Abstract

Purpose: The specific objective to be achieved in this service activity is to assist MSMEs in Simpang Sender Village e in strengthening business legality, so as to increase competitiveness. Methodology: The method used as an approach to implementing community service is service and assistance in meeting needs through service assistance and education. The series of methods used consisted of lectures, demonstrations, and mentoring. Results: The implementation of community service activities in Simpang Sender Village received high enthusiasm from MSME players and involved support from the Village Head, community participation, enthusiasm of the participants, and assistance by the service team. On the other hand, the obstacles in this activity involve limited training time and distance, as well as obstacles in training follow-up. The positive impact of this activity involves increased knowledge about ICT-Based Business Legality, increased interest in entrepreneurship, and a forum for marketing products through Digital Marketing. Conclusions: The management training provided for MSMEs has had a positive impact. The training has successfully improved the entrepreneurs' ability to develop business plans and management strategies. It is hoped that the knowledge and experience shared by the speakers and the service team during the training will serve as a strategic guide for entrepreneurs in formulating business plans as a foundation for business development. Limitation: This research only focuses on Community Service (PKM) participants in the form of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Simpang Sender Village, Buay Pematang Sub-district, Ranau Tengah Regency, OKU Selatan. Contribution: Contribute in the form of knowledge and experience to MSME actors in accordance with their fields of competence. Knowledge such as marketing their products through various digital platforms, such as social media, marketplaces, websites, emails, and forums.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work experience on the quality of work of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang employees. The population of this study were all permanent employees of muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The research sample was 80 respondents taken by all of the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The data studied were questionnaires for Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang employees.method used quantitative method. Based on research results 1) based on the t-test of the work experience variabel there is a significan effeck of 0.000 <0,05 be finish that there’s significant impact on the experience variable. Work on the quality of work 2) based on the t-test of the internal work environment, it has a significant effect of 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be concluded partially that is a significant influence between the internal work environment variables on the quality of work. Based on the F test, the variables of work experience and internal work environment have a significant effect of 0.000< 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of work experience and internal work environment together on the work quality of muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang employees. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui Pengalaman Kerja serta Lingkungan Kerja Internal terhadap Kualitas Kerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang Populasi dari penelitian seluruh pegawai tetap Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Sampel peneliti berjumlah 80 responden diambil seluruh pegawai Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode dipergunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1) berdasarkan uji t variabel Pengalaman Kerja terhadap pengaruh efek sig0,000 < 0,05, maka secara persial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kualitas Kerja. 2) berdasarkan uji t Lingkungan Kerja Internal mendapatkan pengaruh signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara persial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Internal ke Kualitas Kerja. Berdasar uji F Pengalaman Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Internal mendapatkan pengaruh sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja serta Lingkungan Kerja Internal secara bersama-sama terhadap Kualitas Kerja pegawa Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Adanya Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Internal secara bersama-sama terhadap Kualitas Kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Abstract

Permasalahan sekaligus tantangan pembangunan yang dihadapi pemerintah pusat dan daerah pada saat ini adalah kemiskinan, pengangguran dan kesenjangan. Pembangunan didaerah adalah salah satu solusi untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut.  Sehingga pemerintah mendorong siswa SMA sebagai penerus bangsa bisa menjadi pelaku UMKM. Siswa SMA diharapkan mempunyai pengetahuan tentang enterpreneurship sebagai strategi kemandirian di usia muda. Hasil angket yang dilakukan di SMA NEGERI  SUMSEL sebesar 96% mereka tertarik dengan entrepreneur agar bisa mandiri di usia muda.  Kata Kunci : Siswa, UMKM, Entrepreneur

