Abstract

The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has emerged as a key initiative in advancing the digitalization of payment systems in Indonesia. However, literature on its implementation, challenges, and impact on the digital payment ecosystem remains scattered and insufficiently structured. This study aims to identify trends, patterns, and research directions related to QRIS through a bibliometric analysis. Bibliographic data were collected from leading databases such as Scopus, covering relevant publications up to 2024. The analytical approach includes bibliometric techniques such as co-occurrence analysis, co-authorship analysis, and visualization using tools like Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny. The study reveals that QRIS adoption focuses on financial inclusion, payment efficiency, and technological adaptation in the MSME sector. Additionally, significant research trends highlight institutional collaboration and contributions from researchers in developing countries. The findings indicate that QRIS holds substantial potential to drive digital transformation; however, challenges such as technological infrastructure, digital literacy, and regulatory frameworks remain major barriers. This study provides strategic insights for policymakers, academics, and industry players to strengthen QRIS implementation comprehensively. Consequently, it is expected to serve as a foundation for further research exploring the role of QRIS in building an inclusive and sustainable financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Mobile Banking Channel or m banking is a facility provided by banks in the form of an application with various features to provide convenience in conducting financial transactions. One of the financial transaction features in addition to business needs is a non-business feature. This is to echo payments in the digital era as a banking commitment to support the steps of the government and stakeholders to increase public awareness to improve the economy. This study aims to test the influence of public interest and behavior on the interest and behavior of making payments using the m banking application online. This study uses a quantitative method, consisting of empirical data and obtained by filling out a questionnaire of 55 respondents from bank customers. The results of the study showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions and social influence have a positive and significant influence on Use Behavior. Based on the results of the tests carried out, each P-Value of the variable is 0.000 which indicates that the P-Values ​​<0.05, therefore all hypotheses are accepted. That Performance Expectancy has a significant effect on Use Behavior, Effort expectancy has a significant effect on Use Behavior, Social influence has a significant effect on Use Behavior and Facilitating conditions have a significant effect on Use Behavior.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of digital technology with greening programs at Child Welfare Institutions (LKSA) as an effort to increase environmental awareness. By utilizing advances in digital technology, this program aims to provide effective and interesting education to children about the importance of preserving the environment. This program involves the use of educational applications, social media, and other digital platforms to convey information about the environment, farming techniques, and ways to keep the surrounding environment clean and beautiful. Apart from that, this program also involves practical activities such as planting trees and creating green parks around LKSA. In its implementation, digital technology is used to facilitate communication and coordination between LKSA managers, volunteers and other related parties. This makes it easier to monitor and evaluate the program, so that necessary adjustments can be made to achieve optimal results. The use of technology also enables the dissemination of information and program results widely via the internet, so that it can inspire and motivate other institutions to do the same. The results of implementing this program show a significant increase in LKSA children's knowledge and awareness of environmental issues. They become more concerned about the surrounding environment and are actively involved in greening activities. Apart from that, this program also contributes to improving air quality and the beauty of the environment around LKSA. The integration of digital technology in the greening program at LKSA has proven effective in increasing children's environmental awareness. This program not only provides in-depth education, but also teaches practical skills that are useful for their future. Thus, this integration model is suitable for application in other institutions to support sustainable environmental conservation efforts

Abstract

This research aims to examine and encourage the introduction of the entrepreneurial spirit in village teenagers by utilizing social media and e-commerce. In the current digital era, social media and e-commerce have become very effective tools to support business activities, including for teenagers living in rural areas. Through the use of social media, village teenagers can promote their local products to a wider market without being limited by geography. Meanwhile, e-commerce platforms provide easy access to sell and distribute their products efficiently. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The research subjects were village teenagers who had utilized social media and e-commerce in their entrepreneurial activities. The research results show that the use of social media and e-commerce can increase the knowledge and business skills of village teenagers. In addition, they become more motivated to become entrepreneurs because they see larger market opportunities and the financial benefits that can be obtained. Apart from that, this research also found several challenges faced by village teenagers in utilizing social media and e-commerce, such as limited internet access and lack of technical knowledge. However, with the right training and guidance, these challenges can be overcome. Overall, this research concludes that introducing an entrepreneurial spirit through social media and e-commerce is an effective strategy for empowering village youth. This not only improves the local economy but also opens up new opportunities for the young generation in rural areas to develop and compete in the global market.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan bisnis retail di Indonesia pada tahun 2017 menuntut retailer untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah tata letak produk yang strategis dan tepat. Tata letak yang tepat dapat diketahui dari pola perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tampilan interior di Indomaret Teladan Medan terhadap pembelian impulsif konsumennya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Indomaret Teladan Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh tampilan produk terhadap suasana berbelanja dan Impulse Buying konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tampilan produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada Indomaret untuk selalu mengembangkan suasana toko dan tampilan produk agar lebih baik dan tertata. The rapid development of the retail business in Indonesia in 2017 requires retailers to pay attention to factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. One of these factors is a strategic and appropriate product layout. The right layout can be known from consumer behavior patterns. This study aims to determine the effect of interior displays at Indomaret Teladan Medan on impulsive buying of its consumers. The research method used is quantitative research and purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were consumers of Indomaret Teladan Medan. This study aims to explain the effect of product display on shopping atmosphere and Impulse Buying consumers. The results of this study indicate that product display has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying. The implications of this research provide advice to Indomaret to always develop store atmosphere and product displays to be better and more organized.

