Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menggambarkan dan memaknai peran pamong dan sekolah dalam pelaksanaan sistem among, (2) mengungkap dan menggambarkan ken­dala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan sistem among di SD Taman Muda Jetis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari studi literatur dan dari kepala sekolah, guru serta siswa di SD Taman Muda Jetis. Teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif Milles & Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil pe­ne­­­litian diperoleh sebagai berikut. (1) Pembelajaran yang pamong lakukan mengedepankan kemerdekaan dan pemberian pemaknaan kepada anak didik agar menimbulkan kesadaran dari dalam diri anak didik, selain itu melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, pengajaran, dan jika terpaksa memberikan hukuman yang mendidik namun setelah memberikan teguran dan nasi­hat. Pihak sekolah berperan aktif untuk senantiasa mengingatkan dan mengawasi pamong dalam melaksanakan sistem among tersebut. Sekolah juga melaksanakan pelatihan kepada pamong perihal konsep pendidikan dari Ki Hadjar Dewantara. (2) Kendala pelak­sa­naan sistem among yaitu berasal dari kurikulum, kualitas pamong, serta fasilitas fisik seko­lah yang masih belum memadai.Kata Kunci:Sistem Among

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui program apa saja yang dapat mewujudkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) unggul era 4.0 dan untuk membuat kerangka konseptual baru dalam manajemen pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan era 4.0. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan mapping review.  Proses literature review ini dilakukan dengan cara mencari artikel yang relevan, mengevaluasi dengan cara ekstraksi, menganalisis, dan selanjutnya mensintesis. Database yang digunakan dalam pencarian referensi menggunakan JSTOR dan Springer Link. Hasil dari literature review ini adalah bahwa program-program pendidikan yang menunjang adanya revolusi industri 4.0 berkaitan dengan digital transformation pada aspek-aspek manajemen pendidikan. Kerangka konseptual yang dibuat berkaitan dengan aspek manajemen yang meliputi SDM, Kurikulum, Pembelajaran, Pembiayaan, Sarana Prasarana, Humas, dan Kompetensi Lulusan.AbstractThe purpose of this article writing is to find out what programs can realize superior human resources (HR) of 4.0 era and to create a new conceptual framework in education management that can improve the quality of education in the 4.0 era. This article was written using the literature review method with a mapping review approach. The literature review process was carried out by finding relevant articles, evaluating them by extracting, analyzing, and then synthesizing. The database used in searching references was JSTOR and Springer Link. The results of this review literature are that educational programs that support the 4.0 industrial revolution are related to digital transformation in aspects of educational management. The conceptual framework created is related to management aspects which include HR, Curriculum, Learning, Financing, Infrastructure Facilities, Public Relations, and Graduates' Competencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about ethnomatematics learning among students majoring in mathematics education at Yogyakarta State University, as well as to what extent students' understanding, especially in applying ethno-mathematics in a learning process in the classroom. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of case study, the object of research was one class of mathematics education students at Yogyakarta State University consisting of 31 students. The results of the study provide information that students understand ethnomatematics but are still constrained by the implementation of learning. Students are constrained in preparing lesson plans and teaching materials where they are still unable to integrate cultural material into the mathematics material.

