Abstract

his research examines existing literature to understand how chatbots, as an automationtool in customer service, influence customer perceptions of the quality of service received.Apart from that, this research also assesses how service quality influenced by the use ofchatbots can increase or decrease customer loyalty. The methods used in this literaturereview include analysis of various empirical and theoretical studies that have been published in the fields of customer service technology and customer relationshipmanagement. The review results show that the effective use of chatbots can increaseefficiency and customer satisfaction, which in turn contributes positively to customerloyalty. However, several challenges must be overcome to ensure chatbots can providehigh-quality service.

Abstract

Peningkatan daya saing produk teh di pasar ekspor membutuhkan pemahaman yang baik tentang manajemen pemasaran bagi para petani. Artikel ini menguraikan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pengenalan manajemen pemasaran kepada petani teh di Desa Segoro Gunung, Kecamatan Ngargoyoso, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pelatihan difokuskan pada aspek segmentasi pasar, positioning produk, branding, dan komunikasi pemasaran, untuk mendukung strategi pemasaran teh yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan petani dalam merancang strategi pemasaran, serta pembentukan kelompok tani yang mulai mengelola pemasaran secara kolektif. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat langsung dalam memperkuat posisi produk teh lokal di pasar ekspor dan mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan petani.Kata Kunci : manajemen pemasaran, petani teh, pemasaran ekspor, pengabdian masyarakat, branding produk

Abstract

Desa Ngijo Kecamatan Tasikmadu Kabupaten Karanganyar memiliki berbagai potensi salah satunya usaha di bidang industri makanan ringan (snack). Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu belum memiliki kapabilitas pemasaran yang memadai terutama kurangnya inovasi, baik inovasi produk, inovasi promosi, dan inovasi distribusi. Kegiatan Pengabdiaan Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial Perguruan Tinggi STIE Atma Bhakti Surakarta melalui kegiatan penyuluhan kepada mitra mengenai pengembangan strategi pemasaran dengan harapan agar mitra di Desa Ngijo dapat berkembang dan berekspansi ke usaha yang berskala lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah dan sharing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan Observasi Lapangan, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, dan Penyusunan Laporan. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan dan sharing, para mitra telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan yang semakin baik mengenai strategi memasarkan produk makanan ringan melalui bauran pemasaran 5P yaitu produk, harga, promosi, distribusi, dan pelayanan. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan akan banyak membantu persoalan pemasaran yang dihadapi mitra (Kelompok Wanita Tani) di desa Ngijo terutama dalam memasarkan dan menjual produksinya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work creativity and work discipline on team performance at Royal W.O. The population of this study is the Royal W.O team which is 50 people. The sample of this study is 50 samples, with census sampling technique. This study is a quantitative research with multiple regression analysis techniques. From the results of hypothesis testing, there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on team performance. Workplace innovation has a favorable and statistically significant effect on group output, according to the second hypothesis test. Results from the third hypothesis test showing that work discipline has a positive and statistically significant effect on team performance. From what we can tell from the tests, the determination coefficient is 0.858. In other words, the study model explains 86% of the variance in team performance factors due to differences in work environment, work inventiveness, and work discipline, while other variables account for the remaining 14%.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of personal, social, and motivational factors on the purchase of accessories for speed motorcycles. It was conducted through a survey that was filled out by 100 Aspeed motorcycle buyers. The hypothesis was examined using the SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results revealed that social factors and motivational factors had a significant influence on the purchase decisions of individuals when it comes to buying accessories for speed motorcycles. On the other hand, personal factors and motivation had a positive and significant influence on the decisions of the buyers. According to the R Square value of 0.677, social, motivational, and personal factors account for 67.7% of the purchase choice variables. On the other hand, other variables explain 31.3%. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of various factors, such as leadership and educational background, on employee performance. Through a quantitative research design, the study will be able to provide a definitive answer. The data collected for the study came from questionnaires sent out to 104 employees of BKK Grobogan regency. The subjects for the study were selected through the Slovin formula, and the results indicated that certain factors, such as intellectual capital, leadership, and educational background, had a positive impact on employee performance. The educational background of the subjects was also positively related to intellectual capital. In addition, leadership gender was associated with a positive impact on the performance of the employees. Keywords : leadership, educational background, employee performance

Abstract

The development of technology can support business advancement. Adopting marketing technology makes business production more efficient, so profits are optimal. This study aims to examine the implementation of marketing technology and its impact on the profits of batik MSMEs in Kauman Batik Village. Given that the COVID-19 pandemic crisis is over, the impact on MSMEs has not fully recovered. The analysis uses linear regression with cross-sectional data and accidental sampling techniques. The results show that the adoption of marketing technology, business capital, length of business, number of workers, and business location have a significant positive effect on batik profits. Therefore, it is recommended that business actors can improve the quality of human resources (HR) as workers in implementing marketing technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of teacher training and workload on teacher performance moderated by work discipline within the Coordinator of PAUD Dikdas and LS of Wonosegoro District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Quantitative method is defined as research in the form of information or explanations expressed by numbers or numbers which are then analyzed using statistical calculations, from these statistical calculations can describe an object that can be presented in the form of tables or graphs. This study uses the SEM analysis method with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the help of Smartpls 3.0. Meanwhile, the population in this study is all educators (teachers) within the Coordinator of PAUD Dikdas and LS Wonosegoro District, which is 256 people. This study used a questionnaire. From the tests that have been carried out, the direct test results of teacher training and workload have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In the moderation test, work discipline cannot moderate teacher training and workload on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, employee involvement, and organizational support on employee performance at PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The quantitative approach was used by a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to all 180 employees of PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the structural model analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, organizational support also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This model is able to explain 72.6% variation in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Finance Agency (BKD) of Boyolali Regency. This quantitative research uses a census approach by involving the entire population of Boyolali BKD employees totaling 110 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-5 and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that work ethic, work environment, and organizational culture significantly and positively affect employee performance. Based on these findings, it is concluded that these three variables are important factors in improving employee performance at BKD Boyolali. Therefore, it is recommended to all employees to continue to strengthen their work ethic, create a conducive work environment, and internalize a positive organizational culture to achieve optimal performance.