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes how entrepreneurial and market orientation affect MSME performance in Palembang, emphasizing the role of competitive advantage as a moderating variable. Research Methodology: This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques through interviews with micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners and direct observation of the research object. The research population consists of 151 MSME entrepreneurs who live in Palembang. Results: The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a negative effect on performance. Testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of the value obtained a coefficient value of -0.090 with a p-valSSue of 0.008 <0.005, indicating that there is a significant influence, but no relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and the performance of food and beverage providers, and vice versa. Testing the effect of market orientation on the performance of Palembang city umkm through competitive advantage as a moderating variable with a coefficient value of 5.55 and a p-value of 0.00 <0.05 means strengthening the relationship between performance through competitive advantage as a moderating variable. Testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Palembang city umkm through competitive advantage as a moderating variable with a coefficient value of 2.37 and a p-value of 0.00 <0.05 means strengthening the relationship between performance through competitive advantage as a moderating variable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh motivasi dan diklat terhadap prestasi pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir melalui variabel motivasi (x1), diklat (x2) dan prestasi (y). Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif berdasarakan pengumpulan data dan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan 40 sampel pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan secara simulan variabel motivasi dan diklat secara bersama sama berpengaruh secara siginitifkan terhadap prestasi pegawai dilihat dari hasil uji F Hitung> F Tabel yaitu 7,682 > 3,25 dan signitifkan < 0,005 yaitu (0,002 < 0,005).Hasil uji parsial analisis regresi variabel motivasi (x1) diperoleh thitung sebesar 0,331 < ttabel 2,026 artinya Ho diterima, dan nilai siginitifkan > 0,05 yaitu 0,743 > 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa motivasi secara parsial dan signitifkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi pegawai sedangkan hasil uji parsial analisis regresi variabel diklat (x2) diperoleh diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,368 > ttabel 2,026 artinya Ho ditolak, dan nilai siginitifkan < 0,05 yaitu 0,02 < 0,05 bahwa diklat secara parsial dan signitifkan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi pegawai pegawai yaitu sebesar 0,631 atau 63%. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Diklat, dan Prestasi ABSTRACT This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of motivation and training on employee performance at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Office of Ogan Ilir through the variables of motivation (x1), education and training (x2) and achievement (y). This study uses a quantitative method based on data collection and questionnaire distribution using 40 samples of employees. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS application. The results of the hypothesis test concluded that the motivation and training variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the results of the F Count> F Table is 7.682 > 3.25 and significant < 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005).The results of the partial test of the regression analysis of the motivation variable (x1) obtained tcount of 0.331 < ttable 2.026 meaning Ho is accepted, and the significant value> 0.05 is 0.743> 0.05, it is concluded that motivation partially and significantly has no effect on employee performance while the results of the partial test Regression analysis of the training variable (x2) was obtained that tcount was 3.368 > ttable 2.026, meaning that Ho was rejected, and the significant value <0.05 was 0.02 <0.05, that the training partially and significantly affected the performance of the employees, which was 0.631 or 63%. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Harga dan Digital Marketing terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada Produk MM Store di Tugu Mulyo, Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada Responden. Hasil Uji t menunjukan ada pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan nilai signifikan 0,05 (0,002 < 0,5) yang artinya secara Parsial Harga mempengaruhi Minat beli Konsumen. sedangkan Digital Marketing dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001<0,05 artinya secara parsial digital marketing mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. dari hasil pembahsan uji f secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,5 artinnya Ho ditoak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga dan digital marketing terhadap Minat beli konsumen pada produk MM Store di tugu mulyo Ogan Komering Ilir.   Kata Kunci: Harga, Digital Marketing, Minat Beli Konsumen.     ABSTRACT   This research aims to analyze the influence of price and digital marketing on consumer purchase interest in MM Store products in Tugu Mulyo, Ogan Komering Ilir. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The t-test results show that price influences consumer purchase intention with a significant value of 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), meaning that price partially affects consumer purchase intention. Meanwhile, digital marketing has a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that digital marketing partially affects consumer purchase intention. The results of the F-test analysis show a simultaneous significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of price and digital marketing on consumer purchase intention towards MM Store products in Tugu Mulyo, Ogan Komering Ilir.   Keywords : Price, Digital Marketing, Consumer Purchase Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kementerian Agama di Palembang. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan disiplin yang efektif adalah dua elemen penting yang memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas Kerja karyawan di tempat kerja. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Pengumpulan data melibatkan pembagian kuesioner kepada 51 karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Kementerian Agama di Palembang. Analisis data mencakup pemanfaatan regresi linier berganda untuk memastikan dampak setiap variabel independen pada variabel dependen. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, disiplin kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara kolektif, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berkontribusi pada 65% dari varians dalam kinerja karyawan, dengan persentase sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang belum dijelajahi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan lingkungan kerja, seperti perbaikan tata letak spasial, pencahayaan, dan kualitas udara, ditambah dengan penegakan disiplin kerja yang konsisten, dapat mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan di Kantor Kementerian Agama di Palembang. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya manajemen organisasi untuk memprioritaskan pengembangan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan peningkatan disiplin kerja untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, Kantor Kementerian Agama Palembang.   ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the impact of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office in Palembang. A conducive work environment and effective discipline are two important elements that have the potential to increase employee work productivity in the workplace. The methodology used in this study is quantitative, using a correlational descriptive approach. The data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 51 employees working at the Ministry of Religion Office in Palembang. Data analysis includes the use of multiple linear regression to ascertain the impact of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings of the study reveal a positive and significant relationship between the work environment and employee performance. Similarly, work discipline shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Collectively, work environment and work discipline contribute to 65% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining percentage influenced by factors that have not yet been explored. Research shows that improved work environments, such as improvements in spatial layout, lighting, and air quality, coupled with consistent enforcement of work discipline, can lead to improved employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Palembang. The practical implications of this study underscore the need for organizational management to prioritize the development of a conducive work environment and the improvement of work discipline to achieve optimal performance. hubungan antar karyawan. Gaji karyawan dan kinerja karyawan merupakan beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab konflik kerja. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaji karyawan dan kinerja karyawan terhadap konflik kerja di PT. Melania Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan PT. Melania Indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaji karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konflik kerja, yang berarti semakin tinggi gaji karyawan, tingkat konflik kerja cenderung menurun. Sedangkan, kinerja karyawan juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konflik kerja, yang berarti peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat mengurangi konflik kerja. Secara simultan, gaji karyawan dan kinerja karyawan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap konflik kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 65%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the quality of tax knowledge, the application of tax sanctions, and the level of individual awareness on public compliance in fulfilling their obligations to pay taxes on land and buildings in the city of Palembang. The focus of the respondents in this study is taxpayers residing in Seberang Ulu I District, totaling 1,370 people. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, with respondents selected using random sampling without stratification, resulting in 93 participants. The analytical techniques used include quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression testing. In this study, the independent variables consist of tax literacy, penalties for tax violations, and fiscal awareness, while the level of compliance in paying taxes serves as the dependent variable. Partial testing indicates that neither tax literacy nor tax awareness has a strong relationship with compliance behavior. However, in the combined analysis, the three variables collectively had a significant influence on fiscal compliance behavior. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference by government agencies in improving the quality of tax services to build taxpayer satisfaction and trust, particularly in the city of Palembang

Abstract

Global changes in the modern industrial era encourage the importance of environmental sustainability, triggering the popularity of green marketing as a key strategy for companies to advertise sustainable goods. In this dynamic, the level of consumer knowledge and purchasing power also are essential in influencing consumer preferences and choices regarding sustainable products. This study aims to understand the influence of green marketing, consumer knowledge, and purchasing power on environmental attitude in Indonesia, particularly in the Southern Sumatra region. The gathered data of 118 participants were examined through the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method to evaluate the proposed hypotheses. The findings revealed that green marketing and purchasing power exert a direct and significant impact on environmental attitude, suggesting that marketing efforts and financial capability play a key role in shaping consumer perceptions of sustainability. In contrast, consumer knowledge does not have a significant direct effect on environmental attitude, indicating that awareness alone may not be sufficient to drive environmentally responsible behavior. These findings contribute to the understanding of factors influencing consumers' environmental attitudes, provide strategic direction for companies aiming to enhance green product adoption, and stimulate further discussion on sustainability practices in Southern Sumatra.
