Abstract

The implementation of the zawaid takbir is one part of the implementation of the Eid prayer which is still being discussed in the community, especially because some people carry it out in an extraordinary manner by carrying out it only once in the first and second rak'ahs. This research focuses on examining critically in terms of the hadith view of K.H. Lanre Said as one of the most influential figures in South Sulawesi. This type of research is qualitative with the Critical studies approach method, specifically with the hadith criticism method to look further at the hadith views of K.H. Lanre Said. The results of this study indicate that of the two general conclusions from the hadith point of view described by K.H. Lanre Said in his phenomenal work, namely Adz Zikrah, found that these two conclusions were not in accordance with the conclusions of hadith scholars. What he concluded that the hadiths of takbir zawāid are all weak are not the case with the many arguments of the scholars who state that the hadiths of takbir zawāid are strong and argumentative hadiths to be used in the Eid prayers. Penerapan Takbir Zawaid menjadi salah satu bagian dari pelaksanaan salat Id yang masih menjadi diskusi di tengah masyarakat khususnya karena ada yang melaksanakannya di luar lazimnya pelaksanaan jumlah takbir zawāid tersebut dengan melaksanakannya hanya sekali takbir di rakaat pertama dan kedua. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji secara kritis dari segi hadis pendangan K.H. Lanre Said sebagai salah satu tokoh yang cukup berpengaruh di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penlitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan Critical studies secara khusus dengan metode kritik hadis untuk melihat lebih jauh pandangan-pandangan hadis K.H. Lanre Said. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari dua kesimpulan umum dari sudut pandang hadis yang dijelaskan oleh K.H. Lanre Said dalam karya fenomenalnya yaitu Adz Zikrah ditemukan bahwa kedua kesimpulan tersebut belum sesuai dengan kesimpulan-kesimpulan ulama hadis. Apa yang disimpulkan olehnya bahwa hadis takbir zawāid seluruhnya lemah tidaklah demikian dengan adanya banyak argumentasi para ulama yang menyatakan bahwa hadis takbir zawāid adalah hadis yang kuat yang argumentative untuk digunakan dalam ibadah salat Id.

Abstract

From an Islamic perspective, the phenomenon of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) has become a controversial issue in social and religious studies. In Islamic history, LGBT behaviour is often associated with the story of the Prophet Luth people who were punished for their actions. On the other hand, modern human rights emphasise the im-portance of non-discrimination against LGBT people. This study examines hadiths related to LGBT and their relevance in the social and legal context in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach with a library research method, collecting data from primary sources such as prophetic traditions, and secondary sources such as books of interpretation, aca-demic journals, and scientific articles. The results show that the traditions related to LGBT have variations in Sanad and Matan, which shows differences in opinion regarding its validity among hadith scholars, causing differences in the interpretation of Islamic law. Many scholars classify LGBT behaviour as prohibited, although there are differences in the punishments given. The novelty of this research lies in the in-depth analysis of LGBT-related traditions by considering aspects of Islamic law and human rights in the Indonesian context. The academic implication of this study is that it provides new insights into the-matic hadith studies, particularly in response to contemporary social issues, particularly LGBT with Islamic law.

Abstract

This research explores the role of political party cadreship in producing legislative candidates aligned with siyasah syariyyah principles. It examines how cadreship influences the selection of candidates based on Islamic political values, particularly in Makassar. Employing a field research method and a syar’i-normative juridical approach, the study reveals that political parties implement democratic and transparent processes, selecting candidates based on qualifications, integrity, and commitment. Supportive factors include programs, visions, and candidates' track records, while lack of public support hinders progress. From the fiqh siyasah syar’iah perspective, cadreship is essential in shaping candidates with integrity, reflecting Islamic justice through fair, transparent selection and comprehensive education. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing accountability and public trust in the political process, suggesting that the model used in Makassar could improve democratic practices in other regions

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of zakat maal in the digital era, particularly within urban communities, through a literature review of hadith and technological adaptation strategies. Zakat maal, as one of the pillars of Islam, plays a crucial role in wealth redistribution and reducing social inequality. However, technological advancements have introduced new challenges and opportunities in zakat maal practices. This research employs a literature review of hadith to understand the theological foundation of zakat maal and analyzes case studies on the implementation of technology in zakat payments. The findings indicate that digitalization of zakat maal can enhance community participation, transparency, and efficiency in zakat distribution. Nonetheless, challenges such as digital literacy, technology access, and regulatory policies still need to be addressed. This study contributes to the understanding of zakat maal adaptation in the digital age and provides practical recommendations to improve awareness and acceptance of technology in zakat among urban communities. The results are expected to support the development of more inclusive and effective zakat policies and practices in the future.

