Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. And using the associative method to determine the relationship between employee placement variables and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study amounted to 182 people, so the determination of the sample in this study used probability sampling with the slovin technique so that a sample of 65 people was obtained. With the aim of respondents being division heads, branch heads, and staff on duty at PAM Tirta Kamuning, Kuningan Regency. The instrument uses 5 Likert scale. The analysis used is multiple regression test to find out how much influence employee placement and work discipline have on employee performance, with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows.3,570. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and t count of5.584. Employee placement and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and f count of 77.950.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Majalengka Rural Bank, West Java. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Majalengka Rural Bank, West Java. The technique used in sampling is saturated sample, where the total population is used as a sample of 57 respondents. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance as seen from tcount > ttable that is 3.863 > 2.00404, Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance seen from tcount > ttable that is 4.866 > 2.00404 and simultaneously Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Performance Employees are shown from Fcount > Ftable which is 14,804 > 3,17. From the partial results of Work Discipline has a sig value of 0.000 and Compensation has a sig value of 0.000, and the simultaneous results have a sig <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness of Islamic Commercial Banks using the measurement method regulated in Bank Indonesia Regulation PBI No.13/1/PBI/2011, concerning Assessment of Bank Soundness Levels using the RGEC method. The assessment factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile factor (bank risk), the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) factor, the earnings factor (profitability) and the capital factor (capital). The object of this research isFinancial Statements of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank BJB Syariah from 2015 to 2018. The analysis technique in this study is quantitative descriptive by calculating financial ratios using the RGEC method. The results of this study indicate that Bank Muamalat and Bank BJB Syariah, show the period from 2015 to 2018 in the fairly healthy category.