Abstract

The lesson plan serves as an essential learning guide in the learning implementation. To improve the learning quality, lesson plans are generally developed based on some particular learning models, strategies, media, materials, and philosophies. Ethnomathematics is a recently developed learning model, and thus the development of ethnomathematics-based lesson plans to introduce and encourage cultural awareness is still not widely practiced. This research aims to reveal students' problems and difficulties in preparing ethnomathematics-based lesson plans, and the characteristics of lesson plans related to ethnomathematics. The experience of 10 students of the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) about the difficulties in creating an ethnomathematics-based lesson plan is used as a case study. The in-depth interviews revealed the following difficulties of these students in preparing a lesson plan: syntax, methods, and models, with the extent to which ethnomathematics should be presented in the lesson plan being the most essential problem.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kalender numerasi membuat siswa lebih tertarik dan aktif dalam belajar matematika, serta membantu mereka memahami konsep-konsep matematika secara lebih konkret dan menyenangkan. Meskipun ada tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan adaptasi siswa, penggunaan kalender numerasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan matematika siswa dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih dinamis dan interaktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta menjelaskan media game poki.com arithmetika dalam peningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di SDN Benua Anyar 3, Banjarmasin, melibatkan guru wali kelas dan siswa kelas 5 sebagai subjek penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media game arithmetika dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru, seperti pemberian penghargaan dan kompetisi kecil, juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan semangat siswa. Meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, solusi yang diusulkan termasuk penyediaan perangkat yang memadai dan panduan bagi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan media game dalam pembelajaran matematika tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi tetapi juga membantu peserta didik memahami materi dengan lebih baik, menjadikannya efektif dan menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media interaktif berbasis PowerPoint terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada materi perkalian. Media ini memungkinkan penyampaian materi menjadi lebih interaktif melalui integrasi teks, grafik, animasi, suara, dan video. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru dan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema terkait media PowerPoint. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa PowerPoint mampu meningkatkan perhatian dan antusiasme siswa, terutama pada konsep-konsep abstrak seperti perkalian. Motivasi belajar yang meningkat dipengaruhi oleh daya tarik visual dan penyajian materi yang mendukung siswa dalam memahami materi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan media pembelajaran matematika interaktif berbasis PowerPoint terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada materi perkalian kelas 3 SD.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of mastering basic multiplication and division concepts on the mathematics achievement of elementary school students. Using a qualitative approach in the form of a case study, the research was conducted at SDN Teluk Dalam 12 through observations and interviews involving 5th-grade students. The findings indicate that students faced significant difficulties in understanding and applying these fundamental operations, leading them to rely on multiplication tables and resulting in low academic performance. This study highlights the importance of innovative and interactive teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding and support their cognitive development. Collaboration among teachers, parents, and the school environment is crucial in overcoming these challenges and improving mathematics learning outcomes

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure in schools are highly valued because they are key supporting factors in supporting an effective, efficient, and high-quality learning process. Without adequate facilities and infrastructure, educational goals are difficult to achieve optimally. Therefore, their provision must be a top priority in school management and education policy. The purpose of this study is to explore the planning of educational infrastructure. The method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews to school principals and teachers. The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Prambanan. The analysis was conducted with the help of Atlas.ti software version 23. The results of the study showed that the planning of infrastructure facilities in elementary schools includes needs analysis, budget allocation, procurement based on priorities, maintenance, and demolition. This research recommendation is addressed to all elementary schools as part of being able to develop infrastructure facilities based on needs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of AI as a reflective partner to empower teachers in implementing deep learning pedagogy. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) with a PRISMA approach. Data was obtained through article searches in the SpringerLink database using relevant keywords, then filtered based on methodological quality, topic suitability, and publication completeness. A total of 21 selected articles were qualitatively analyzed using Atlas.ti version 24 software to identify codes, categories, and research concept maps. The analysis results revealed five main themes of AI’s role in deep learning pedagogy: (1) AI-Supported Deep Learning Lesson Design, which supports teachers in designing objectives, content, and anticipating learning barriers; (2) AI in Orchestrating Deep Learning Processes, which organizes classroom dynamics through inquiry prompts, multi-representation of concepts, and real-time formative feedback; (3) AI-Augmented Deep Learning Assessment, which strengthens authentic assessment through multi-level rubrics, evidence-based performance analysis, and verification of learning processes; (4) AI-Driven Reflective Teaching Practices, which facilitates data-driven reflection, action planning, and knowledge curation for professional development; and (5) Ethical and Contextual AI Integration, which emphasizes the importance of local context, ethical awareness, and data protection. Based on the findings, it is recommended that teachers receive practice-based training that not only focuses on technical skills but also on integrating AI into deep learning pedagogy principles.
