasan dan diagnosisnya adalah epulis fibromatosa. Disimpulkan bahwa talaksana epulis fibromatosa menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan teknik bedah menggunakan pisau bedah kombinasi OFD dibandingkan dengan bedah listrik pada kontrol 1 minggu.

Abstract

Positive innovation in maternal and child health services is essential to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia. One proactive effort initiated by Puskesmas Sudiang Kota Makassar is the movement for Assisting Healthy and Prosperous Mothers, Babies, and Toddlers or Gerakan Pendampingan Ibu, Bayi, Balita Sehat (GEMPITA SERA) to detect high-risk pregnancies early and monitor infants and toddlers with problems. This research aims to assess community satisfaction with the GEMPITA SERA innovation program. This research method is pre-experimental with a one-group pre-posttest design using a satisfaction survey questionnaire that examines tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy aspects. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 66 respondents and the data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The research results show that the public is delighted with the GEMPITA SERA team and the results of statistical tests found a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. It was concluded that there was an increase in the average community satisfaction score with the GEMPITA SERA innovation program. This program focuses not only on improving access to health services but also on strengthening communication between the community and health workers, resulting in faster and more accurate service delivery. With ongoing support, the community feels more secure in obtaining maternal and child health services, which ultimately increases satisfaction and trust in the health system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of cognitive presence among lecturers and students in MOOCs-based online learning at ICE Institute using the Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach. The instrument was adapted from the CoI Survey and validated through expert judgment. The respondents consisted of 38 students and 10 lecturers who actively participated in courses at ICE Institute during the odd semester of 2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criterion that respondents had completed at least four weeks of lectures. Data were analyzed using descriptive percentage statistics and proportion difference tests. The results showed that 80% of lecturers were categorized as having a high level of cognitive presence, while only 50% of students reached a similar level. Furthermore, 47.3% of students were categorized at a moderate level and 2.7% at a low level. This 30% gap indicates differences in perception and cognitive capacity between lecturers and students. Lecturers were considered highly competent in designing learning activities based on critical reflection; however, students had not fully utilized these opportunities. The study recommends the need for pedagogical interventions such as cognitive scaffolding, collaborative project-based learning, and self-regulated learning training for MOOCs students.
