Abstract

Banyak gangguan keselamatan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan ketertiban lalu lintas yang ditimbulkan Siswa dengan perilaku pelanggaran lalu lintas. Pendidikan keselamatan jalan diperlukan supaya Siswa SMK atau Sederajat meningkatkan kesadaran berlalu lintas yang selamat dan aman. Penyuluhan berupa sosialisasi diperlukan Siswa tentang keselamatan dan regulasi lalu lintas yang berlaku. Kegiatan tersebut terselenggara di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon dengan 3 aspek materi yaitu jalan, rambu lalu lintas, dan marka jalan. 3 tahapan pelaksanaan penyuluhan meliputi identifikasi, penyuluhan, dan evaluasi. Partisipan sebanyak 94 (36 OSIS dan 58 PKS). Penyuluhan mengindentifikasi kebutuhan dari perlengkapan, alat peraga atau praktikum, media, dan ruangan. Pemahaman keselamatan berlulintas pada 3 aspek diatas 81% menjadi perwujudan dasar kehidupan di sekolah, rumah, dan lingkungan. Evaluasi hasil akhir seluruh aspek ada direntang 51-75 termasuk kategori Cukup Baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeselamatan merupakan faktor utama dalam berkendara guna mengurangi tingginya angka kemacetan bahkan resiko kecelakaan. Keselamatan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dengan potensi bahaya yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keselamatan pengendara dan kesigapan pengendara terhadap kecepatan berkendara. Salah satu faktor potensi bahaya yaitu dengan adanya defisiensi terhadap perlengkapan jalan yang tidak mendukung/sudah rusak/sudah tidak laik. Penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui faktor adanya potensi bahaya pada ruas jalan Ujungrusi dan Prof.Moh.Yamin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan nilai pembobotan dan Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) untuk perlengkapan jalan. Berdasarkan hasil Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) masih terdapat beberapa adanya hambatan samping yang dapat mengganggu dan perlengkapan jalan yang tidak layak.  Kata kunci: Keselamatan, Potensi Bahaya, HIRARC, Perlengkapan Jalan

Abstract

Abstract               Inadequate road infrastructure will affect the safety of road users. So it is necessary to have road conditions that meet regulatory standards. This supervision is carried out to manage road assets for safety. Surveillance is carried out along Jalan Yonif 407-Tugu 0 KM Slawi II. This research aims to present the results of quantitative and qualitative surveys based on measurements of safety deficiencies in the field so that they can become a reference for making improvements. Data and information collection as well as inventory of existing data is then carried out on the data and by comparing using standards according to existing regulations and standards. The survey results obtained data on road equipment, IRI values, volume, speed and degree of saturation. and the condition of existing road equipment, as well as the 85th percentile speed. From the analysis results obtained, road conditions still have many deficiencies. The road equipment on this road is still incomplete and many road equipment are damaged. The condition of the road surface is still in the good category, it's just that there are several road sections that have lots of patches, cracks and holes. Level of services C which means stable flow but vehicle movement is controlled by a higher traffic volume with a speed of at least 60 km/h, moderate traffic density and increased internal traffic resistance, drivers have limitations in choosing speed, changing lanes or overtaking. Therefore, improvements are needed to create road safety. Keywords—volume, safety, road equipment

Abstract

Road safety is a crucial aspect that must be prioritized when planning a transportation system. In 2023, Magelang Regency recorded 1,016 accident cases, resulting in 154 fatalities. One of the contributing factors to these accidents is road conditions. The Magelang-Purworejo Provincial Road faces significant challenges, particularly due to its steep and lengthy descents, which are a major cause of accidents. Drivers, especially those operating heavy-loaded vehicles, often struggle to control their speed on sharp declines, especially during slippery or rainy conditions. This study aims to identify potential hazards on the Magelang-Purworejo Provincial Road to reduce the risk of accidents and fatalities caused by road hazards. Using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) method, the safety inspection analysis for the Magelang-Purworejo Road—a primary collector road with a provincial status and a 2/2 UD type—revealed several key hazards, including uneven shoulder height, road damage, obstructed traffic signs, and limited visibility. Based on the risk assessment, 18% of hazards are categorized as low level, 76% as moderate, and 6% as high, with major consequences accounting for 24%, and the highest likelihood of accidents reaching 41%. Improvement recommendations have been proposed to mitigate these risks and enhance the safety of road users.

Abstract

The Ciceri intersection is in a densely populated urban area characterized by heavy traffic, particularly motorbikes. This is due to the nearby educational institutions, shops, offices, and a shopping center. The intersection faces numerous traffic conflicts, including crowded vehicle queues, irregular queuing by motorbikes, and improper lane usage by two- and four-wheeled vehicles. The phase setting of traffic signaling devices (APILL) at the Ciceri intersection has been implemented but has not solved the problem. This research aims to analyze the use of RHK to improve the performance of the Ciceri intersection using the Vissim model. The method is to test or simulate various RHK models at the research location. The results obtained can be applied to the RHK at two intersection legs, namely east and west, with a box-type RHK measuring 8m long and 2 x 3.5m wide, increasing the level of Service (LOS) from E to F. The results show a reduction in queues of 5.64 m and delays of 1.52 seconds on the north leg, as well as a reduction in queues of 7.85 m and a delay of 13.48 seconds on the south leg. These results show that RHK can effectively improve the performance of intersections with high traffic volumes without the need to increase physical road capacity.

