Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of human resource management (HRDM) on employee performance at the Grobogan Regency DPRD Secretariat. The independent variables used are recruitment, training, and job evaluation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research approach used is quantitative with a causal associative design. The population of this study includes all employees of the Grobogan Regency DPRD Secretariat totaling 142 people, consisting of 37 ASN and 105 Non-ASN employees, all of which are used as a sample (census). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially, recruitment, training, and job evaluation each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The model's predictive capabilities are very strong, shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.703, which means that 70.3% of employee performance variations can be explained by recruitment, training, and job evaluation.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to evaluate the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance and motivation. The sample that was obtained consisted of 114 workers. According to the findings of the research, the environment of the workplace has a positive and significant impact on the drive to perform one's job. Positive and significant effects on work motivation can be attributed to the presence of work discipline. The environment in which employees work has a significant and beneficial impact on the performance of those employees. The performance of employees is positively impacted by work discipline, however, this impact is not large. Motivation plays a part in mediating the relationship between worker performance work environment and discipline. Abstract

This study aims to understand how individual characteristics play an important role in mediating the relationship between job placement, organizational climate and work effectiveness. In this study, quantitative research methods were used. Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 30 workers. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables positively influence from 1) job placement and organizational climate have an impact on individual characteristic variables. 2) Work placement, organizational climate and individual characteristics have an impact on work effectiveness. 3) The results of this study state that the indirect influence of individual characteristic variables can influence job placement variables and organizational climate and work effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, work environment, and workload on teacher performance at SDIT Nur Hidayah. Teacher performance is considered a crucial factor in determining the quality of education, so understanding the factors that affect it is very important. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is all teachers at SDIT Nur Hidayah which is 68 people, and the sampling technique uses the census method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the three independent variables of career development, work environment, and workload partially had a significant and positive influence on teacher performance. In addition, simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

Sosialisasi penggunaan pembukuan online ini dilaksanakan dengan mitra Toko Grosir Risky Pusat Pasar Medan, pada tanggal 18 Mei 2023 2022 oleh pelaksana PkM STIE Atma Bhakti Surakarta dengan dihadiri 10 orang karyawan toko termasuk pemilik toko. Pendekatan sosialisasi yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan latihan yang dilakukan melalui pengenalan dan pelatihan luring tentang penggunaan aplikasi pembukuan secara online yakni Buku Kas. Kegiatan pelatihan  ini dimaksudkan agar para mitra memperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh tentang pembukuan online baik dari teori dan praktik, dimana mitra dapat sharing langsung dengan pelaksana PkM. Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi ini terjadi peningkatan kapabilitas mitra mengenai pembukuan online ini dan kedepannya dapat digunakan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajemen keuangannya. Kata kunci: Pembukuan Online, Usaha Mikro, Kinerja Manajemen Keuangan

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Talang Kalijirak Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Pada Desa tersebut terdapat Industri Rumahan yang memproduksi Karak. Permasalahan Mitra, produk Karak belum memiliki kemasan yang baik, belum memiliki merek dan label serta belum memanfaatkan media promosi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat membantu mitra mengembangkan atribut produk melalui perbaikan kemasan, pemberian merek dan label serta pembuatan MMT sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan PKM dalam bentuk Latihan Terbimbing satu hari tanggal 26 Maret 2021. Kegiatan PKM telah memberikan manfaat bagi Mitra yaitu perbaikan pada Kemasan Produk dengan bahan plastik yang lebih kuat dan higienis, telah memiliki Merek YU-SI, dan pada label mencantumkan komposisi bahan serta nomor handphone untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam memesan produk. Pembuatan MMT sebagai media promosi diharapkan dapat mendorong minat beli konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan. Kata kunci: Produk, Kemasan, Merek, Label, Promosi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of employee training and Islamic leadership on employee performance, by utilizing the intervening variable of employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative methodology and is causal associative. It is known that this study involved 84 employees as a sample. Proper and trustworthy questionnaires are used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that: Employee performance increases significantly due to the positive and significant influence caused by employee training, Islamic leadership and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction mediates a statistically significant relationship between training, Islamic leadership and performance. Abstract

This research is quantitative research used to see the influence of planning, training and assessment on the effectiveness of performance management. This research sample used 30 respondents, with a saturated sampling technique. The factor variables of this research are planning, training and planning, the affected variable is the effectiveness of performance management. The results of this research found that planning had an influence on performance management of 0.190%, training had an influence on the effectiveness of performance management of 0.457%, assessment had an influence on the effectiveness of performance management of 0.379%. And based on the results of the F test, it shows that the regression model used is appropriate because the research data produces a significant value below 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination also show a value of 53.6%. It can be said that performance planning, performance training and performance appraisal have an influence of 53.6% and the other 46.4% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of ability and work effort on employee performance which is mediated by management support. This type of research applies quantitative descriptive and data collection techniques from questionnaires. The sample was 60 employees of UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, and classic assumption tests, which consist of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. To test the hypothesis, use the Path Analysis and R2 tests using the SPSS Version 25 computer program. Based on the research results, it show that (1) Ability and Work Effort have a positive impact on Employee Performance at UD. Gemah Ripah Pacitan Regency. (2) Ability has a positive impact on management support but work effort does not have a positive impact on management support at UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency. (3) Management Support does not have a positive impact on employee performance at UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency. (4) Ability has a positive impact on performance but work effort does not have a positive impact on performance which is mediated by management support at UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of performance management on work productivity through job satisfaction. The research population is 134 employees of the Grobogan Regency Regional Secretariat. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Using SPSS 26, a wide variety of tests are performed, including validity and reliability tests, hypothesis tests, multiple regression analysis tests, and Sobel tests. Management effectiveness and employee happiness have a positive and statistically significant influence on workplace output. This means that along with the increase in the level of performance management and job satisfaction, employee performance also increases. In the sobel test, it produces a positive and significant influence on performance management on work productivity through job satisfaction.