Abstract

The use of E-Commerce in selling agricultural products has become a breakthrough that can help develop economic potential in villages. This article aims to explore the potential of village teenagers in running agricultural businesses by utilizing e-commerce platforms as a medium for selling agricultural products. The community service method is carried out through training and guidance to village teenagers regarding online selling procedures, product management, marketing, and how to interact with consumers effectively. The results of this community service activity show an increase in teenagers' knowledge and skills in utilizing e-commerce as a marketing medium for agricultural products. Not only that, participation in this activity is also able to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of village youth and provide an understanding of the added value of agricultural products produced in their village. Apart from that, the formation of a collaborative network between village teenagers and business actors in the city is also one of the positive results of this activity. In the future, it is hoped that this community service activity can have a sustainable impact on improving the welfare of village communities, especially village teenagers who are involved in this activity. Thus, the use of e-commerce in selling agricultural products is not only a business opportunity, but also a way to form an independent and creative entrepreneurial spirit in the younger generation in the village

Abstract

Marketing strategies using social media are currently very necessary considering the increasingly developing information technology. The lack of use of social media as promotional media for MSMEs also reduces the existence of these businesses among consumers. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of social media marketing strategies on increasing MSME income. The population in this study were all MSME actors in several villages in Tanjung Morawa District, namely 672 MSMEs with a sample of 20 MSME businesses taken randomly. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire. And the data analysis technique used is to carry out simple regression analysis. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the t value for the social media marketing strategy variable is 4.286 > t table 1.734 and the significant value is 0.005 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus partially the social media marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on increasing MSME income. . The R square value is 0.427 or 42.7%. This means that the social media marketing strategy is able to explain its presence in increasing MSME income by 42.7%, while the remaining 57.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of a community service program focused on optimizing digital marketing through the TikTok platform on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the local area. This program was implemented by involving 20 SMEs who have various types of businesses, such as culinary, handicrafts, and service services. Before the implementation, a survey was conducted to assess the level of participants' understanding of digital marketing, which showed an average understanding result in the range of 2.5 on a scale of 1 to 5. After the program, the post-activity survey showed a significant increase in the average understanding of participants to 4.0. In addition, the average interaction in the content published by participants on social media increased from 20-40 interactions per post to 200-300 interactions. Sales growth reported by participants ranged from 20% to 40%, indicating the success of the program in empowering SMEs to use TikTok as an effective marketing tool. However, challenges related to consistency in creating content and adapting to rapidly changing trends on social media remain identified. Therefore, the need for ongoing support and further training is important to ensure long-term success. The results of this study are expected to provide useful insights for the development of similar programs in the future in supporting local economic growth in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between environmental costs and financial performance in the Islamic finance sector using advanced machine learning techniques. By integrating CSR Expenditure, Energy Consumption, and Carbon Emissions as environmental factors, the research applies Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to predict Retail Banking Revenue, Wholesale Banking Revenue, and Third-Party Funds. The objective is to evaluate how sustainability practices impact financial outcomes, using an innovative approach that combines economic modeling with computer-based prediction. The findings reveal that Gradient Boosting outperforms other models, demonstrating strong predictive accuracy, especially for Third-Party Funds and Wholesale Banking Revenue. XGBoost also provides valuable insights, while ANN struggles with overestimations, indicating the need for further optimization. This research underscores the growing significance of environmental sustainability in shaping financial performance and provides a computational framework for financial institutions and policymakers to assess the impact of green accounting on economic growth.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out to increase the capacity of human resources (HR) and simple accounting-based financial management for MSME actors in Harjosari II. Many micro and small business actors do not have an adequate understanding of financial management and HR management, so they often face various obstacles in running and developing their businesses. Through this activity, the participants were given hands-on training on the importance of systematic financial records and strategies in managing human resources more effectively. The implementation method includes identifying the needs of MSME actors, preparing training materials, implementing training, and evaluating. From the activities that have been carried out, the results show that the majority of participants have increased understanding and awareness in implementing better management practices in finance and HR. Thus, this service is expected to be able to make a real contribution in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME businesses in Harjosari II.
