Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh self efficacy dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Perusahaan Telur Asin di Kabupaten Sragen dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 (seratus) responden. Metodeanalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Uji Instrumen Penelitian yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, Uji Linieritas, Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis), Uji t, Uji F,Koefisien determinasi (R2) Total, Analisis Korelasi, sertaPengaruh Langsung dan Pengaruh Tidak Langsung. Hasil Uji t adalah sebagai berikut : Selfefficacyberpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha; Pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha; Selfefficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha; Pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha; serta Motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Perusahaan Telur Asin. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel selfefficacy, pengetahuan kewirausahaandan motivasi berwirausahasecara bersama-sama mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha Perusahaan Telur Asin. Perusahaan Telur Asin di Kabupaten Sragen dijelaskan oleh selfefficacy, pengetahuan kewirausahaandan minat berwirausaha dengan motivasi berwirausahasebagai variabel intervening sebesar 81,53% dan sisanya sebesar 18,47% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian, misal variabel role model, kepribadian, komunikasi dan lain sebagainya. Hasil analisis jalur diketahui bahwa pengaruh langsung variabel Self Efficacyterhadap MinatBerwirausaha merupakan jalur yang paling dominan dibandingkan jalur yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Peran Nilai Nasabah, Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Word Of Mouth Dan Pengaruhnya Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Nasabah Pada PT. BPR BKK Karangmalang Perseroda Kabupaten Sragen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis jalur, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah pada PT. BPR BKK Karangmalang Perseroda Kabupaten Sragen. Uji t menunjukkan  nilai nasabah dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh  negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tidk signifikan terhadap kepuasan, sedangkan nilai nasabah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap word of mouth, citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kepercayaan berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan sedangkan kepuasan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap word of mouth . Hasil uji secara serempak (Uji F)  menunjukkan bahwa  secara simultan atau bersama-sama bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap word of mouth melalui kepuasan PT. BPR BKK Karangmalang Perseroda Kabupaten Sragen. Nilai R2 square total sebesar 0,9932 yang artinya variabel word of mouth PT. BPR BKK Karangmalang Perseroda Kabupaten Sragen. dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebesar 99.32% dan sisanya sebesar 0,68% dijelaskan faktor lain diluar model penelitian, misalnya brand merk, promosi. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa jalur langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap word of mouth merupakan jalur yang paling dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan word of mouth PT BPR Bank Boyolali

Abstract

Mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris peran strategi bisnis memediasi orientasi pembelajaran, kemampuan manajemen dan dampak work from home pada kinerja perusahaan UMKM di Kabupaten Sragen merupakan tujuan riset ini.  70 pimpinan Perusahaan UMKM bidang Kuliner di Kabupaten Sragen (Perusahaan yang terdata pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM) menjadi populasi dalam riset ini. Sampel dengan metode sensus sebesar 70 pimpinan.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur, Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis. Kemampuan manajemen berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis. Work From Home berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis. Orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kemampuan manajemen berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Work From Home berpengaruh positif  tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Strategi bisnis berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,993  ini berarti bahwa kinerja perusahaan di UMKM di Kabupaten Sragen dijelaskan oleh Orientasi pembelajaran, Kemampuan manajemen, Work From Home dan strategi bisnis sebesar 99,3% dan sisanya 0,7% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh dinamika lingkungan dan orientasi inovasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung Orientasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja merupakan pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan UMKM di Kabupaten Sragen. Adapun variabel strategi bisnis terbukti bukan pemediasi yang efektif dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perdagangan Internasional serta cara memasukinya menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk dipelajari oleh para pelaku bisnis. Pemahaman ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada perusahaan-perusahaan internasional untuk mendirikan dan memperluas operasi-operasi diluar negeri. Untuk dapat ikut serta bersaing dengan produk-produk luar negeri, ada beberapa pilihan yang dapat dipertimbangkan oleh para pelaku bisnis sebagai cara memasuki pasar luar negeri adalah dengan cara Ekspor. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada Bumi Perkemahan Segorogunung. Kegiatan pengabdian adalah metode bimbingan dan penyuluhan yang diberikan oleh narasumber. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of various factors on the work productivity of employees of a motorcycle repair shop in Pacitan Regency. It was conducted quantitatively and involved sending out questionnaires to 30 of the shop's employees. The study was conducted using the Path Analysis and Descriptive Analysis techniques. The investigation results revealed that only the workers' safety and health conditions positively affected their productivity. They also stated that the work experience and occupational health did not affect the systems used by the shop. The study revealed that the direct and indirect effects of the different factors on the work performance of the employees were stronger than those of the information system. The information system could not mediate the effects of employee productivity and safety