Abstract

This study critically examines the utilisation of daif hadith in Al-Qurtubi’s tafsir ahkam, with particular emphasis on the interpretation of Surah al-Fatihah. Al-Qurtubi’s tafsir holds a significant and authoritative position within the field of tafsir, especially in the domain of tafsir ahkam, which has become a key reference in both classical and contemporary studies of legal exegesis. The aim of this article is to identify the daif hadith employed by Al-Qurtubi in his explanation of Surah al-Fatihah, assess their authenticity, and analyse the extent to which the incorporation of daif hadith influences the accuracy and authority of Qur'anic interpretation. By scrutinising Al-Qurtubi’s methodology for evaluating the credibility of hadith, this study highlights the impact of using daif hadith on the authority of interpretation, particularly in the formulation of legal decisions. The research adopts a qualitative-descriptive methodology, with data collected through a literature review. The hadith were traced using the takhrij method, their authenticity assessed through naqd al-sanad (chain of transmission criticism), and a critical analysis of Surah al-Fatihah was conducted. The results reveal that Al-Qurtubi used five daif hadith out of a total of twenty-one in his interpretation of Surah al-Fatihah, ranging from mild to severe daif. The employment of daif hadith demonstrates methodological inconsistencies in Al-Qurtubi’s approach. Several of these daif hadith diverge from the core teachings of Islam, suggesting that their inclusion has compromised the accuracy of his methodology, diminished his authority, and undermined the credibility of his tafsir, particularly as a legal exegesis.

Abstract

Semakin populernya belanja dan penjualan online baik barang baru maupun bekas, seperti pakaian bekas (thrifts) yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat umum baik tua maupun muda, kelas menengah dan atas menjadi pendorong penelitian ini. Tujuan temuan ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan jual beli barang bekas online di kalangan generasi muda sejalan dengan prinsip jual beli Islami. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan, dan melibatkan pencarian referensi dalam tinjauan literatur (buku, temuan penelitian yang diterbitkan). Temuan penelitian ini memperjelas bahwa, dari sudut pandang Islam, jual beli barang bekas secara online dapat diterima selama tidak mencakup barang-barang yang bertentangan dengan hukum Islam terkait jual beli, serta meningkatnya permintaan barang bekas online di kalangan generasi muda. terhadap tren sosial dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Islam  mengajarkan  hubungan  seorang  manusia tidak hanya kepada Tuhannya, namun manusia juga diwajibkan untuk membangun hubungan dengan sesama manusia lainnya (Habluminnas). Hubungan tersebut juga tidak terbatas pada interaksi antar pemeluk agama yang sama. Islam telah mengajarkan cara berinteraksi dengan pemeluk agama lain melalui al-qur’an dan sunnah. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan social antara muslim dengan non-muslim menurut perspektif hadits. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka. Adapun hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan bahwasannya Rasulullah SAW telah menjelaskan bagaimana cara berinteraksi dengan non-muslim yaitu melalui hadits-haditsnya, seperti hadits tentang: bersikap baik kepada non-muslim, mendo’akan keluarga non- muslim yang memusuhi kita, bertukar hadiah dengan non-muslim, menerima hadiah dari non-muslim tanpa tahu niat baik atau buruk, melindungi hak non-muslim dan menghormati orang yang sudah wafat.

Abstract

Dalam perspektif Islam, pemimpin ideal memiliki peran yang jauh lebih luas daripada sekadar menjadi pengarah atau pengambil keputusan. Seorang pemimpin juga diharapkan menjadi penolong dan pelindung bagi masyarakat yang dipimpinnya, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan, kesulitan, dan bencana. Tanggung jawab seorang pemimpin meliputi segala hal yang terjadi di wilayah kepemimpinannya, termasuk memastikan kesejahteraan, keselamatan, dan perlindungan bagi warganya. Pemimpin yang baik adalah mereka yang mampu menunaikan amanah dengan penuh tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan keadilan, sebagaimana diajarkan dalam ajaran Islam. Dalam hadis-hadis tematik, pemimpin digambarkan sebagai seseorang yang tidak hanya memegang kekuasaan, tetapi juga berkomitmen untuk menjalankan tugasnya demi kebaikan bersama dan mempertanggungjawabkannya kepada Allah SWT serta masyarakat yang dipimpinnya. Pemilihan pemimpin bertujuan untuk menciptakan harmoni, mewujudkan tujuan bersama, dan memastikan keberlanjutan kehidupan yang lebih baik bagi seluruh anggota kelompoknya. Konsep ini menjadi relevan sebagai pedoman untuk menciptakan kepemimpinan yang ideal di Indonesia, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan politik, sosial, dan kemanusiaan.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the position of the Accountant profession and the hadith of anathema for usury transaction actors. Accountants as prefetions will be indispensable in trasaksi, there is even an order there is a profession that records transactions in the Quran. However, it will be a problem when the transaction is a usury transaction. In the hadith, the Messenger of Allah circumcised the author of usury transactions. In this case it is an accountant. This article is a hadith study that uses a maudūī (thematic) approach. The article finds that there are scholarly disagreements with the profession. There are those who absolutely forbid and there are those who allow on condition that they are allowed on the condition that they try to eliminate the awarid al-muktasabah (a barrier that can be attempted to be removed) namely the inability to detect usury by studying all related elements in usury transactions.