Abstract

Keberadaan PKL seringkali terabaikan dalam penataan ruang di suatu wilayah. Padahal PKL sendiri memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat. Daerah Pokanjari merupakan salah satu daerah yang mempunyai jumlah PKL relatif banyak. Hal ini disebabkan posisi sebagai salah satu daerah tujuan wisata kuliner di kota Tegal. Banyak kasus yang mendasari mengenai keberadaan PKL terhadap fungsi tata ruang kota. Di satu sisi, para PKL tetap ingin menjalankan usahanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari- hari dan menunjang perekonomian daerah, tetapi di sisi lain perlu adanya perwujudan penataan fungsi tata ruang kota yang memperhatikan aspek lingkungan secara optimal. Urgensi dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti ingin memberikan gambaran keadaan kawasan kuliner yang masih berisikan pedagang kaki lima yang berserakan dan juga penataan Kawasan, arus lalu lintas serta ruang parkir. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana data-data yang terkumpul dianalisis untuk kemudian diperiksa kesesuaian terhadap kaidah-kaidah teknis. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap kondisi eksisting di dapatkan Pola penataan pedagang kaki lima yang digunakan yaitu sitem zona, sentral wisata dan budaya dengan menerapkan tema kearifan budaya lokal dan penerapan arus satu arah kendaraan yang melalui Jalan Gajah Mada dan Jalan Veteran yang nantinya akan dipertemukan di persimpangan sebagai titik keluar kendaraan serta ruang parkir.

Abstract

Road safety audits are an effort to improve safety and prevent traffic accidents. The implementation of the audit can be carried out by the survey method directly in the field and can use the Hawkeye car to get the International Roughness Index (IRI) value. The results of this study show that the condition of the road on the Kepandean Highway section with the IRI value of the route from the direction of SMPN 1 Dukuhturi is 6.5 while the IRI value of the route to SMPN 1 Dukuhturi is 6.3 so that it can be concluded that the road is in the medium category (not good) and requires periodic repair and maintenance efforts

Abstract

Jalan Sultan Hasanudin – KH. Abdul Ghoni, which is located in Tegal City, Central Java, is a road with a secondary local function which is an alternative way to get to primary roads. By being an alternative road, this road section must meet adequate road safety standards. To improve traffic safety, it is necessary to carry out a road safety audit. This research aims to see the level of road safety in Tegal City, specifically on the Jalan Sultan Hasanudin - Jalan KH section. Abdul Ghoni. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative obtained from the Hawkeye survey and processed using the Hawkeye processing toolkit software to analyze the data. The research results show that the Sultan Hasanudin – KH. Abdul Ghoni, in the aspect of road equipment facilities, there are 7 road equipment facilities in a damaged condition, in the aspect of the level of road unevenness in the medium category it has a percentage of 45% of the total length of the section, and for the aspect of the transverse slope on the Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin – KH. Abdul Ghoni has not met the standard for the transverse slope of asphalt pavement. Improved safety on the Jl. Sultan Hasanudin carried out further handling and improvements to road equipment and road pavement facilities, so that the Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin – KH. Abdul Ghoni does not have the potential to cause traffic accidents due to deficiencies in road infrastructure or dangerous road conditions.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo di Kota Tegal merupakan jalan nasional dengan tingkat mobilitas tinggi yang memiliki karakteristik lalu lintas kompleks dan potensi konflik yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya keselamatan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan tersebut dengan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). Metode ini menilai risiko berdasarkan kombinasi tingkat keparahan (severity) dan kemungkinan kejadian (likelihood), yang dikembangkan melalui observasi lapangan, audit keselamatan jalan, dan analisis risiko. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat 13 potensi bahaya, dengan 2 di antaranya (15,4%) tergolong risiko tinggi, 7 potensi bahaya (53,8%) risiko sedang, dan 4 lainnya (30,8%) risiko rendah. Potensi bahaya paling tinggi ditemukan pada akses simpang tanpa rambu dan akses jalan yang terhalang pohon. Mayoritas potensi bahaya memiliki frekuensi kejadian tinggi, meskipun tingkat keparahannya tergolong ringan. Rekomendasi atau upaya penanganan yang diusulkan untuk memenuhi standar pada ruas jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Kota Tegal mengacu pada standar keselamatan jalan dan prinsip identifikasi bahaya serta pengendalian risiko (berdasarkan metode HIRA dan rujukan regulasi seperti RUNK & Inpres No. 4 Tahun 2013).