Abstract

Sendang Village is one of the villages in the Donorojo District of Pacitan Regency. In addition to having agricultural land and plantations, Sendang village has a beach tourist attraction with high potential for development. Agricultural results are primarily obtained from the yields of plantations and community forestry. One of the commodities utilized by farmers in Sendang is the traditional craft of coconut sap sugar, which has been passed down through generations and remains traditional in both its production process and marketing. The issues faced by coconut sap artisans include the limited yield of harvested sap, the production process still being traditional with the use of large circular blocks, a lack of diverse product processing, and marketing being restricted to local areas with unappealing packaging. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to help solve the problems faced by coconut sap craftsmen in Sendang Village. The program consists of a workshop on the planting patterns of green coconuts as a source of coconut sap, training in simple financial management, and training in the production of processed products from coconut sap in small forms and powdered sugar. After that, it continued with digital marketing training or an introduction to online marketing media, as well as practical exercises using more hygienic and attractive product packaging. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase income through the production of a large quantity of sap, with a variety of products that can penetrate a wider market share through online media and hygienic, practical packaging. Abstract

Introduction: In Indonesia, retinoblastoma is a type of cancer with a high incidence and is the most common cause of death after leukaemia. Early detection of retinoblastoma in children is a health practise that involves identifying or screening for retinoblastoma symptoms in order to avoid consequences. However, a delay in early detection contributes to the high prevalence of disease metastases and negative consequences. This literature review aims to look at the factors affecting parental behaviour in early detection of children with retinoblastoma.Methods: This literature review searched three databases, including Web of Science, PubMed, and Google Scholar, for publications published between 2016 and 2020. The PICOS framework was utilised to set inclusion criteria while reviewing papers. The 14 papers fulfilled the inclusion criteria and. The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal were utilised to assess study quality.Results: The review's findings revealed that parental behaviour in early detection of children with retinoblastoma is influenced by internal and external factors. The internal factors include parents' or caregiver' socioeconomic status, level of education, individual beliefs, and the age at which a child receives his or her initial diagnosis. Then, the examples of external factors include distance, the support of a healthcare provider, and the source of health information.Discussion: Internal and environmental factors influence parental behaviour in the early detection and treatment of retinoblastoma. Early detection of retinoblastoma can be sped up by providing information about early symptoms, time of diagnosis, risk factors, complications, and therapy.

Abstract

The study sought to find out how the reward system and job satisfaction of employees can affect their work. It was conducted in The One-Stop-Investment-and- Integrated-Services-Office (DPMPTSP) in Surakarta City, Indonesia. For the sample selection process, individuals used either census or saturated samples. The study used a combination of statistical methods to analyze the data. It is found that various factors, such as organizational commitment and the reward system, have a significant impact on job satisfaction. It's hard to determine exactly how job satisfaction and the reward system affect an employee's performance, but it can help explain why commitment is associated with better performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of service ability and communication ability on employee productivity, with work commitment as an intermediary variable. The research sample consisted of 115 employees of PT BPR Bank Djoko Tingkir Sragen. This study uses census techniques to obtain data from all members of the population. The data collected through the questionnaire were then analyzed by data analysis techniques such as validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis along with their supporting tests such as the determination coefficient test, f test, t test, and sobel test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that service skills and communication skills have a very important impact on organizational commitment. Service skills, communication skills, and organizational commitment have a very important contribution to employee productivity. The organization's commitment mediates service capabilities and communication skills to employee productivity at PT BPR Bank Djoko Tingkir Sragen.
