Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Islamic Destination Attributes play an essential role in influencing Muslim travelers' interests. This study analyses IAD by comparing Indonesia and Malaysia's current Islamic hotel policies. It was found that there are four dimensions of IAD, namely Worship Facilities, Islamic Facilities, General Islamic Facilities, and Halal Food, which are in accordance with Fatwa Number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 fifth article and MS 2610 2015 fourth and fifth articles. IAD is essential for Muslim hotel customer satisfaction. Both policies have fulfilled these four criteria. This study can contribute to academics and researchers in developing a more profound IAD theory. Although limited to the Islamic hotel sector, IAD studies can develop in other sectors with the same policy, such as travel agencies or tour guides.

Abstract

Although courses on multiculturalism and tolerance have emerged at state Islamic religious universities, to date, no state Islamic university has accepted non-Muslim students. In contrast, private Islamic religious universities, particularly Muhammadiyah universities, accept non-Muslim students. In fact, more than 60% of Muhammadiyah universities in eastern Indonesia have non-Muslim students. The urgency of this research is a critical analysis of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) education for non-Muslims at UM Palopo. The purpose of this research is to discover the concept of multicultural AIK expressed by 20 non-Muslim students at UM Palopo in religion classes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with non-Muslim students at UM Palopo as informants. The results show that the expression of multicultural religiosity among non-Muslim students at Muhammadiyah universities is very different from the multicultural concepts in studies of religious scriptures as they have developed so far. Non-Muslim students: Christians are becoming more Christian and Catholic students are becoming more devout in church, likewise Muslims are becoming more devout in worship. The findings of this study complement the theory of Christian Muhammadiyah (Krismuha) which has successfully managed multiculturalism in Papua.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the employment agreement between PT Sunwoo Garment Indonesia and its workers is based on Law Number 6 of 2023 and review the extent to which the employment agreement brings welfare to the workers. This research includes a literature study with an empirical juridical method in which primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources are used. As a result, the employment agreement is an important thing that PT Sunwoo Garment Indonesia pays attention to. The employment contract they have is made based on the applicable legislation. It's just that currently the employment agreement is still based on the old law and has not been updated to follow the new law because it is still waiting for a circular letter from the government. The existing work agreements have generally been able to provide welfare for the workers, such as wage increases every year, compensation, severance pay, benefits, and working leave. However, in terms of reimbursement of working leave, the company has not yet fulfilled it. Even though the workers have felt sufficient with the wages given, the company is still obliged to pay the workers' rights so that workers' welfare can be truly achieved.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of AI in medical services in Indonesia from a medicolegal perspective, highlighting the urgent need for the development of a robust legal and ethical framework to ensure responsible and safe use of AI while protecting patients' rights and privacy. The problem of the research is to analyze how medical ethics and the positive law in Indonesia regulate the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as medical assistance for doctors in medical services. This research employed a combination of the normative juridical approach method and the conceptual analysis approach. Results found that AI regulations in Indonesia are still in the developmental stages and lack specificity. Thus, in cases of errors in AI usage, the legal responsibility remains with the doctors who employed this technology as a tool. This underscores the importance of stringent oversight and the development of more detailed regulations as AI adoption in the medical sector in Indonesia continues to grow.
